I want WBS wise report which shows payments made to the vendors against the payments recieved from customer for the same WBS.
Pl suggest.

    what is the source of non revenue. Is it booked to a GL account ?
    Non billable recievables is a special GL account.
    Check OUVR for setting.
    Even deferred revenue is a special GL account.
    Once you know where the amounts are booked. Execute a normal standard report from GL info systems.

    it is a construction company, wants to payment schedule report .
    here each project one company code .
    client wants to see for project (co-code) how much amount expenses. each month (posting period).
    2    Same thing how much received from customer.

    One of the easiest option to see the expenses is laying in FBL1N.
    You only need a nice setting in the selection fields.
    1. Company code
    2. Cleared items: the period you want
    3. Filter only on the Cleared documents
    4. Sort the result into the order of Cleared dates
    You'll get the list of the paid items in date order.
    Export to excel and separate per months.
    Do it for all company cdes.

  • Additional Flows in Revenue Report

    Dear CFM GURUS,
    When am executing the Revenue Report S_ALN_01001159, am getting the standard flows like brokerage, security gain, dividend. But am not getting the information regarding my additional flows like SHCIL not capitalized, Final Dividend, Additional Payment, etc.
    Could anyone please help me, that how can I involve all my flows in the standard revenue report that are in "conditions" under FWZZ of securities.

  • User cannot view her draft transaction at payment draft report.

    Hi all export,
    I had a problem in payment draft report.
    Non superuser 'spyap' cannot view her own draft transaction created in SAP B1. When she login into the payment draft report, the user display on the screen is 'TNaqilah' but not her name.

    I have exactly the same issue as my friend above. What might be the problem?
    Creating a ticket on the SAP Portal doesnt seem to work for me. This is because I have created a number of tickets there and nobody seems to bother with them or even replying to say that they are working on them and hence these forums really come handy.
    What is strange is the fact that this occurs in some project databases and not all of them.
    Your help will be appreciated.

    I have searched in SCN but not found any solution on this.
    We have activated Project Cash Management and project cash mgt doc creating in FI doc.
    Can anybody provide some highlights to the following with respect project cash flow.
    Our requirement is to create project cash flow report in a specific format as below.
    Is there any standard Project cash Flow report available?
    What are the steps to get a Project cash Flow report?
    Can I do this with report painter? If yes, let me know the tables to refer.

    I guess standard SAP doesn't have any pre-defined cashflow report for project. However this can be achieved through custom development or through report painter by referring table COFP.
    Line item report (project payment line item) can be viewed through CJIA report. You may get more information on project cash management by going through below link.

  • Revenue reports problem

    Dear All,
    This is related to some problem coming in report. When ever i am recieving revenue on projects process is running fine. But i cant see the data properly in reports. we have 2 kind of reports for revenue in sap one is hierarchial and second is based on cost element. Now when i am getting the revenue on the projects, in hierarchial reports i can see only plan revenue and not actual revenue after billing. While in cost element reports i cant see planned revenue but i can see actual revenue. It means in both reports i cant see complete figures.
    Kindly help me in this.

    Hi,
    Now you can observe the following points in the std Reports:
    S_ALR_87013570 - Actual/Plan/Variance report: Here you will see only costing relavent information(though it is given in Revenue menu)
    S_ALR_87013564 - Plan/Actual/Variance: Which is Revenue Hierarchy Report,
    here you can see "the planned revenue vs Actual Revenue" of for your project (Planned revenue i.e., planned in CJ42)
    If you want to see Actual Revenue/Planned Revenue/Actual Cost/Planned cost for your project now you can execute the following report:  S_ALR_87013568-Project Results.

  • Billing plan is not updating project plan revenue

    Hi,
    My client has scenario like he creates projects manually and when he creates any sales order, he assign this sales order to the project though account assignment tab.
    The plan revenue for the project comes from sales order billing plan.
    The issue is the billing plan is not updating project plan revenue. Even if there is a billing plan, project report S_ALR_87013543 shows there is no revenue.
    Please tell me if there is any link between sales order billing plan and project plan revenue.
    How can I resolve this issue?

    I think you have not maintained planning profile in project definition.
    Goto project and  check planning profile in control data.
    We can create planning profile in OPSB t.code.  Select the fields Quotation and sales order in +Automatic revenue planning segment+ and assign revenue element.
    Now create a sales order with billing plan and check S_ALR_87013543 report.

  • Opportunity Product Revenue report using Narrative option

    I have created quote report using "Opportunity product revenue report" with the use of narrative option and its working fine but the problem here is if opportunity has multiple product revenue items it shows in multiple quotes. For me it should show in a same quotation if there are multiple opportunity product revenue items in a opportunity. Could anyone help me how can i achieve this.

    You need to modify report and club all revenue to single item / row.

               Following is the scenario,
    Sales Person           Raj
    Customer Code       C1000
    Payment Terms       15 days
    Invoice Date            01.02.2010
    Invoice Value          20000
    Payment Date          20.02.2010
    Payment Amount     20000
    Payment performance  0%
    As the customer has not paid within the credit days, when i execute a query based on the sales person and posting date (From, To) parameters the payment performance should result 0%.
    Is the same possible to generate through query?

              As  rightly conveyed the payment performance is calculated based on the (Paidtodate/Doctotal)*100. I tried to generate the report using query
    SELECT T0.[DocNum], T0.[DocDate], T0.[CardName], T0.[DocTotal], T0.[PaidToDate] FROM OINV T0  INNER JOIN OSLP T1 ON T0.SlpCode = T1.SlpCode WHERE T1.[SlpName] = [%0] and  T0.[DocDate] > = [%1] and T0.[DocDate] < = [%2].
    The thing is SAP delivered the result perfectly based on the query given above, now the condition is like the query has to check the payment received within the payment terms, then only it need to consider for payment performance.
    Ex:
    Sales Employee   - Raj
    Customer Code    -C1000
    Payment Terms    -15 days
    IN1 Date                - 01.02.2010
    IN1 Amount          - 10000
    Payment Date      - 14.02.2010
    Payment Amt       - 10000
    IN2 Date              - 02.02.2010
    IN2 Amount        - 40000
    Payment Date     - 19.02.2010
    Payment Amount - 40000
    Now if i try to generate a payment performance report of a sales employee Raj as per my query it would show 100% as payment terms is not been considered.
    I need a query to consider the payment terms also so when i generate a report the payment performance should be 20% only.

    The total balance for Invoice registers report “minus” the balance for Payment register report not give me the balance of Invoice aging report

    It must minus the balance between the two reports equal to invoice aging report

    Hello.
    I think you cannot expect that calculation to be correct. Just to mention Payment Register, this report does not have a total in the functional currency.
    The following excercise is true:
    Ending Balance of Accounts Payable Trial Balance on period 1 + Posted Invoice Register on period2 - Posted Payment Register on period2 = Ending Balance of Accounts Payable Trial Balance on period 2
