Propagate to many destination

I would like propagate messages from one queue (1 source) to many destination(60)-(1 queue for 1 destinaton). I using Oracle 8.1.7.
Can i specify list of subscribers (60)?
Some one said that there are maximum 36 Job_Queue_Process at Oracle 8.1.7.
Can you help me. thank for every one.

To be honest, I would only plug it in when necessary. On my older 2009 MBP, I plug it in at night and it lasts me a solid 5-6 hours, if it needs to be plugged in during the day, I usually do it with about 2-3 hours left.

  • Calling Report From Form To Many Destinations

    Hi
    I am calling reports from forms using SET_REPORT_OBJECT_PROPERTY and then run_report_object.
    I dont know the destination until runtime of the report which is ok as I can pass this in via my procedure, but if that destination is many ie mail and file what is the best way to distribute the report?
    I could call my procedure for each destination but that seems a bit unefficient since the report would be created many times, is there another way?

    what about adding a drop-down-list near your report-button where you can choose the destination?
    when you click the report-button you simply read the value selected in the drop-down-list and send it to your reports-server too.

  • Last opened email subject is shown when opening email with many destination addresses

    Platform IPAD2 64Gb, OS version 4.3.5 (8L1), English default language.
    Issue: email subject field contents not showing correctly.
    Today I received on my gmail account an email that was targeted explicitely to a group of over 60 addresses, all of them together in the "to:" field.
    on the left part of the screen I can properly see a part of the right subject of the email.
    If I access another email, then open that one, the wrong subject of the last opened email is shown in the right part of the screen, just under the long recipient list, and before the correctly shown date time and content.
    This happens consistently, and whatever other email I decide to open, its subject is shown in place of the right one.
    While having that email opened, if I kill the email application (doubleclicking home and then killing the mail icon), and then relaunch email, the email opens immediately, and the subject is correctly shown.
    I also had cases in which an attachment was not shown in the email, despite being there, and being visible as a clip icon on the left part of the screen (but this is a different issue).

    Unfortunately there isn't official commercial support for Mozilla Thunderbird from Mozilla Corp.. I believe some contributors here ([http://mozilla.magicfab.ca myself included]) do offer such support, though.
    ''Before doing anything else, please do exit Thunderbird completely and [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-tb#w_backing-up-a-profile backup the profile folder] - it contains all your email, settings, filters, etc.''
    Regarding your issue, it looks like the mail folder information may be corrupt. In the left pane, in the folder list, right-click on the Sent folder and select '''Properties'''. Choose "'''Rebuild Index'''" or "'''Repair Folder'''" - do you even have that option? Once done, exit TB completely and restart it.
    Updating to a newer version will help anyone help you, if only because some of the documentation for older Thunderbird versions is a bit harder to find and testing to try & reproduce your problem will be harder. Don't do this just yet, though :)
    After this issue has been addressed I would suggest considering using IMAP if your provider allows you to, and of course archiving your email to Local Folders and doing regular backups of your profile.
    If you want to arrange commercial support, contact me via the link I provided above and we can discuss rapidly. Otherwise I am fine continuing here, however I can only reply as time permits. I am in Montreal (so, EST time zone).

    printers.PLS give me full details.
    Note : 1 printer local and others on network.
    thanks Alot

    Hi,
    please read about teh Reports distribution lists (bursting output) and how to use them.
    Thi this a feature in Reports 6i that allows a Reports output to be sent to many destinations the same time.

    If you create a Table of Contents through the TOC function, this automatically creates a hyperlink, and the destination is defined at the time of TOC generation. These hyperlinks do not show in the Hyperlinks panel, like manually created links. You will not be able to redirect the destination in Indesign. The TOC links are visible in Acrobat by selecting the Link tool and editing the destination there, but not recommended for many destination changes. In the event that content was moved to different pages in ID, and manual edits made to the TOC, the destinations of these hyperlinks are probaly not correct. You could remove all extraneous hyperlinks and regenerate a TOC with new link and destinations created, and see if this corrects issue.

