Programm requires shockwave but couldnt find it (mac)

i have downloaded a programm for professional photobook presentation. this prog needs shockwaveplayer 11 to start. i dont know why. there is always an application error popup that swp 11 is require. installed the newest version swp 12 correct and all my browsers use it and it works in the browsers fine. why need this programm shockwave player and how can i fix this that i can work with the programm.
using osx 10.7.5
need help please!

you need to check transaction SM58 (remove the user from it) and F8
it might be the reason that you didn't create a port in IDX1 on XI/PI
but you will see that in SM58

I bought an iwork family pack in Feb 2012 online and can not find a link to download it so that I can put my serial number to install it. Anyone can provide one? I tried at the apple site but couldnt find anything that was not the individual applications

I try to reset my security questions via email, but the email adress is what I think the rescue address. But, the rescue was deleted by google and now I cant reset the questions. I went through my whole apple id, but couldnt find a solution. Please HELP!!

The ATV2 or ATV3 (small black boxes) don't show up as devices in iTunes. If iTunes and the ATV's have Home sharing turned on for the same account - and are on the same network, the ATV should show up as an AirPlay target device in iTunes.
The rented movie - was this rented on the ATV or in iTunes?
The TV series - where are you trying to play this from? Is it in iTunes or via the 'TV Shows' menu in ATV... i.e streaming from iCloud?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
If you haven't done so already you need to migrate your mail account to iCloud first and do so IMMEDIATELY at the website Move
Then
Delete your mail account from Mail preferences and set it up again using the Mail Server Information.
Some users have apparently encountered issues using this information in pre-Lion set ups (I haven't), Roger Wilmut has kindly provided instructions for those who find themselves with this problem.

Macbook stolen and recovered, but i delated it from my devices, how can I bring it back without had the drive erased and blocked as I ordered from ''find my Mac''?

I had my Macbook Pro stolen about a month ago... so i went inmediately to ''find my Mac'' and ordered the system to erase the drive and block the Mac as soon as conected to interent.
I recovered the device a week later, so before turning it on, i went to ''find my mac'' and couldnt find any other option to tell the system that i found my stole device, so i clicked ''forget device''
i turned the Macbbok on, and nothing happened, it worked perfectly. but it doesnt appear anmore on my devices.
is there any way to get it back to ''my devices'', and use features such as ''find my mac'' wothout bringing the order from the system to erase and block the device as i ordered before??????

Hey People
I just saw that in my Icloud settings.
Find my mac and grayed out and show a error saying recovery partion required. how do i fix this?

Click on the Erase button. The format process can take up to an hour depending upon the flash drive size.
3. Locate the saved Mountain/Lion installer in your Downloads folder. CTRL- or RIGHT-click on the installer and select Show Package Contents from the contextual menu. Double-click on the Contents folder to open it. Double-click on the SharedSupport folder. In this folder you will see a disc image named InstallESD.dmg.
4. Plug in your freshly prepared USB flash drive. You are going to clone the content of the InstallESD.dmg disc image to the flash drive as follows:
Double-click on the InstallESD.dmg file to mount it on your Desktop.
Open Disk Utility.
Select the USB flash drive from the left side list.
Click on the Restore tab in the DU main window.
Select the USB flash drive volume from the left side list and drag it to the Destination entry field.
Drag the mounted disc icon from the Desktop into the Source entry field.
Double-check you got it right, then click on the Restore button.
When the clone is completed you have a fully bootable installer that you can use without having to re-download Mountain/Lion.
Note: The term Mountain/Lion used above means Lion or Mountain Lion.
Now boot the computer from your USB flash drive.
Erase the hard drive:
Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
After DU loads select your startup volume (usually Macintosh HD) from the left side list. Click on the Erase tab in the DU main window.
Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Erase button and wait until the process has completed.
Quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall Lion: Select Reinstall Lion and click on the Install button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.
I under stand it a good idea to keep a backup of loin install. But why do i have to. Not hard just to redownload it. only 3.8 Gb.
Dont have a usb can you do it on a DVD still? do i need to do this?

"Recovery system update required." for Find My Mac -- after already updated!

I've run the latest round of updates on My 2011 MacBook Pro, and I have run into a snag with the new iCloud control panel.
I want to enable the "Find My Mac" feature, but unfortunately I am not able to, as the checkbox is grayed out. There is an error beside the control saying that I need to update the recovery system as per the title of this thread. I actually already *did* do this earlier today, however, and there are no other updates.
What is going on here? Is it possible that the update didn't actually install properly? I was away from the computer at the time it rebooted and would have installed that portion, so I can't tell, but if I look in the update history, I see "Lion Recovery Update 1.0" from today in the list.
Is anyone else having this problem? I wonder if it's just a buggy update Hopefully this will be fixed soon by Apple in a subsequent update, but I'm curious if there's something I can do in the meantime.

Run Disk Utility, and Verify Disk.
You will likely notice errors that require you to reboot to the Recovery Partition, and run Disk Utility from there, to "Repair Disk".
After running Repair Disk, reboot to the main partition, and run Repair Permissions from Disk Utility.
Then install the Recovery System Update again.
I bet your problem will be solved.

I tried to set up Find my Mac function on my mid2009 MBP, but on the preference pane of iCloud the checkbox is grey and says "Recovery partition required."
I have a recovery partition, and it is bootable. The OS is 10.7.2, latest update.

Ok i found out why it didn't see the drive:
I deleted the "Backup" partition using Disk utility and with that my Recovery partition is gone too. I don't know why but deleted that too. I assume the two somehow connected.
Now i have to create a new partition and make bootable. I found this tutorial but apple recently released a RecoveryHDUpdate and i want to work with that.
So the problem is that i cannot to copy the content from the recoveryHDupdate disk image to a newly created partition.

hello, i need some feed back. i am using find my iPhone to locate my devices and all is found but one problem, i see that my mac is shown to be online but location not found. how do i get the location to show because my other devices i can see on the map but my mac just shows up as a mac mini. am i doing something wrong?

Find My Mac can only locate your Mac if it is connected to the Internet via a known Wi-Fi network. If your Mac is connected to the Internet only by an Ethernet cable, Find My Mac will not be able to locate your Mac.
Your iPad, iPod Touch, or Mac is asleep and not connected to a known Wi-Fi network. You will still be able to request an erase, send a message to display and lock your device, or request that a sound be played. The command will be processed when your device is awakened and connected to the Internet.
