Apart from that you will have an issue if you like to upgrade to Project Server 2013. When trying to convert the 2010 databases to a 2013 database a SQL stored procedure will fail if you have more custom fields than fit into the UserViews.
Error message will be something like this:
System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException (0x80131904): INIT METADATA ERROR! At least one mismatch found between SQL schema for view MSP_EpmProject_UserView and reporting metadata. Call to MSP_Epm_CheckIntrinsicAttributes failed for Projects INIT
METADATA ERROR.

Workaround for the issue (UNSUPPORTED !!!!!!)
Execute the Convertto-SPProjectDatabase script. Now you need to be fast or well prepared. You need to find the MSP_Epm_CheckIntrinsicAttributes stored procedure. Execute an ALTER statement for it and change the last lines of code to something like this:

--changed RETURN code if an error occurs to be able to proceed with migration
--RETURN 1
   RETURN 0
END
I hope that helps someone out there - when I came across the issue last night, a google query returned nothing for INIT METADATA ERROR....

Upgrade SAP or Installation of SAP R/3 and ECC

ECC means Enterprise Central Component.
There are all the relevant installation guides. You NEED SAPNet access because without a registered and licensed SolMan installation number you will not be able to generate the SolMan key for the ECC installation.
Upgrade to 4.7
Have you gone through an upgrade to 4.7?
What are the difference or changes associated with 4.7.
If you are currently on 4.6C and are inching forward to upgrading to 4.7 then this information might be useful to you.
There is very little difference between 4.6 and 4.7, the only "steps" you should need are steps in SU25 ( skip step 1) Then go through all your role and perform a merge old new to bring in the new authorization objects
Just to forewarn you of a potential problem which have been encounter at the point of writing.
After updating/ modifying roles in step 2C, when going back into 2C to make sure all roles are now green, 70% have gone back to red!
The maintenance done is ok, but there seems to be a problem while trying to go back into the roles again to re-generate.
SAP recognizes them as needing "adjustment", so you cannot pick them up in mass generate in PFCG as they do not come in, even though the authorizations tab is red.
This problem is currently with SAP and it is confirmed that nothing have been done wrongly.
Generally, the work is quite manageable in the upgrade, but don't be surprised at how big the upgrade is when compared to upgrading from 46b to 46c.
If we have full software of 46c and 47E is it possible to upgrade 46c to 47E or there is a seperate 47E upgrade software need to be requested from SAP?

If this is your first upgrade you should take a person, that has some experience on doing that for the first time.

Without access you won't be able to successfully run any SAP systems because it has notes, patches etc.

Hi,
Here is an idea for your request.
Basically you can create a simple query on multiprovider 0TCT_MC01.
Filter: you can use a variable for restriction of time ( calday, or calmonth) since you should be interested for a time period.
Choose following characters into your objects:
InfoProvider ( 0TCTIFPROV ) - you can create a variable for choosing infoprovider before query runs.
*Tp.[Type of BI Application Object] 0TCTBISOTYP = filter this with 'QUERY' or whatever your need is.
*BI Application Object 0TCTBISBOBJ, ( this will give you the name of the queries)
In key figures choose, Count for BI Appl. (0TCTWTCOUNT).
(number for query run)
Create a condition , for top 20.

If you talk difference than Talend is an open source. SAP DS as huge advantage when it comes to loading data into SAP and it is more flexible with lots of inbuilt features and easy to load data into SAP using DS directly and extracting data from various legacy systems.

The print on one new and one old machine is "*SunFire 880*" and
the print on the other two (one new and one old) is "*SunFire V880*".
No, it's not that the paint is chipped or any such thing and there is no space for a "*V*" in the print.
btw, of the two that are in service, both have the same OBP version, if it matters.
Hence it appears that Sun indeed sold machines with V and without V.
So, what are the differences?

Hi Suneel,
Errors in reporting are like incorrect query creation, errors in creating RKF, CKF and variables, misunderstanding the data, or errors with other tools like broadcasting. Errors in extraction relate to source system connectivity, field-infoobject mapping, incorrect code etc. Also, please search the forums and you will find many real time examples.

The answers would be the following:
1200 cells per custom section (NEW COUNT), and up to 30 custom sections per spec.
Assuming all will be populated, and this would apply to all final material specs in the system which could be ~25% of all material specs.
The cells will be numeric, free text, drop downs, and some calculated numeric.
