Whatsapp is a 3rd party app. If you want it for your phohe, you should contact the app developer and ask them to port it to your phone asap.

When I am connected to the WiFi, my apps cannot be download. Once I had disable the wifi and connect directly to the service provider, the apps will start to download. Please advise what is the problem and solution for my iPhone 5.

I have tried to write reviews for both temple run 2 and tiny monsters and they both didn't work but I just thought it was because the review was too long so I tried it again with a shorter review but it still didn't work and then just on a random other app that I didn't really want to review and it still didn't work. Make sure you are signed into the account that purchased it. If the app is on your phone but you are signed into an account that didn't purchase it then it won't let you review the app.

Hi all
I posted a similar problem earlier, and thought it was resolved, but now it's happening again and worse.
( I keep my imovies on an external drive, which has been fine before (maybe before snow leopard update?) )
Briefly:
I created an new event and imported clips.
I created a new project 1, edited but did not share.
Created project 2, edited. Quit imovie.
today, opened imovie: project 2 was active so I shared it.
Went to project pane: project 1 was empty. Recreated project 1 and shared it.
Created new project 3:.... project 1 would not leave the editing window so quit imovie.
Re-opened imovie:
Project pane: project 1 is empty, project 2 is empty, but shared indication is there. opened project 3 to edit and share.
new project 4: project 3 wouldn't leave the window to allow editing of 4.
Quit and deleted preferences (imovie8 plist as well as the iapps plist from my user/library/preferences). but no improvement: Now projects 1, 2, and 3 are empty (but shared)
What the heck is happening and how can I fix it? I'm tired of sharing and then quitting the app as the only way to work on a new project and am afraid that if i have a big project, and can't share the same day I start it, it will be gone when i reopen the app the next day!!Well, as no one was able to offer a solution, i reinstalled the whole iLife 09 package. This at least allowed me to install the updates (which I couldn't do before).
A test movie creation works, without the edited work disappearing. I don't want to have to reinstall every time it happens, though, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that the problem is now solved. -

Have you backed up your iPod's data to your computer/iCloud? If so, it should be fine to update.
Also, it is possible (If you have iOS 5.0 already) to update iOS on your iPod without the need for iTunes: Check your iPod has more than 50% battery, open 'Settings' on your iPod and tap General > Software Update and iOS 5.1 should be there for you to download and install. That is how I did it and it only takes 5 minutes.

I can't access the audio memo apps but i can see under usage - manage storage that all the files are located in icloud. how to extract .wav files from icloud if the apps is no longer responding to fileshare in itunes? Thanks.
yes it was solved some time ago. i cant remember exactly but i think i disconnected from the internet and tried accessing the audio apps (or maybe i had accessed the apps first then only turned off internet i cant remember) thereafter the files were in my local apps and then I turned off use icloud. i suggest you backup your ipad on itunes before trying anything. I noticed that before iTunes upgrade any APP, it will kill the APP first. So I'm doubting if iTunes will automatically lauch the APP after that.

I have been using an app called FOTOR for edtining my pictures, it has recently crashed. I deleted it and re installed it but it ha sthe same crashed staus, can any one help me please? I miss it so much...UnInstall the App first and then Restart the computer then Verify and Repair Permissions.
There are so many third party Apps out there that are just problematic to Mac's. I am sorry for your problems but you can Install a program like GIMP it is Free and Open Source and has always been a very good app for Mac users and it was really developed for users that couldn't afford Adobe's Photoshop.

First, there are no PPC Macs that can run Snow Leopard or later. Did you buy your iMac used? Where did you get Mavericks in the first place? If it was installed by the seller, then you are not licesnsed to use his/her copy.
Do you know exactly what iMac model you have? If it's a post 2010 model you can do the following:
Install Mavericks, Lion/Mountain Lion Using Internet Recovery
Be sure you backup your files to an external drive or second internal drive because the following procedure will remove everything from the hard drive.
Boot to the Internet Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND-OPTION- R keys until a globe appears on the screen. Wait patiently - 15-20 minutes - until the Recovery main menu appears.
Partition and Format the hard drive:
1. Select Disk Utility from the main menu and click on the Continue button.
2. After DU loads select your newly installed hard drive (this is the entry with the mfgr.'s ID and size) from the left side list. Click on the Partition tab in the DU main window.
3. Under the Volume Scheme heading set the number of partitions from the drop down menu to one. Click on the Options button, set the partition scheme to GUID then click on the OK button. Set the format type to Mac OS Extended (Journaled.) Click on the Partition button and wait until the process has completed. Quit DU and return to the main menu.
Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion. Mavericks: Select Reinstall Lion/Mountain Lion, Mavericks and click on the Install button. Be sure to select the correct drive to use if you have more than one.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet
if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.
This should restore the version of OS X originally pre-installed on the computer. You may then go to the App Store to download Mavericks using your Apple ID.
If you have a 2010 model you may require a special firmware upgrade before you can do the above: Computers that can be upgraded to use OS X Internet Recovery.
If you have an earlier iMac then you must get Snow Leopard 10.6.8 installed by installing a version of Snow Leopard either included on the software restore discs or:

I have only just upgraded to iOS 7 on my iPhone 4 and am having a problem with Viber. When my phone came on for the first time after the update I could see I had 2 new viber messages, when I went to open viber it asked me to register my number, which I did. Once the app was open I noticed all my message history was gone...
I still have an itunes backup of my phone just before the update, I restored it to this backup, followed the same process and now viber will not even work (the access code wont sms to me and the phone call option for recieving this code also come up with some error about not being able to do this at this time).
I have been able to access viber using another phone number (I have two sims which I use as I am currently overseas in south korea, my referenced australian sim has worked previously on viber overseas and I definently do have roaming on) but again I have no message history.
So to questions:
1) Why is my activation not working under my referenced australian number?
2) Can I recover all my message history which should be saved in my itunes backup? I am willing to revert to this backup state again if needed.

Thanks.Look iTunes>Preferences>Devices...is a backup listed for your iPhone 5 dated BEFORE you restored your iPhone 4 backup to your iPhone 5? If not, your data is gone. If there is a backup, on your iPhone 5: Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings. You should now be able to restore that backup, if it exists, to your iPhone 5.