  • Problem changing an internal hyperlink to new destination

    I am working with a document (77 pages) originally created in InDesign CS5.5 on a Mac.  I'm now working with it on InDesign CS6 on a Mac OS 10.7.4.
    I need to update the destination of several existing hyperlinks in the document's table of contents.
    One problem is that the hyperlinks panel doesn't show that the document contains any existing hyperlinks in the Links panel, which is strange.  When I export the document as an interactive PDF, the entire table of contents is linked to internal pages.
    Here are the steps I have taken:
    I highlight the (existing hyperlink) text in the document's table of contents
    Choose New Hyperlink Destination -> Type-> Page.
    Select the  Page #
    Set Zoom Setting to Fixed.
    Save the document.
    Export an interactive PDF.
    The link does not update to the new page # I selected.
    I do not have the option of creating a New Hyperlink, since it is greyed out.
    I've exported as an IDML and repeated all the steps.  No differnce.
    Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
    Kathryn

  • Do multiple archives destination may halt db

    if u have specified multiple destination for the archives
    through the initializtion parameter log_archive_dest_n
    do that means the archiving process won't be complete except when all destination have written THAT ARCHIVE
    i mean if u specified many destinations for different hard disks, or even a tape or specified a service (USE THE NETWORK AS THE MEDIUM) to be destination
    if using service destination or tape, it will complete copying the archive of course after the the same archive has been copied to the local hd
    so if during a log switch:
    the logwritter found that the logfile wich is in turn to be written to has been archived to some destinations & still beeing archived to other destinations (which has slower access)& hasn't finished yet
    the logwritter will complete the log swich & will use that logfile
    or
    the db will halt untill the redo file has been archived to all destinations & be available for logwriter

    Only if you specify MANDATORY for the LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n parameter. The default is OPTIONAL.
    With MANDATORY, the redo log can NOT be made available for reuse until it is completely archived.

  • Help with Inner Join query in SQL

    Hope someone can help with this, as this is quite an involved project for me, and I'm just about there with it.
    My table structure is :
    table_packages
    packageID
    package
    packageDetails
    etc
    table_destinations
    destinationID
    destination
    destinationDetails
    etc
    table_packagedestinations
    packageID
    destinationID
    ..so nothing that complicated.
    So the idea is that I can have a package details page which shows the details of the package, along any destinations linked to that package via the packagedestinations table.
    So this is the last part really - to get the page to display the destinations, but I'm missing something along the way....
    This is the PHP from the header, including my INNER JOIN query....
    PHP Code:
    <?php
    $ParampackageID_WADApackages = "-1";
    if (isset($_GET['packageID'])) {
      $ParampackageID_WADApackages = (get_magic_quotes_gpc()) ? $_GET['packageID'] : addslashes($_GET['packageID']);
    $ParamSessionpackageID_WADApackages = "-1";
    if (isset($_SESSION['WADA_Insert_packages'])) {
      $ParamSessionpackageID_WADApackages = (get_magic_quotes_gpc()) ? $_SESSION['WADA_Insert_packages'] : addslashes($_SESSION['WADA_Insert_packages']);
    $ParampackageID2_WADApackages = "-1";
    if (isset($_GET['packageID'])) {
      $ParampackageID2_WADApackages = (get_magic_quotes_gpc()) ? $_GET['packageID'] : addslashes($_GET['packageID']);
    mysql_select_db($database_connPackages, $connPackages);
    $query_WADApackages = sprintf("SELECT packageID, package, costperpax, duration, baselocation, category, dateadded, agerange, hotel, educational_tours, field_trips, corporate_outings, plant_visits, budget_package, rollingtours, teambuilding, description, offer FROM packages WHERE packageID = %s OR ( -1= %s AND packageID= %s)", GetSQLValueString($ParampackageID_WADApackages, "int"),GetSQLValueString($ParampackageID2_WADApackages, "int"),GetSQLValueString($ParamSessionpackageID_WADApackages, "int"));
    $WADApackages = mysql_query($query_WADApackages, $connPackages) or die(mysql_error());
    $row_WADApackages = mysql_fetch_assoc($WADApackages);
    $totalRows_WADApackages = mysql_num_rows($WADApackages);
    $colname_educationalDestinations = "1";
    if (isset($_GET['PackageID'])) {
      $colname_educationalDestinations = (get_magic_quotes_gpc()) ? packageID : addslashes(packageID);
    mysql_select_db($database_connPackages, $connPackages);
    $query_educationalDestinations = sprintf("SELECT * FROM destinations INNER JOIN (packages INNER JOIN packagedestinations ON packages.packageID = packagedestinations.packageID) ON destinations.destinationID = packagedestinations.destinationID WHERE packages.packageID = %s ORDER BY destination ASC", GetSQLValueString($colname_educationalDestinations, "int"));
    $educationalDestinations = mysql_query($query_educationalDestinations, $connPackages) or die(mysql_error());
    $row_educationalDestinations = mysql_fetch_assoc($educationalDestinations);
    $totalRows_educationalDestinations = mysql_num_rows($educationalDestinations);
    ?>
    And where I'm trying to display the destinations themselves, I have :
    <table>
            <tr>
                     <td>Destinations :</td>
                </tr>
               <?php do { ?>
            <tr>
                 <td><?php echo $row_educationalDestinations['destination']; ?></td>
            </tr>
            <?php } while ($row_educationalDestinations = mysql_fetch_assoc($educationalDestinations)); ?>
    </table>
    If anyone could have a quick look and help me out that would be much appreciated - not sure if its my SQL at the top, or the PHP in the page, but either way it would be good to get it working.
    Thanks.

