How can we Provide the message types to be included for change pointers.?
How can we turn-on Change pointer update generally?
Iam converting the idoc to XML format in XI , So. i need the queries to solve( understand)

You can use transaction BD50 to activate change pointer for a message type.
How can we turn-on change pointer update generally?
You can use transaction BD61 to activate change pointers generally.

Exceptions are only code and text, the kind of message comes from the raising statement in the FM code.
RAISE <Exception>.
MESSAGE..... RAISING <Exception>.

What are the message types available for Vendor Address?

Hi Everybody,
I need to read the all the change pointers of Vendor Address using the function moudle 'CHANGE_POINTERS_READ'. To call this FM I need to pass Address's Message Type. I am passing ADRMAS as message type. but i am not getting any records into change pointers internal table.
Pls help me out by informing the message type of Vendor Address.

The address group is in the segment E1BPAD1VL1-ADDR_GROUP.
Check the table TSAD7 for Address groups (central address management)

There should be nothing native to the OS X which would ask for a password
or other information on a restart, unless accompanied by the traditional login
box with your user name.
There are adware or marginal products that could be called malware (bad)
that would impose their presence and some items that could have been
downloaded by accident or through some corrupted free software site; of
those some could ask for and gain permission to go through your Mac
and maybe even run in the background to do other nefarious misdeeds.
You could see if startup in SafeBoot allows you access past that the Completer.
Since I don't have a pile of helpful article links on how to resolve various issues
I'd be looking them up one way or another.

Also, Apple support has a helpful page on how to remove adware and other bits:

Fax/Email capability for the Message types

Hi all,
There a is a new message type ZSF created for Smartform for the PO transactions ME21N/22N/23N through NACE Tcode.
The properties of this message is similar to that of the NEU message type for SAPScript with the changes to the Form name and the Print program name.
But the ZSF does not perform the External send functionality which the message type NEU is able to.
For NEU Processing Routines is has the customised form ZZMEDRUCK while for the ZSF this coulmn of Form is Blank and the Smartform Column is updated with the smartform name. Is this correct?
What else is needed to enable the External send functionality for the ZSF.

It seems all the settings are OK But what MEDIUM is used to send Mail
For print we use Medium 1 for Fax 2 like that for MAIL it is 7 I think
see the table NAST and the field NACHA for different medium values
So you have to use the proper medium for sending the mail
also you ensure that the Driver program is triggering properly for the different communication medium

How can we change the message type?

Hello all
We use SRM server 5.5 with classic scenario.
When we create shopping cart, we implemented the Change Badi to assign the purchasing group from R/3 material master.
We implemented the following logic.
If material master in R/3 has no purch. Group, SRM also has no purch. Group. So SRM display the error message You should select the purch. group to determine the purchasing group in basic view.
But, We have the standard error message, when we choose the material code this material code has no purch. Group in R/3 No purchasing groups were found.
Message number is BBP_ATTR050.
Because of this message, we can not progress the process to create shopping cart.
Can we change the message type from Error to Warning Message?
Or, Can we delete this message?

Yes. You are right.
When user choose the material code, there is no purch. group in 1st Step, but
we want to choose the purch. group in 2nd Step on basic view.
But we have the error message at 1st step. so we can not progress to 2nd Step.
If we use dummy purch. group, user could make the human mistake.
So our customer want to remove purch. group and choose the purchasing group by user.
But i'm not sure if we remove this error message, we got solve this problem..
Pls give me an idea..

You can find these in transaction WE82.
You can find in WE57, this basis type, which fm is attached (BAPI_IDOC_INPUT1).
Then check out transactions WE41 and WE42.
You can use the table EDIMSG, in SE16 to list all the msg types making use of the same IDoc.
or
If you want to get all the message types, you can use WE81.
If you want to see which message types are attched to a particular Idoc type, use WE82
check it in BD60 and WE57..

Filter Infotypes based on Company Code for the Message Type HRMD_A

I have a requirement to send different infotypes for different Company codes using the same distribution model for the message type HRMD_A.
Example :
For the BUKRS 2500 I need to send infotype 0000 ,0002,0006
For the BUKRS 2600 I need to send infotype 0000 ,0008,0009
It will be a great help for me if any one can guide me on that.

I alredy have done that . But its not working.
Its working only for infotype 0001.
If the infotype is there in any of the filter groups, the data will be sent irrespective of the Com Code.

"NOT solved" CO needs upgrading, can't provide the service I'm paying for.

For the record, I accepted the solution to my original post as advised by support, in an effort to be able to unlock the original post but it didn't work.
Please review the original post "CO needs upgrading, can't provide the service I'm paying for." for the beginning details of my issue.
Here's the update and final word from Verizon....
Worked on the issue in private support from 2/28/13 to 3/15/13. I was told my issue was submitted to the DSL escalation team & engineering group. I was told that it is a capacity issue at the CO, where upgrades are needed, so at the present time there is nothing more they can do until the upgrades are completed.
Needless to say, I'm not happy. Now I'm currently looking into compensation in the form of some type of reduction in my monthly fee until the issue is resolved at the CO and I'm able to get the speed I'm provisioned. Wish me luck this is my last option.
As I stated in my original post, I really have had a good relationship with Verizon up until now. Unfortunately, I'm not seeing a light at the end of the tunnel so I may have to make a change. I'll update this if anything changes

This is probably my final update...
I received a voice message in regards to my request for some compensation but there was nothing Verizon can do. The info given was that there was no estimated time for the upgrades to be completed. The offer was to down grade my plan to a lower provisioned speed & pay a lower rate. For both, it was not what I wanted to hear.
I wanted to keep my plan & provisioned speeds. I am & have been happy with my service & speed(when it's where it should be), it just that I'm not getting what I pay for at all times. Since there is no estimated time for upgrades (so that I get those provisioned speeds) I was inquiring about a possible adjustment in my monthly fees(maybe a few bucks off per month) until the upgrades are done. So now as I understand Verizons stance, I need to continue to pay the full price & Verizon won't be providing my provisioned speed. That just doesn't sound like a fair deal.
Unfortunately it appears that Verizon will now be loosing a long time customer, something I really wanted to avoid for the previously stated reasons. As I now look for an alternate ISP, I will continue to monitor my private support case in the hopes that something changes that will allow me to continue my relationship with Verizon as my ISP.
I want to thank everyone for their assistance in trying to resolve my issue, you have all been professional, courteous & helpful(as much as you could have been) in our communications, Kudos to all.
