Provision failed for Wordpress

I am getting provision failed consistently when trying to create an Azure Wordpress website.  I have done this in the past and it worked and my account still has 22 days on the free service.  I deleted the website and try again and now it fails.
However the MySQL db is still there.
Please help

  • Role Provisioning failed for System(s) : Connector Name . Error Message : malformedRequest

Hi Everyone we are facing following issue in GRC-SAC-SAE 5.3_16.3. So far our CUP was connected to Enterprize portal (7.01) and auto provisioning for group to users worked. However now it is not working with below error.
    Role Provisioning failed for System(s) : <Connector Name>. Error Message :
    malformedRequest
    Failed request now
    Successful request used to provision
    Regards,
    Arpan Paik

    Arpan,
We used to get those "malformed request" errors. We dealt with them by requesting the portal to be re-booted during the weekend maintenance window, making the portal security changes manually, cancelling the CUP request and notifying the requester. It's not a great solution, I know, but it was all we could come up with at the time. Then they upgraded the portal to NW 7.31, which is incompatible with GRC 5.3, and we have to do everything manually, so our situation went from bad to worse. Good luck!
    Cheers,
    Gretchen

  • SP12: Auto-provisioning failed for role with action "keep"

    Hi,
If you want to keep an exisiting role for a user in CUP. It wasn't possible to change the validity of the role. Therefor you have to set parameter 145 value to 1 in database table VIRSA_AE_ERMCONFIG and refresh cache in CUP(solution with SP11).
But know we have problemes with the auto-provisioning.
We can enter the other validity of the role and after that the request provisioning failed. In our workflow the request rerouted to the admin because of escape-route settings. All other new roles in the request are assigned well to the user in the backend system.
    Any ideas?
    Many thanks,
    Alexa

    Hi,
we actually have the same Problem, that changes to the role validity with action "keep" are not provisioned to the SAP system.
If it is only possible to change the validity with the action "add" it is not possible to limit the validity of a previously unlimited role. Because as you said another role with the new validity dates is simply added to the existing roles.
The only workaround would be to delete the old role and add a new one with new validity dates. But in my opinion this workaround is not acceptable for the users.

  • CSM 3.1.1 Device provisioning failed null for ASA5520 V7.2.2

Hi, with CSM Version 3.1.1 when i start
    Discover VPN policies :
    Topology : Hub and spoke
IPsec technology : regular VPN IPsec
    Discover from Network
When the system discover my hub ASA5520, i have this message " Device provisioning failed null
    Please contact Cisco Technical Assistance"
    see the asa configuration :

A missing comUser.dat is critical as this file contains the trust_user (aka System Identity User) credentials. This file missing can cause components that lookup trust_user information to fail. Provisioning is one such component. With CS 3.1.1, creating System Identity User in CS GUI will create a comUser.dat. But with the older versions, you might get error while trying to edit the System Identity. So it's better to use a backed up comUser.dat.

I just created a new instance on an existing SQL server. The original instance works fine. On

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Login failed for user 'domain\myusername'. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 18456)
    Guidance/suggestions?

  • Provisioning fails

    Hi folks,
I've installed IdM 7.2 with the sap provisioning framework. The problem is that role provisioning/deprovisioning fails for ABAP systems.
When provisioning following task are executed:
    Update context info
    LOG: Unknown framework type
    Set task to error state
    Skip pending operation
    Update changenumber
Recurring exceptions in the logs are:
    1. getKeyValue(tempDSE.ddx,Common,Charset)
    IniFile.getKeyValue
java.io.FileNotFoundException: tempDSE.ddx (The system cannot find the file specified)
    2. Pass attribute SOURCEREPOSITORY, value '' could not be resolved to integer, assuming 0
    Workaround
I tired to set a value for repository in the provision task. And the role got provisioned. But I'm pretty sure that isn't the right way.
I'm a total noob with IdM and the config manual and help pages are not that informative.

    Hi guys.
I've have now reinstalled the database schema and reconfigured everything. The problems persist.
I've been looking into the problem now and found this:
A switch task Check SYNCRONOUS calls the data base with following query:
SELECT VarValue FROM mc_repository_vars WHERE VarName='REPOSITORY_SYNC' and Repository=%repid%
I've checked the table and If %repid% would hold the value 3 as my repository ID, it would return SYNC .
But it doesn't. %repid% doesn't hold that value.
What is %repid%? A constant or a variable? Is it created automatically or do I have to create it manually?
    Thanks and Regards,
    Vit

  • ISE Mac OS X - Self-Provisioning FAILED

Good morning everyone, I have 5 devices which are tested self-registered.
    - iPad
    - iPhone
    - Window 7(wire, wireless)
    - Window 8.1(wire, wireless)
    - MacBook OS X
The four devices work except MacBook OS X, i have tried many way to solve it but still doesn't work such as
    - change version of native supplicant
    - change browsers(firefox, safari) which are used to run java and many other ways.
Could anyone tell me what i should solve this

The fact that this is working for other devices but only fails for your MAC books is going to be tough to figure out.
    Can you:
    1. Check what the device is being profiled with when the error happens
    2. Check the SCEP server and look for any errors
    3. Provide screen shots of:
    - From the detailed windows of the live authentication event
    - Your client provisioning policies
    - Your Authorization rules
    - The certificate template (all settings) used for the BYOD flow
    4. Also, what version of code are you running and what is the model of your WLC

  • Sync-rule-flow-provisioning-failed

    Hi,
I added a user in FIM portal and then synchronize it . After 2 days I deleted that user in FIM portal. Again when I added the same user in FIM Portal and synchronizing it in a synchronization service, it gives me an error and that is sync-rule-flow-provisioning-failed
. Microsoft.MetadirectoryServices.ProvisioningBySyncRuleException: An object with DN "CN=109176,OU=FIM,DC=PSPCL,DC=IN" already exists in management agent "PSPCL AD MA".
Now how can I able to synchronize that user?

  • RTC Provisioning fails in OID

I installed the RTC component of collab suite using the single-box install. I am able to successfully create users and log into RTC.
Within the provisioning console I created a user "jsmith", then I deleted the user, then I created "[email protected]", then deleted it, then re-created "jsmith".
The first time I created the user id's the RTC provisioning works, but now that I've re-created "jsmith" the provisioning fails.
I looked with the OID tree for this user and found the following error messages:
    orcluserapplnprovstatus;rtc_rtcdb.company.com_rtc PROVISIONING_FAILURE
orcluserapplnprovstatusdesc;rtc_rtcdb.company.com_rtc 1154454621548_provisioning in RTC repository failedI've tried deleting and recreating the user several times without success. I've shut everything down, rebooted the system, started everything up and still no success.
My suspicion is that there's some ghost data in OID that is causing a conflict due to the original created entry but I don't know for sure.
I am able to create and provision other users successfully, just not this user id.
Any ideas how to "clean up" this user account and successfully provision RTC?
    Thanks,
    Jon.

Issue resolved. This note is for 9.0.4.2 but works for 10.1.2 as well.
