Program ZRFFOM100: No records selected - Automatic payment run

Hi Guru's,
I am facing a problem in payment run.
I am able to do the payment run. Vendor balance is getting reduced. But when it come to print(Cheque, payment advise and payment summary) it is not working.
In the print parameters all tick is provided. 
I went to job log found a message like this.

Generally SAPFPAYM  program is used  for wire transfer, if you want cheque details to be displayed in spool you might choose some other standard program name like Rffous_c and assign it to your payment method at country level
in your case you might have selected  different program name, check it out at country level in T.code FBZP.
and if you are using it for wire transfer follow these steps
1create a payment method z i.e. wire transfer for country, select bank transfer instead of cheque and select use payment medium work bench and assign wire transfer form as ACB_ZA in format field
2.Define payment method in co.code.
3.configure bank determination for z payment method.
4.add payment method z in your vendor master record.
5.posting a invoice and mention z payment method in that.
6.run the payment programme in T.code F110.
7.go to T.code SE38 and run the programme called SAPFPAYM by execute button and give identification of your run details and give format as ACB_ZA and click on execute button then pop up window will appear then give all the required fields as one 1 and execute it will give you the out put.

    Hi,
    In F110 in the tab, Additional log, tick all that is there and mention your vendor no. range that you have specified in parameters tab and run Proposal again.
    Then go to proposal log to see the exact error reason..It will help..

    In my company I want to do the automatic payment run with the customer setoff & customer open items document  currency is USD & vendor document currency is LKR .I want to do the payment run in LKR.(My company code currency is LKR) I have defined the payment method "C" in both the Master data ( Customer and Vendor). Now I am trying to run Automatic Payment Program. But system shows all Customer invoice in exception list and display the following given below message. Can I run the automatic payment program using difference currencies? Please advice me to resolve the above issue.
    Further this process I am doing for LKR customer & vendors & its working fine without giving any issues.

    Diagnosis
    The balance of the items to be paid requires a payment method for incoming payments. You specified a payment method that is defined for outgoing payments.

    How can I select multiple payment method at the time of doing auto payment run
    Further , I didn't do any changes in vendor master records since I have to do the outgoing payment also

    I am not FICO Guy.But,I need to run the Automatic payment Run -F110.
    Can you please explain step by step procedure how to run the F110.

    Select run date and enter and identification
    Enter your parameters, company code payment methods, next pmt date, select the vendors and/or customers
    On the free selection screen you can select values which can be included or excluded
    On the additional log screen select the type of logging that you require along with the vendors and customers
    On the printout data medium screen youcan select a variant to use when running the program
    Save the parameters
    Schedule the proposal and run it
    After proposal has been created verify it is correct
    Schedule the payment run, run it and note posting orders carried out
    You can use SP01 to faciliate the printing of checks
    Then you can create a payment file - FCHX
    Print a list of checks from the check register FCHN

  • Program RFFOUS_C: No records selected

    Hello Experts,
    I'm having issue cannot assign cheque in payment run.
    Currently I'm using outsource bank to issue cheque. When I do payment run, it will send the data through EDI to the respective bank.  In future, I want to have 2 method, outsource and internal cheque payment.
    When I do F110, and I create payment medium for program  RFFOUS_C - variant (check form = Z110_PRENUM_CHCK) , I always get this error.
    Program RFFOUS_C: No records selected
    The following documents were not processed since they will be sent by EDI
    Is it possible to have both ways of payment ? using EDI and also cheque number assignment in SAP ?
    I can do 2 times, 1 time for EDI and next time for the internal cheque number (I maintained my check lot number already).
    Can anyone help me ?

    Hi Kenghua,
    are you saying that when I fill in the parameter for F110, I should maintain the variant for program RFFOEDI1 instead of RFFOUS_C ?
    Is this means that the data will be send to bank and also update my cheque number assignment ?
    I think this would cause duplication.
    what I meant is .. sometimes I will use F110 to send data to bank, and sometimes I will only use F110 to create payment with my cheque number I maintained in FCHI.
    Just want to clarify are we having the same thoughts ?

    I run F110 then the documents has been cleared but when i checked spool request I cant see any. I checked it in payment log and find this error "Program ZRFFOD__S: No records selected".
    Is there anyone know why this error has been encountered?

