Acabo de realizar la prueba de Lenovo Solution Center y da fallida en la "prueba de conexión local" en "Inalámbrica". ¿Qué pasa?
El código de resultados es WWF00F008-UK7XBL.

Hola Tengo EXACTAMENTE el mismo problema.El Crystal Disk Info me dice "Riesgo" por 42 Sectores Pendientes.Todo esto luego de haber vuelto la notebook a como viene de fabrica ya que se había puesto imposible de usar ya que ni bien arrancaba el disco estaba todo el tiempo al 100%.Es el disco rígido? Tengo que ir por la garantía pidiendo que me lo cambien?Gracias

HDD replaced with SSDHDD & Drive Self Test failed hardware scan by LSC
Hello! Happy new year!
I bought a new SDDHDD instead of the HDD that came with the laptop when I bought it because it was faulty.
I want to make sure that the new drive isn't faulty when running the hardware scan using Lenovo Solution Center (LSC), I got this result code: WHD01V000-HK9V1D - Warning for the SMART Drive Self Test. However I tried testing using HD Sentinel and SeaTools but they showed no errors.
Note: I'm taking LSC seriously because it showed warnings then critical alerts before my first HDD failed so I don't want to ignore it.
Please let me know what it means and if I should worry or how to fix the problem? Or does it simply not support SDD?

It sounds like the hard drive is running okay overall, but it has some bad sectors in it. You will not be able to read or write to these sectors. That being said, I would first try running a ChkDsk on the hard drive and see if any of the sectors can be repaired. To run a ChkDsk, go to Computer and right-click on the C: drive and select Properties. Navigate to the Tools tab and select the box that says Check now... This should scan the drive for errors and attempt to fix them if possible. The test can take a while, so I would do it when you will not need access to your computer.
If the test is not able to fix the errors, then I would contact Lenovo at 120-11072 (Toll Free) or +(84) 8 3521 8000 (Standard Charges Apply) and discuss a hard drive replacement with them. As for Windows, you will need to ask for recovery discs as well. Lastly, I would backup everything on the current hard drive so that it is not lost.

"IWD Bus Enumerator disabled" error message in LSC after Windows 8.1 upgrade
Hi there,
I just upgraded my T430 from Windows 8 64-bit to Windows 8.1 64-bit.
After restart, LSC shows an "IWD Bus Enumerator disabled" error message. I went to the device manager, right clicked on IWD Bus Enumerator and selected the "update driver software" option. Message came back that the latest driver is already installed. By the way, in the device manager there are two lines "IWD Bus Enumerator", where the first line is normal (i.e., enabled), and the second line shows that error message (yellow triangle).
What next? Any ideas? My laptop seems to work fine, otherwise.

Go to Solution.I resolved my issue by going to device manager and selecting View Hidden Devices - then expand System Devices
In my case there were 2 listings for IWD BUS ENUMERATOR - one had the yellow triangle - I uninstalled that one and restarted my laptop and the message was gone. If that does not work make sure you get the latest drivers from Lenovo and also visit Intel.com and search for WiDi - they have some programs to check drivers. -
802.1x Authentication using Cisco Phone LSC and IAS 2003
I'm trying to authenticate Cisco 7975 phones using the LSC and Microsoft IAS 2003.
The CA was generated from the IAS server (Domain Controller) and was imported and used to generate the LSC that have now been deployed to the phones.
Does anyone know how to configure the IAS server to authenticate the phones?HI Saad,

