Project Systems:Transparent Table holding ECP data

Hello experts,
Does anybody know what table holds the the ECP (Easy cost planning) for a WBS element.
Any help would be appreciated

Transparent Table (Problem in data fetching)

There is a new bapi developed in our sap environment which is fetching data from pool tables and transparent tables.
When this bapi is called from non sap environment then only pool tables are returning data .Transparent tables are returning blank values.
Case
When we are passing hard coded values in "Where Clause" of transparent tables like A931 table ,then transparent tables are also returning data from bapi in non sap environment.
But when we pass values in "Where Clause " of transparent tables through Variables declared in bapi then transparent tables are not returning any value (instead returns Blank) in non sap environment.
Help

Don't blame it on the transparent tables, I'm quite sure that something is wrong with your selection statement, e.g. how you pass "variables" in the WHERE-condition. Give more information on a selection that doesn't work as expected.

Project System Report

Greetings Experts,
We are on Enterprise 4.7 release 1.0 for government solutions.
My end users has asked to create a Project System report with "as of date".
We control the actual budget on Funds Management as well as project system side.
My technical team has informed me that on PS side where commitments are recorded and once the commitments are turned to actual the history is not recorded as such I can't run "as of date" report in Project System to see what my budget was available "as of date" in other words it does not provide me history.
Has someone created a Project System report that provides history of committment.

Welcome to SDN....
It depends on what you use to generate the report - is it ABAP / ALV or a BI report ?
BI - the data model can be changed to reflect the report , - what you could check is if the tables in PS hold data about the nature of changes...

how would i modify the value of a field in a transparent table? my data is from internal table. while im looping in the internal table the data goes to the first record of the table not on the right record.

I am sorry but I didn't understand the purpose of this code. You are reading in a field value of ANGNR from EKKO and you want to update the same record again with the same value? Why?
Secondly, you should never update any SAP table directly like that.
Now for the reason why your update is updating the first record always.
Your 'modify ekko' should be modified as
MODIFY ekko TRANSPORTING angnr WHERE ebeln = wa_tble-ebeln.

The Project System guarantees close and constant monitoring of all aspects of your project.Projects are generally part of the internal processes of a company.
There is no orgnization structure of project system like in FI ( Company code), CO ( Controlling Area), Funds management ( FM area). but it depends upon other.
Therefore, The high degree of integration between the Project System (PS) and other SAP application components means that you can plan, execute, and account for projects as part of your normal commercial procedures. This means the Project System has constant access to data in all the departments involved in the project.
Further, in project system mostly controlling & ligistical is more important.

Diff between 0PS_C02 and 0PS_C021(project system cubes)

Please let me know the difference between above cubes for project systems in terms one says 'Dates(Identification Using External ID)' and the second one says 'Dates(Identification using GUID)'

Difference is - In New Content 0PS_C021 BW Can uniquely identify a PS Object using GUID which cannot be changed as External ID which was changeable.
"As of BI Content 3.5.3 Add-On SP2, the Business Content for the Project System (PS) has been redesigned so that an SAP Business Information Warehouse (SAP BW) system can uniquely identify a PS object (for example, a project definition or a WBS element) using the object's GUID instead of its external ID. The advantage of using the GUID is that it cannot be changed in an SAP system, whereas the external ID can be changed. Previously, if a user changed the external ID of an existing PS object in an SAP system and then uploaded the object to SAP BW, the SAP BW system would create new records for this object instead of updating the existing records. Using the GUID therefore improves the consistency and correctness of reporting in SAP BW for the Project System. "

In which tables this Project system 'CJ20N' Data has been stored.

Please help to fullfil my requirment.
In Project System we are creating 4 levels WBS structure in CJ20N; we are assigning deferent machine types and deferent Personal nou2019s to deferent WBS elements.
Here I want a report against this project what all the Machines & Employee No that we have assigned, and against Employee Network we are booking the time sheet for Employee and we are transferring the same to Controlling, we are Preparing the Sales Order by using the WBS element and than we do u201CDP91u201D to create Debit Memo request with reference to sales order for that employee for his working approved working Hrs.
From which tables we will get this required information to prepare u201CZ-Reportu201D
Are there is any link to get the document flow from Project to Debit memo request.

How can I modify data from a Transparent Table without ABAP code.

How can I modify data from a Transparent Table (like TCURR), and important thing is I want do all that with no ABAP code here. It is like that we always do that in a Oracle database use TOAD or PLSQL third party tools, with no script code here.
I had fond that there is a way can do that:
1, type 'se11',and Display Database table 'TCURR', click Contents, then click Execute to display all data
2, type '/h' and let debugging on
3, select one of this data then click 'Display',enter in debugging system.
4, then make a breakpoint in the code. But... display a dialog let I type a 'ABAP Cmnds', I want to know what can be type in for that?
and, My system is ECC6.

Your approach (with Vijay's suggestion) MAY work. However, depending on how tight security is at the company that you are working at you may or may not be able to acutaly change the value of the SHOW field to EDIT. This will be especially true if you are working in a Production environment. Vijay's other comment is true as well. This is not a recommended approach to change data (especially data with a financial impact like TCURR) in a production environment. The auditors will not be impressed.
Explore the option of a maintenace view or look at tcode TBDM to upload a file which includes daily rates from providers like Reuters or try tcode s_bce_68000174 which is a maintenance view on TCURR.

In project systems can we able to see, against the projects and against WBS what all the sales orders, Employees and material etc... That we assigned, in which STD report we can check all these assignments, from which tables (ABAP) it picks up the data to populate in the STD report.
I need the Tables for preparing the Z- Report. Please help meu2026

The most common overviews with respect to sales and distribution can be obtained from CN54N/ CN55N or you can also use CNS54 / CNS55. Tables for the same are VBAK/ VBAP.
For materials you can refer to CN52N overviews for material components and CO24 for missing parts.
For resources, CN50N provides the capacity requirements and CMP9 workforce planning.

Download transparent table data in excel

Hi all
I have ECC 6.0 system. I have a transparent table with 112 fields. Sufficient amount of data is present in that table. I need to download this data into an excel file. But I found there are some inconsistencies:
1. I used SE16. But we know that list output of the SE16 screen is limited to 1023 characters. Hence all the columns are not displayed. In my case it is displaying only 52 columns. Eventhough if we download this using System->List->Save->Local File->Spreadsheet, only those 52 columns are displayed in excel. So this SE16 was out of option.
2. I used SE16n. Here I could see all the 112 columns in the screen. But if I go for Export->Local File->Spreadsheet , each row gets splitted into two rows in excel. Also last few columns are not downloaded. All in all, it is an incomplete download and is not readable. Hence this method is out of option.
3. I used a manual method. In SE16n I copied all the data to the clip board using Ctrl+A and pasted them in a new excel document. The data got copied fully and properly. But the header line was missing.
What could be the solution other than writing a separate ABAP program?

I agree that there is ALV grid option. But that would result in point (2) I mentioned above. Evnthough, all columns are displayed, the rows gets splitted in excel. Also, last few columns does not get downloaded.

Table for budget distribution undet project system.

hi,
do any one know the table for budget distribution under a project system?
i need to get the data of budget assigned to a WBS level with the position ID, for a project. the transaction code to distribute the budget is by using transaction code - IM52.