    Procedure
    Please specify a text element defined in the form window. You can determine the names of text elements in form windows using the SAPscript form maintenance transaction.
    I checked the form in FBZP and message shows "Form F110_EDI_01 language EN is not available in client 510". I press enter and see that its cliend id is 000, is that really not applicable for client 510.

    Dear Friends,
    In Automatic Payment Run - is it possible to run for the particular period or range of periods as i need to take 14 days data  .
    As i need to take only previous 14 days data only
    Say for eg. I have  customer  who is having open item from Period 01-02-2011 to till date 27-03-2011.
    eg : it should take the open item in between period of  13-03-2011 to 27-03-2011.
    as this need to dymanic 
    Help me to solve this issue.

    If you can't use the fields on the Parameter tab, then try the Free Selections tab.  If that doesn't suffice, then use the BTE for payment blocking and item exclusion - Process 1820.

    In F110 - Automatic payment run, is it possible to get the profit centres determined ?
    While doing manual payment, system gives the option to enter the related profit centres.
    But in F110 how can I get the profit centre (cost obect) selected ?
    Could anyone help ?

    We have a situation where the users want the alternate bank accounts to be maintained in the Vendor Masters and also to select this alternate bank account while doing the automatic payment run thru F110. While we can maintain more than one bank account in the Vendor Master, but how to select the alternate one during payment run. Your help would be highly appreciated.

    As per your issue while runing APP in F110 once complete parameters
    And go to Edit praposal and double click vendor and double click on line items than it will displays the one more screen there select Reallocate button there you can enter your respective bank details.
    Otherwise there is a Business Transaction Event 1810. You can see the code, looks like you  need to replicate the vendor bank details with link to a company code.
    Note:
    Assign Multiple Bank Accounts in the Vendor Master
    Your SAP system provides the functionality to store and use
    information from multiple vendor bank accounts in the Payment
    transactions screen of the vendor master general data via
    transaction FK03 (Figure 1). Figure 1 reflects the bank type
    determination logic I used in the vendor master, using the
    three-digit International Organization for Standardization (ISO)
    currency code as the Bank type.

    You can use the BnkT (bank type) field in the vendor master to
    enter text differentiators for identifying the vendoru2019s bank
    accounts. If you leave the bank type field blank against a bank
    account in the vendor master, then it serves as the default bank
    if the bank type information is missing in the vendor invoice.
    You may want to leave this field blank if the vendor has only
    one bank account and you want the system to select that bank
    account for all payments.
    If the bank type is blank for multiple bank accounts, then the
    system looks for the first bank account with the blank bank type
    in the vendor master to use as the default. You are not required
    to define the text values u2014 in my example, INR, SGD, and USD u2014
    elsewhere in your SAP system. The field allows any value up to a
    length of four characters. Iu2019ll demonstrate the use of bank type
    with vendor invoice later on.
    The system performs a check at the time of invoice creation on
    the bank type value used in the vendor invoice against the bank
    type values used in the vendor master. If you have not defined
    the bank type value in the vendor master prior to using it in
    the vendor invoice, the system shows an error message. The
    system performs the check to ensure that you are using a bank
    type value in the vendor invoice against which it can find a
    bank account in the vendor master. Otherwise, the system cannot
    determine a bank account for making payments to the vendor.
    Prerequisites for Vendor Bank Selection
    You need to take care of a few configuration prerequisites before
    you can use vendor bank selection in the automated payment
    functionality.
    1. Check the Bank details check box in the payment method as
    defined at the country level in transaction FBZP. This ensures
    the selection of the bank details from the vendor master at the
    time of the automatic payment run. If you donu2019t do this, the
    system does not copy the bank details into the payment IDoc that
    it creates as a result of the automated payment run (transaction
    F110).
    2. Make the Bank Business Partners field optional in the field
    status group attached to the vendoru2019s reconciliation G/L account
    by selecting the button under Opt. Entry for this field. This
    field maps to the Part.bank type (partner bank type) field in
    the vendor invoice. If the Bank Business Partners field is not
    optional and is in a suppressed state, then you cannot input the
    partner bank type field in the vendor invoice.