    First off, you need to get the database tables so that there is a relationship between them.
    In fact, if there is a one to one relationship, then it may be better to store all of your information in one table such as
    table_packages
    packageID
    package
    packageDetails
    destination
    destinationDetails
    etc
    If there is a one to many relationship, then the following would be true
    packages
    packageID
    package
    packageDetails
    etc
    destinations
    destinationID
    packageID
    destination
    destinationDetails
    etc
    The above assumes that there are many destinations to one package with the relationship coloured orange.
    Once you have the above correct you can apply your query as follows
    SELECT *
    FROM packages
    INNER JOIN destinations
    ON packages.packageID = destinations.packageID
    WHERE packages.packageID = %s
    ORDER BY destination ASC
    The above query will show all packages with relevant destinations

  • How to suggest new tower location in Death Valley

    The Death Valley travel season is almost over and this applies mostly to next one, in around 7 months. For some reason T-Mobile and to some degree At&t offers service near Furnace Creek. I am not sure why Verizon offers zero service there.... I mean out of all providers T-Mobile is not the one that comes to mind as the one that should offer service in fringe areas.
    Neither does At&t. Its sort of embarassing to me as a Verizon customer with "the largest network" to have zero bars & be forced to use smoke signals.
    The main usage of cell phones is to coordinate meeting points over large area and they help a lot in that respect. Any hand held devices are a bit out of range and / or a bit heavy to carry/ not widely adopted by others (hand held CB radio).
    How does one suggest where network should be extended? Can this be based on the embarassing factor of others have it and Verizon doesn't?
    For these that think this is a "fringe" market, please reazlize that in season DV is filled with people as all campsites are taken including the ones that can handle 1000+ campers. This means 1000's of people are there. I am not sure how many of these are Verizon customers... but I am sure they all are a bit dissapointed by luck of service.
    As for tower placement in the valley near Furnace Creek, given the overall flatness of the area a signal could propagate for many miles. All it takes is just one tower.
    When I talk above about DV I mean area around Furnace Creek... Through other small villages could get their towers as well

    Please be assured that our goal is to bring Verizon Wireless coverage to any location where our customers can benefit from it and our Network Team as well as our Legal Team are always exploring the logistics involved in bringing coverage to a new market. It is not possible to bring one tower to a community and provide wireless service without having all the Network and Legal work done ahead of time. Additionally, keep in mind that certain areas may have some exclusive agreements with other wireless companies.
    We understand that you would like to see Verizon Wireless coverage in certain areas; please be certain that we want to bring more coverage to more places as well.

  • Exporting build specifications to other project

    Hai all,
    I have created the build specification for developing a exe in my project.  There are too many destination directories am creating in the project and its a lengthy process too.  Is there a way to export the build specifications (of a exe) to another project and reuse the specification there.
    I am using LabVIEW 8.5 Professional development system.
    Previous versions of LabVIEW has *.bld file that can be called while creating new exe's is there any such option in 8.5

    Hi JK,
    you can open your project file with a normal editor. It is a xml file. There is an item with name = build specification. If you copy this part to another project, then it shall be possible to use it there.
    Hope it helps.

  • I have this idea - Copying between different terminal directories.

    Hi,
    I have no idea if a program that does the following exists. The concept is a bit hard to explain but I'll do my best.
    Lets say that you have to terminals opened. In terminal 1 you are currently working in ~/build/foobar and in terminal 2 you are working in ~/archiscool/foobar/letshaveadrink/ and you want to copy a file from ~/build/foobar to ~/archiscool/foobar/letshaveadrink. The usual way of doing this would be to type
    "[user@host ~/build/foobar/]$ cp foobar ~/archiscool/foobar/letshaveadrink/"
    and it is usually very quick to do with completion, but it would be much easier if one could build a script (lets call it "t2dir") that could identify the working dir of terminal 2. Then you'd only have to type
    "[user@host~/build/foobar/]$ cp foobar t2dir".
    Would it possible to probe terminals for their working directories?

