Promotional material should be tracked , How

Hi Experts,
This is a Pharma Company willing to record all promotional material such as Gift, Pen in SAP.
Stocks to be visible in SAP?
Stocks to be visible at customer level also?
My Idea is, using of t-code MB1C, Bringing the stocks to the warehouse plant, Then proceeding with the Sale order as Free of Delivery. So that, we can see stocks at customer level.
Please guide me to complete this requirement and please provide steps.

Hi,
You can create these gift items as non-valuated material and hence only qty is taken care in the system. Regarding free goods configuration, lots of thread available in this forum. the following thread seems to be useful. Once the gifts are delivered to the customer, you can see in the system how much goods have been passed on to the customers.

Check the item detail->conditions->analysis.
You can know from where the price got picked.
Also check whether the material has any manual conditions (MEK*)

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the items that are not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entries, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" links next to the items.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

Why do you need the serial number? The phone can't be tracked by either serial number or IMEI.

Understood. However, the point that I'm trying to make is that it's not the WiFi access point's security that's in question, it's having your phone's WiFi in an always-on mode that's in question. It's simple: if your phone's WiFi is on, then it is both discoverable and hackable... even when it's not connected to a WiFi network or access point. The point is that it's not secure to have your phone's WiFi in an always-on mode. Make sure you has the latest Windows Device driver for your display adapted from its manufacturer's web site installed on your system. Perhaps you updated the device driver with a Microsoft Windows Update. Microsoft update does not always install the correct update needed fpr Phoroshop.

Material should be determined when then the stock is not available

One of our scenario is to do material determination. But the alternative material should be determined only when the actual material is not in stock.
Kindly suggest the solution.

As rightly said by friend Anirudh V B,
its possible through Material Determination. But not possible without ABAP coding.
With the help of ABAP with min coding you can achieve this,
like,
let the ABAPer write coding to check the stock availability of the entered material before triggering "material determination" records.
To do this availability check , then can jsut use the existing Function modules : BAPI_MATERIAL_AVAILABILITY (OR) AVAILABILITY_CHECK. if the stock found zero / nil, let the "materail determination should trigger, else process as normal .
its already available, doenst need / take much time , but ABAP involvement is needed to fulfill your requirement.

takes place on Self certified material Lots. This happens even after
there is a material revision. This is undesirable as QC is Not able to

new revision created by design- purchaser creates po- materials comes in quality - auto skip
quality don't come into picture in ur scenario
solution :
new revision created by design - while creating po they will get error q info record for new revision not present- intimation to quality for creating q info record - decide whether to insp or skip it - normal process
use of q info record
in material master maintain control key for q info record.
create q info record for material, rev, plant , vendor
keep rest evertthing as it is - as a normal procedure material will be skipped
when any new rev is created - while creating po they will get error q info record for new revision not present- QC will get intimation regarding this new rev. -after all approval u can create q info record for this new rev. and then only purchaser will be allowed to create po.
make necesary chages in plan after every new revision

Sales BOM Header Material should not come in J1IJ or delivery

We have one depot plant, Now i am using the sales BOM, I have created one Material header with item category LUFM pricing at item level only, BOM is created, When I am entering the Header material in SO then alll child items are coming, then while creating the delivery all the child items and also the header items is coming in the delivery but same is coming in the J1IJ also I want that the header materal should not come in the J1IJ and it will be better if it is not in delivery if i set the indicator delivery block for header materia in SO then that item si not coming in Delivery but SO is shoing in Open SO as the header material is not delivered.
So is there any setting for this.
Also in quotaion I have maintain the item category assignment I have assign QT - LUFM - AGN
but whhen I am entering the header material in VA21 Ffor which the item category is LUFM system is giving the error message
No item category available (Table T184 QT LUMF )

Yes I want that the Header material should not come in J1IJ only. but i check the program of J1IJ it is selecting all the materials ref. to delivery number without any further check. also is it possible insted of SO if first we create the quotation in quotation therr willl be header material as well as child item but in SO only child item should get copy when creating ref. to that quotaion, I try with item category copy control, but then system is selecting non of the materils from Quotaion to SO, and when I allowed coopy control of header material from Quotaion to SO then it is copying Header as well as child items in the SO.

It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Use your backup copy of your computer to put everything back.
Iphone sync with one computer at a time. Syncing to another will erase the current content from the iphone and replace with the content of the new computer.
