Project stock valuation storage location wise

Hi all,
I am developing a report for storage location wise as well as WBS element wise project stock valuation. I got a suitable table for project stock as per my requirement i.e. MSPR. Is there any table or any function module updating the value of the project stock for each storage location and WBS element.
Please help.

You may look at Trx CNMM by giving project number and then select all wbs elements in the next screen. Then click on stock tab. You can see the wbs stock by storage location.
You can check this program for getting the logic.

Hi,
Stock statement storage location wise can be get, by using T-Code MB5B.
But Quantity can be gettable on storage location basis. However value can be gettable on Plant level.
First you have to take the plant stock on any particular date in which you can get Plant Qty and Plant Value. Please divide Plant value by Plant Qty, you can get Rate of each material. After that take storage location wise stock and multiply with Rate.
Please note that in SAP prices are maintained on Plant level basis. Hence, it is a small workaround.
Secondly you get Monthend Stock of any month at storage location level with value using T-code mc.9

Storage location wise project stock valuation

I am tying to generate a report for storage locationwise project stock valuation. MBBS is giving the data valuation type as well as WBS element wise valuation.That is fine. I want to show the data storage location wise. So, I have taken MSPR table where I am getting data storage location wise. For this stock, i am picking up unit price from QBEW table. My user says there will be cases that the material comes in with different prices in a same financial period.Here I am facing issue when there are two prices for the same material with same Val.area and same WBS element .Pls tell me how can I pick up the correct price.

If stock with different price under 1 plant and 1 WBS Element put into different storage location based on the material price then in table MSPR we can have LGORT (storage location) as indicator there. Otherwise, since valuation type is not implemented, there is no other way you can differentiate stock based on price as you mentioned before.

Date Wise and Storage Location Wise Stock Qty & Value Report......

Hi Experts,
We want a report Date Wise(As on 31.03.2008) and Storage Location Wise Quantity & Value Report for only Finish Materials. Is there any report ?
From Mb5b we canot get storage location wise report as we get only plant level qty and value.
Pl. guide us.

Try the Tcode: MC.9 there enter the site and article and executeYou will get details of the article
stock, value. if you double click the article you will get the details of storage location.

Stock report in BW (valuated stock and Storage Location level)

Dear All,
            Regards.We got an situation here,
Case 1: R3 (MB5B) (Both "Storage loc" and "Valuated stock" shows the same Stock Qty)
1).The BW Stock Report shows values the Correct Values for "Receipt Qty" and "Issue Qty" with the Correct "Quantity total Stock" aswell.
Case 2 :   R3 (MB5B) (Stock is different between "Storage Loc" and "Valuated Stock")
1).The BW Stock Report shows the "Quantity Total Stock according to VALUATED STOCK Level(MB5B),but the "Receipt Qty" and "Issue Qty" according to STORAGE LOCATION Level(MB5B) .
We followed the "How to Handle Inventory "Doc with the proper sequence of Loading of Infosources and Compression.The data is sitting fine at the cube level.
It would be great if someone can throw some Light on this issue,on how the Query shows a COMBO of both Valuated stock and Storage Location stock....Held up with this issue for quite sometime..Had a look at the   Oss Note (589024)...........

HI,
In Inventory we have two quantity fields given to satisfy the requirement.
Valuated stock Qty - 0VALSTCKQTY
Storage Location qty - 0TOTALSTCK
You can make use of them based on your requirement. Hope this helps for you.

Hi Suresh,
As per my understanding it is not possible in a single Table.
If this is required for customized Z report then use this logic it may gives the correct information.
In the combination of MARD and MBEW.. From MBEW you can get the value for each Base Unit of Measure then multiply that value with storage location stock.
It may usefull to u..in the mean time i will try for some other option.

Storage location wise stock

hi all mm expert,
in mb5b , stock come plant wise ie opening stock, closing stock, receiving stock, issue stock and thier values.
now i required these opening, closing, receiving, issue, value storage location wise with date.
a plant has 3 to 5 storage location.

like aa01 to zz99
here u will cover up all the stores
for the ragnge use the logic as per requirement
also if u have list in excel ,then just go to mb5b and click on arrow in front of it then just pest it u willget all loctions

Storage Location wise Stock details on a specific Date

Dear All,
Please help me with any T-code or Process by which I will be able to view the opening & closing stock storage location wise on a specific date. In MC.9 it shows the stock on current date or Month-End. In MB5B it will show the stock but not storage Location wise. Requires your sincere advise in this regard.

There arent many reports for date wise stocks in satnadard SAP. you will have to run MB5B storage Location wise for the specified dates. OR
you can try this one report J3RFLVMOBVED -STOCK OVERVIEW(RUSSIA) , Run it and save a layout. It should solve your problem.

OR
Use MCL1, MCL5, MCL9, MCLD (If Warehouse Management you are using)
OR
You have to develop an own ABAP report.

Downlading Material stocks and its Value, storage location wise

Dear Experts,
As we are reimplementing SAP, we need to download the
a)     stocks Plant and storage location wise for all the materials. Bcoz stocks are maintained in different storage locations.
b)     Value of stocks for each material in the Plant and storage location wise, Bcoz stock qty will be different in different location and hence the value will be dependent upon the qty ?
How can we extract this ? From which tables do we need to extract this ?
Can any one guide on this ?

Goto MB52 report ,change the layout asper your requirement and extract to excel.To extract follow this
go to menu bar
system-- list-- save -- local file
alternatively you can take it MBEW table also(se16n)

Period wise project stock valuation

Hi Jaya ,
Provided Material Ledger is active in the Valuation Area , you can get your Stock valuation Periodwise
in transaction CKM3,but with single selection of WBS/Sales Order for Special Stocks .
I am not sure in that area to give you a step by step process of how to activate the material Ledger
or its consequences and impacts on costing. May be you can approach some consultants in your
company who are well versed with this functionality and check if it serves your purpose.

Valuated Stocks at Storage location Level

Hi Gurus,
Our client wants to develop a report on Quantity and Value of the Stocks at Storage location level. Is there any standard table/T.code where we can see this? We have tried in the Standard reports too.
We have tried this getting from various tables like MARA,MARC,MARD,s031 & S032. But it is hitting the performance heavily. Please advice if anything can be done on this.
