PRT screen layout change in Work Order

Hi  Experts ,
when we assogn PRT to an Operation in Maintenance order then PRT description by default comes in righ hand corner of the screen . I want to shift that column to near to PRT number .
Can any one please help

Thanks for the reply . but I donot want this change for my account only , I want it for all users .
In the change settings screen there is one tab for administration settings where we have given numbering for each field but that is deactiveted .
Can you please tell how to activate that

    Hi,
    You could temporarly adjust the CUNI definition for TST so that it can be converted to seconds. Adjust the notifications to set a valid unit of measure.
    The alternative would be to update the field MAUEH in table QMIH with a valid breakdown unit of measure.

  • Tracking the component changes - Open work order

    Hi
    We have been using special work order type, it is an open work orders. Was created for adding the small consumable and do the time writing for small jobs. The users are instructed to use only for consumable material and time writing job. But how ever the user who have acces to change the workorder are adding those material with high value. I want to trach who has ordered this changes is there any standard way to check the order.
    If any changes made to the component list it will display the same reservation number which the warehouse will issue the goods, I would like to know each time item added to the component list by different user there ID or the name i should find.

    Hi Peter,
    Yes we can see the material reserverd against the person who is taking the material from the warehouse.
    But the issue is while adding the material in the work order does not show who is the person adding the material to the workorder, it will go to the person who created the workorder to the same reservation.
    For my issue is there any standard way or we have to go for development please let me know.

    HI,
    There are up to six different field selection keys.
    Eg: 1. Field selection key: transaction
          2. Field selection key: activity type
          3. Field selection key: purchasing document type
          4. Field selection key: item category/document category
    The successive combination of the field selection keys listed above decides which input characteristics the fields have in the document.So not only MBF, it is the combination of the setting that determines the field layout.
    + For mandatory fields
    . For optional fields
    For display fields
    - For suppressed fields
    the strongest is suppresed, then display, then mandatory and last is optional.
    ie , for eg combine fld sel key 1=  suppressed and fld sel key 2 = mandatory, result is field is suppressed. Similarly , ther final result after combining the settings determine the field status.

    When I use 'pa30', I can see a couple of provided icons.
    When I choose overview icon among them, Screen is displeyed.
    I'd like to change layout of this screen.
    How am I doing for that?

  • Change Maintenance Work Order Detail Report in Print WO page

    Hello,
    I would like to ask you for your help. We would like to have different report in Print WO function than Maintenance Work Order Detail Report. I mean SSM responsibility > Search for WOs > click Print WO icon. We applied patch #9871500 (I found it there: Templates associated to datadefinitions other than 'EAMWRREP' are not shown in the Work Order Detail report in EAM [ID 1209703.1]). I did personalizations steps - I defined new data definition (for example TEST) and report with data definition TEST is shown in the option on Print WO page now... But how should I it define to have correct result? What should be defined in Executable, Concurrent Program, Data Definition and Data Template? I have RDF and RTF files for this report. We are using different SQL than it is used in the original report. How could be used our SQL defined in RDF?

    Hi,
      1) You can choose to select and Print shop paper when you need.No enhancement is required.
    2) There is not an option in standard to say Print/Not print Long text . You will have to replace the standard form with a custom form and build the logic to print /Not Print long text based on your rules.

  • Sub screen: Layout changed after applying the Patches

    Hi,
    I created a sub screen and used the same in a standard screen. The issue is that when I compare the screens i.e. the layout of the sub screen and where it is actually used(standard screen), they differ.
    The sub screen was being displayed properly before the Patches were applied.
    Does applying the Patches has anything to do with this? If so, how to resolve this?

  • Changing the work order concept .

    While creating  PM Order IW31 , I get responsible work center and profit center populated once I select the main work center .
    My question is if I change the Main work center should the responsible work center and profit center change automatically ?In my case it does not change and my client is asking if they can be changed by some settings .
    Along with this I have some doubts as where the following comes from and what s their significance.
    >Responsible cost center(Additional Data)
    >Profit Center(Additional Data)
    >Cost Center (location tab )
    >Cost Center (in settlement rule )

    Responsible cost center(Additional Data)
    This is labor cost center which have been defined in Main work center. In KP26, for the combination of this cost center & activity type which has been mentioned in Main work center, cost will be defined. So its important to calculate the Internal labor cost.
    Profit Center(Additional Data)
    Generally profit centers will be defined to club the costs & profits, so that in controlling, profitability analysis can be done. Each cost center will be assigned to profit center. More cost centers can be assigned to profit centers. For example, by means of production, company will get the revenue. By means of maintenance, they incur some cost. By comparing cost & revenue, analysis for CO can be done easily.
    Cost Center (location tab )
    This will be picked from Technical object (Equipment / Functional Location) masters. This is settlement receiver where order cost will be settled. So that, by seeing cost center based report, we can find out how much we spent on for maintenance.
    Cost Center (in settlement rule )
    Generally Cost Center (in settlement rule ) will be Cost Center (location tab ).

    i copied the tcode FBL5N into ztcode.
    added some more fields to the ALV output.
    using GUI STATUS 'ALV_ITEMS_AR'
    when i select the change layout from using application button, added some more columns. Data is picking correctly, but i dont see the data  in that sleceted column.

    I have one typical requirement where in user wants to add one column in the Item overview screen, example "Reason for ordering" which is there in Item Detail under Retail Tab!
    Can anyone suggest, How can i get this done? and also i want to know if  there is any possibility to add this field at header level??

  • Layout change in sales order or billing suitable for taking printout in A-4

    Address is larger than the space provided in the pre- printed stationary billing slip or sales oreder provided by our client, how to adjust the font, that fits for print out sheet of A- 4 size.kindly tell me how to adjust the size of layout. is there any need for ABAPer, to work on re-sizing of the layout of the slip, which is suitable for taking printout ?

  • Generating deltas records after a work order status change

    Hi
    We are currently reporting on Work Order status changes in BW. However, the process team has written an ABAP program that allows users to change a Work Order status or an Opeartion status. Any changes using this method do not trigger a delta record to be written to the Outbound Queue MCEX17 and subsequently we do not pick them up in BW without having to to a re-initialise.
    Could anyone tell me how we could trigger a delta to be written to the Outbound Queue in the same manner as the standard Work Order change transaction IW32.