    Here's an alternative: use `ls /dev/pts` to get a list of running ttys and present that list to the user and let them choose the destination. That way they won't have to know the "/dev/pts" number of the tty they want to copy to. It will be nice to people who use title-bar-less windows (like me).
    #!/bin/sh
    # Find out the PIDS of running ttys
    PIDS=""
    for PTS in $(ls /dev/pts); do
    #echo "$PTS"
    PID=$(pgrep -nt "pts/$PTS")
    #echo "$PID"
    if [ $PID != $$ ]; then
    PIDS="$PIDS $PID"
    fi
    done
    # Count the PIDS
    i=0
    for PID in $PIDS; do
    i=$(($i + 1))
    done
    # Behave differently based on number of available destinations
    case $i in
    0)
    echo "No other tty to copy to. Ignoring."
    exit 1
    1)
    DEST=$(pwdx $PIDS)
    #echo "$DEST"
    echo "Only one possible destination. Copying to $DEST."
    exit $(cp "$1" "$DEST")
    *) # Many destinations
    j=0
    for PID in $PIDS; do
    j=$(($j + 1))
    echo "$j. $(pwdx $PID | sed -r -e's/^[0-9]+: //')"
    done
    echo "Select destination by entering its number (1, 2, etc.): "
    read NUM
    if [ $NUM -lt 1 ]; then
    echo "Error: there is no number smaller than 1 in the list."
    exit 2

    When in sh, I'm paranoid about spaces and metacharacters and globs and I don't know how to use arrays. I guess this explains the weird structure of the script.
    It sucks that it doesn't check for duplicates when listing out possible destinations... I should write this in a more comfortable language like perl. But I should go do some real work now.

  • Creating this in flash

    I took a job from my boss, and I really don't know how I will
    go about doing this. I am very new to flash.
    All I know is that I need something like this:
    [URL=http://www.ryanair.com/site/EN/dests.php?flash=chk]Destinations
    map [/URL]
    I need something like this but for the whole world, where we
    can put a mouse over the top of a point and see what routes are
    established. This is for a game, where users create an airline and
    their own routes. ANy helpful insight will be very much
    appreciated!

    depending upon how many destinations you've got in mind,
    you're looking at
    at least one month lead-in time (assuming you want time for
    creating the
    graphics, getting approvals, tweaking, debugging and
    testing)... and that's
    only for what appears to be the "simple" part of your
    project... if you're
    planning on tying this into a game, there could very well be
    many other
    factors that could drag your project out and kill it without
    the necessary
    planning you guys have apparently been avoiding 'till now...
    sorry for the
    hard truth, but I think you're better off knowing just how
    big a mountain
    built from a molehill that you've got in front of yourself...
    my condolences on your impending report to your boss... ;-p

  • My email was "compromised" today and batches of unknown data was emailed to hundreds of my contacts.  I changed my password.  How do I let all contacts know what happened?

    My email account was "compromised" today...Apple Support term but I call it a virus.  I changed my password but not before batches of messages were sent to my contact list.  I don't know the content but imagine it was junk type stuff.  Is there a way to inform my entire contact list of this error?

    It's not a virus.
    You can send a message to a group of your contacts, if you feel that's necessary, as follows.
    Open a new message window and write the message. From the Mail menu bar, select
    View > Bcc Address Field
    if not already selected. Launch the Contacts (OS X 10.8) or Address Book (other versions) application. Drag the group(s) you want to send the message to into the Bcc field of the Mail window. Send.
    Note that if you address too many destinations at once, your mail server may reject the mailing as spam.

  • Overheating with Google Maps?

    I have observed that my iPhone 4s (running latest IOS 7.1.2) gets very warm when running Google Maps, and the battery runs down quickly if it is not plugged in to car power. Twice in the past week my daughter's iPhone 5 got so hot running Google Maps that it shut down, causing her to lose GPS guidance to her driving destination. She had to pull off the road and wait for the phone to cool.
    It's a shame, because Google Maps is better in most ways than Apple Maps. It finds many destinations not in Apple's database, shows traffic slow-downs, and adjusts driving time estimates to account for them. Lately it has predicted my arrival times for cross-town trips at rush hour within 2 minutes. It can also save maps for offline use but I have not tried that feature; I wonder if it can save a whole city for use in places where data roaming is too expensive.
    Have others observed this overheating? Any suggestions for ways to make it run cooler? I've tried turning off wifi and bluetooth, and killing all other apps to avoid any possible background processing. The phone still gets very warm.

    Yes. With the exception that it is a huge cpu and power hog.
    Complain to the app developer (google) and/or find an alternative that works for you.
    Google maps is NOT an Apple product.

  • No export image sequence option

    I'm running 10.0.9 and under File>Share there is no Image Sequene option. How can I export clips as an image sequence?

    You need to Add Destination and pick image sequence from the selections on the right side of the dialog. Set your image properties as well. PS - you can add as many "destinations" of the same type as you like and customize the export properties.
