    Hello! I just purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Pro Student and Teacher Edition. I don't know how to find the product to download on my account, it seems not to be there. So I tried to license the trial version I have on my computer with the product key I got in the email. But then it is not possible because I tried a Swedish version. The version I bought was only possible to buy in English so there is a mismatch between them and nothing happens.     I have the same  problem. Have paid. Messages say I have downloaded it but the file is inaccessible apparently download is somewhere on my hard disk. How do I find it?? Is there not help at an Adobe phone service. If so what is the number to call??

    If you ordered Acrobat via subscription, then you can use either Windows or Mac version.  Just download/install the Mac version, then activate it with your Adobe ID.
    If you purchased the perpetual license, then you need to Contact Customer Care bu chat or phone.

    K_don52 and Ande8135 please remove your current installation of the Adobe Download Assistant and reinstall.  You can find more details in the known issues section of Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant.

    Since when are you facing this issue? Did you tried system restore to a date before this problem occured.
    Does acrobat stop working when you open this specific pdf file or with any pdf file that you open?

    i purchased Adobe Acrobat XI Professional Student and Teacher Edition today online. I was not able to install as it posted a message the it can not be installed on pc with windows vista 32-bit. what is the solution for my purchase?

    The requirements are given at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobatpro/tech-specs.html and VISTA is not listed. I have heard from others that AA XI indeed is not compatible with VISTA, but does run with XP,SP3 and newer systems. If you are unsuccessful, all I know to suggest is to upgrade your OS, but that may mean a new machine too. Sorry.

    I purchased Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro online at the Adobe website in 2009 and have been able to re-install as needed through downloads over the years.  I have an active account and the serial number for the product but cannot find a download link at the Adobe website.  Where can I find a download link for Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro?  Thanks for your help.

    Success!  Thanks to Pat and Mike for their help.
    The link provided by Pat works but it is tricky.  Bascially, to download Acrobat 8 Pro you have to:
    1.  Go to the link Pat provided -- see http://prodesigntools.com/download-adobe-cs4-and-cs3-free-trials-here.html. That should take you to the site below.
    2. Scroll down the page a little bit and you will come to a section entitled: "Very Important Instructions.  The screen will look like the one below.  Read the instructions carefully.  You have to follow a link in the narrative to the Adobe Acrobat XI download site and you have to click on the "Download Now" bar.  This will put a cookie on your computer that will make the link for the Acrobat 8 Pro work.  After you click the Acrobat XI download bar do not open the file -- just go back to the page you were on and continue scrolling down.
    3.  When you scroll down the page a little bit you will come to a screen that has a number of download links (see screen shot below).  The Acrobat 8 Pro is the last one.  Click on it and you should be able to down load the file and install it on your computer.

    Hi Everyone,
    I bought three (3) Adobe Acrobat XI Pro for windows. I installed it into my three (3) computers I choose to input my serial number (because I have one), after I completed installing it I was prompted to register it online. But there was a error saying that I don't have a Internet Connection (please see the image below) it's a weird thing because I do have one. 
    Now, my questions are :
    1. How can I solve the problem regarding the Internet Connection thing? My clock and and time zone are correct.
    2. Is there an alternate way to register my software online?
    3. I want to un-install my Adobe Acrobat to my previous computer and install it to my new computer, will the Serial Number be counted? Being said that I installed and input the serial number into my three computers.
    I'm afraid that if I install and input serial number to my new computer, the serial number will not work because I used it three times.
    Please help me with this matter. Thank you in Advance!
