Providing E1COKEY segment for CODCMT IDocs

Hi there,
i try to provide information for COKEY in E1COKEY segment of an CODCMT IDoc in a customer program. An Idoc with filled E1COKEY segment is posted succesfully without any effect on the COKEY table. I suppose that providing information for COKEY in the IDoc should affect the table and fill in the information there. I try this with external number range and i refer an external numer in that segment in an E1COEP segment of that IDoc.
What is wrong at this intention? Where do i get more information about this segment? The description in WE60 is not sufficient!
Background is, that without filled CO subkey field = key of COKEY in COSP different units in quantities will be mixed up and added together.

Hi,
You can use CreateIf Node function to create the segments based on the condition.
<Condition>-CreateIf NodeFuction--<Node of the target segment>.
The target segment will be created only if the condition is true.

Need IDOC and segment for mappping the sales order number

Hi,
we need the IDOC name and segment for mapping the sales order number created by oracle in sap for transaction VA01.
Whether the sales order number created by Oracle can be used to create the sales order in sap using the idoc ACC_SALES_ORDER01?
. If we can do,then what is the segment and field for the sales order number in the idoc ?

Hi,
IDOC for sales order is ORDERS05. Segment E1EDKA1, for field go to SE11 and enter E1EDKA1 to find field for sales order.

Hi,
you have to fill the segment E1EDK02 with:
E1EDK02-QUALF (qualifier) = '044' (purchase order number consignee)
E1EDK02-BELNR = Purchase Order Number
E1EDk02-DATUM = Purchase Order Date

How to generate multiple files for each segment in the IDOC

Use multimapping in message mapping. Then map the Idoc node to the Message Type of File.

Finding the correspponding IDoc No's for values in a segment of the Idoc

Hi,
I have around 100 work order numbers, based on which I want to find out the failed Idoc numbers. These work order numbers are part of one of the segment fields in IDocs. I know the message type of the IDocs.
I do not want to use transaction WE09 as it would be too time consuming, entering one work order number and finding the correspponding IDoc. Is there a way of finding all the correspponding IDoc numbers for the work order numbers that I have at one go.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

But I dont want to write a report. I was just want to get the IDoc numbers using a table or a function module. Any idea if using Transaction SE16N can help?
If yes how should I go about it, as I have already tried querying table edid4 passing all the work order numbers. But no result. What I have observed is that the data is stored in the field application data in the table and to get data querying the table, passing the work order number might not be possible. As the application data contains a lot of other data also.

Enhancement or BADI for E1IDB02 IDoc segment

I need to change some field values on the E1IDB02 segment before the IDoc is generated. Basically, I need to clear the last 90 bytes of the record and map an IBan number for the BA partner type. This is the source bank and generally, SAP does not populate that via standard mapping. I there either an Enhancement or BADI that would allow me to map values in this segment?

Is there any segment for withholding tax data when creating creditor master data with IDoc CREMAS03? I need an other IDoc for this purpose?

Dear Atul,
In function module AC_DOCUMENT_CREATE there is the structure
T_ACCWT to pass the calculated tax items. In the
BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST the corresponding BAPI structure has been added
with release 6.0. For older releases it is posssible to pass the
withholding tax items in structure EXTENSION1 and map it to T_ACCWT
using a customer exit or the Business Transaction Event RWBAPI01.
For the corresponding IDOC ACC_DOCUMENT the same holds.
From release 6.0 on there is the IDOC segment E1BPACWT09 for
passing WT information, in older releases E1BPPAREX
can be used to pass the extension data, see note 487722.

Add segment to outbound Idoc for Sales order

HI experts,
I need to add segment E1EDP02 under Existing segment E1EDP01 for outbound IDOC for Sales order. FM" IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDRSP".
I have used the Exit : "EXIT_SAPLVEDC_003" for the FM "IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDRSP" in the include of the Exit i wrote my code also for adding segment and activate it.
But when i am trying to debug the code it's not working
So please guide me how to debug it
I have followed below steps to Debug.
1. In VA02 i have repeat the output.
2. Put the breakpoint in the Exit include program .
3. put the Breakpoint in ALE processing Routine in RSNASTED program also
4. Trigger the program RSNAST00 by giving the Parameter value of SALES ORDER number and execute.
But not working
And i need to know whether i have used the Correct EXIT or not.In that case how to identify the correct exit's

Maximum number of times for the segment in the idoc

I am in WE30 transaction, and i am creating a new idoc type, and i have a doubt in the maximun number of a repeated segment.
Example idoc 1:

What would be the idoc orders structure :
A)

IDoc type could not be determined for the IDoc in F110

Dear All,
The below mentioned error is encountered by us in F110.We have check all the setiing and not able to find the solution for this error.
Now our heads has gone for a toss....can anyone kindly suggest what and where we have missed out.
The system is not creating the IDOC file.....
IDoc type could not be determined for the IDoc
Message no. B1090
Diagnosis
The IDoc passed to the ALE layer could not be processed. The specifications passed in the control record were not correct.
The basic IDoc type (field EDIDC-IDOCTP on the outbound side or EDI_DC-IDOCTYP on the inbound side)has not been specified for this IDoc.
The attempt to read the basic IDoc type from table EDIDO also failed. No table entry was found for IDoc type from field DOCTYP.
Procedure
Possible error sources:
- The calling program did not provide values for the fields specified above correctly. Make a note of the transaction in which this error occurred and consult your ALE administrator.
- The IDoc type is not known in your system and must be maintained.
Kindly do the needful.

If you want to create IDocs from the proposal run, outbound parameters (we20) with the 'Test' flag are required in addition.
see OSS note 504230 : Message EUPEXR forms the logical unit around the individual payment messages (PAYEXT IDocs). The E1IDRD1 segments contain the IDoc numbers of the payment messages in field DOCNUM. Segment E1IDRS1 contains check sums (total of all amounts, account numbers, bank numbers, number of payment messages). This information is provided for the EDI subsystem. Set up EUPEXR In Transaction WE20 for the partner profile for the house bank, create the outbound parameters for message type EUPEXR with IDoc type IDCREF01. If you want to create IDocs from the proposal run, outbound parameters with the 'Test' flag are required in addition.