    Hello,
    You have to give the destination path where the file needs to be saved in transaction code OBPM4.
    Hope you must have maintained proper variant for your Payment Medium Format.
    Unless, you maintain these values, the file will not be generated at the destination.

  • Program RFFOAVIS_FPAYM: No records selected (F0073)

    hi everyone
    im having a nasty issue when trying to output payment advices
    no matter what usual way i try, i get the following message:
    F0073
    Program RFFOAVIS_FPAYM: No records selected
    im using RFFOAVIS_FPAYM as print program, which is standard - nothing has been changed in it
    and tried outputing the paymend advices through F110 aswell as RFFOAVIS_FPAYM directly
    both results in the same message
    after a while of searching i found note 503945
    unfortunately it applies to release 4.6C while we are using ecc6
    neitherless i found REGUH-XAVIS interesting, as in our case they also seemed to be all space.
    so i tried setting the CHECK REGUH-XAVIS... in the report to 'X' which gave me an output in some cases,
    in others still the same message. and in the cases where it worked, some forms came out with lots of 'XXXXXX' where other values where supposed - probably because those wherent intended to be output in the first place?
    we have also doublechecked the customizing with a different system, where it works
    and couldnt find any assimilarities
    has anyone experienced this issue too? or know anything that might help?

    If I am correct, the issue is when you were executing F110 where system will throw the above error if you have not maintained the payment method.  Check in F110 under "Parameter" tab, whether you have maintained Payment Methods for your company code.

  • Block of payment in automatic payment run

    Dear friends,
    Can anyone help me in blocking an open line item in automatic payment run which is not already blocked but it is due for payment and i donot want to make its payment in the proposal.
    Also if i want to do partial payment out of the open line item proposed in the automatic payment run, how do i do it?

    It is possible to add and delete payment blocks on individual items
    if they are included in the payment proposal.  When you have run
    the proposal there should be a button 'Edit Proposal' and there should
    be an option for payment block.  You can then enter a payment block,
    and when you save this the item should then appear in the payment
    proposal.  It is not possible to block an entire vendor account, you
    can only block individual line items. 
    Also most important thing in case you cannot edit this field in payment proposal:
    Check your customising in transaction OB27, For you to be able to change/edit "payment block" in a payment proposal, you have to set the flag 'Change in Pmnt Prop' in this transaction. 
    Once an item is included in the proposal, the only ways it can be blocked is by either editing the item WITHIN the proposal, or else by deleting the proposal, adding the payment block via FB02 and then rescheduling the proposal.
    Exact Steps:
    Press the 'Edit Proposal'
    Click 'All accounting clerks' on the Accounting Clerk box (This might
    not appear on your system)
    Double click on a particular item which you want to change
    Then you can add/remove the payment block .

    One of the User run the F110 on some date and gave vendor numbers from 1 to 99999 with AP wire payment. Finally it showed 11 posting orders generated and completed. When I see the FBL1N for the vendor # 10346, it is showing under open only not cleared.
    Could you please advise me what should I do for this.

    Here are a couple of things that you can check.
    1. Go to FBZP and check if the payment method is in the country of the company code in which you are running the automatic payment run (also check in 'payment methods in country' if you have anything in allowed currencies.  If you have none, all currencies would work.  If you have specified any, it will work only for that currency).
    2. FBZP - Payment methods in company code - Check if the payment method is assigned to the company code and in the same option (payment methods per country) check if foreign business partner allowed checkbox is checked in case your vendor's country is other than the country of your company code.
    3. FBZP - Bank determination - Check if the payment method is having (a) ranking order and CoCd, (b) housebank/payment method (here again the same rule above applies to currency) is assigned to bank account ID and GL account, and (c) available amounts.  Value Date and Expenses/Charges are not important.

    My client executed transaction F110 - Automatic Payment Run for a range of vendors (100000 - 599999).  He was able to execute the run but could not print checks and found out that payments weren't assigned check numbers in the system.  However, payments were cleared off the vendors account as if they had been paid.

    you need to assing the proper house bank, account id and check lot in this variant.
    If this is correct then you should get the check number assigned to the payment
    document #.