Tengo una pregunta sencilla. Ya para estas fechas han salido las versiones de prueba de los programas de la CS5 en la mayoría de idiomas, pero para la versión de la Design Premium no ha salido aún. He estado revisando y sólo aparecen para tres idiomas: Inglés, Francés y Alemán. Mi pregunta es: ¿Para qué fecha se tiene previsto lanzar esta suite en idioma español en versión de prueba para descargar?
Muchas gracias por su tiempo...Hola Claudio, pues lo siento, pero yo tampoco tengo en este caso una respuesta precisa.
Aunque las versiones de los programas por separado se han ido colocando la Suite quizás falte debido a algún detalle del instalador o integración de los programas o de elementos comunes en cada uno de los idiomas, tambien puede estar a falta de que alguien verifique todos los idiomas o de su visto bueno final, no creo que ya tarde demasiado.
Ahora bien, no hay ningun problema en descargar e instalar los programas por separado, habida cuenta que se instala el Bridge con cualquiera de ellos asi como otras herramientas y utilidades, ya no hay Version Cue, se ha retirado.
Asi que no veo la diferencia, si se intenta instalar la Suite más tarde, detecta los programas ya instalados y no intenta hacerlo de nuevo. A la hora de desinstalar tampoco hay problema.
La Suite Design Premium al parecer no incluye en el instalador, el Acrobat Professional, que incluso utiliza un no. de serie distinto.
Para quién desea probar en serio varios programas, es más inteligente irlos instalando por separado y probarlos uno a uno, hasta 30 días cada uno, que no instalar la Suite y que corra el reloj de 30 días para todos los programas a la vez! -

Necesito actualizar la versión de prueba de Adobe Photoshop CS5 Extended, para mi curso en Deusto Formación. Pues en la página de descargas, ya no está CS5 Extended, sino el nuevo CS6 Extended; pero yo necesito seguir con el que utilizo en el curso, al que estoy matriculada por un año (hasta marzo de 2013)
Let me see if I understand correctly: You want to extend a trial version so you can finish your course? That's not possible. Unless you bought the product and have a serial number, there is no way to extend a trial version.

I have reviewed lots of posts on this community regarding ITL, CTL, LSC, MIC, PKI. However I still have lots of confusions not cleared.
Q1: we already have MIC by default, why we still need LSC
- Reason #1, more secure ? I do not think so. MIC is signed by private key of Cisco Manufacturing CA, LSC is signed by private key of CAPF cerfiticate. I do not see big difference.
- Reason #2, LSC support encryption of signaling & media. From technology perspective, MIC can also do that. I do not see the difference as well.
Q2: How is LSC generated and downloaded to IP Phone
- Phone submits its MIC to CUCM and CUCM signs it using CAPF private key and pass back to Phones?
Q3: Why we need LSC and MIC coexist on the same Phone?
Q4: How is CTL file/CTL client/USB token related to LSC ? Can we use LSC without them ?

A1: Try this scenario - you are permitting access to your corporate VPN based on certificates. You can either trust the issuer of the MICs (Cisco's CA) or the LSCs (Your CAPF service on CUCM). Which is best?
Your CAPF. That way you are trusting certs that you issued, rather than trusting every certificate on every IP phone in the universe that has a Cisco badge on it. You can command phones to delete the certificates from your CAPF, and control it in other ways. Every Cisco phone has a Cisco MIC, but that defeats the point of having a certificate. That's why many of the guides advocate password based enrollment rather than simple MIC-trusting even if that's what most of us do...
A2: You can either trust the MIC, and issue an LSC based on that (as noted above). You can also set a password on the dev in CUCM, and then you need to enter that password on the phone (more secure). Or you can use a 'null' password, ie. just dish them out freely.
A3: The MIC is built into the phone and is permanent. The LSC is your corporate cert, issued by your system to your devices. It would be the LSC you 'use' generally.
A4:
CTL File : a list of certificates for your servers and services taht is distributed to the phones. The phones will trust only these services. This prevents your phones from being diverted to servers that are not yours (i.e. hacked).
CTL Client : this is just a software app that signs the CTL, puts the cluster in secure mode, distributes certificates around the cluster etc.
USB Token; this (as I understand it) simply contains some private keys that were generated by Cisco. These are used to sign the CTL. They basically ensure that you have a method of recovery - you use two, and as long as you don't lose both you are OK.
Basically you need the token to use the CTL client to generate the CTL file, which is what the phones use to securely identify the cluster.

Les cuento que tengo el lightroom instalado, lo estuve usando con una versión de prueba, compré una suscripción de fotógrafos, ya se confirmó se debitó de la tarjeta de crédito, todo bien. Nunca tuve un numero de serie, ahora que caducó la prueba, la única forma de iniciar Lightroom es con el número de serie que no lo encuentro por ningún lado.
En las ayudas que ví me dice que inicie Lightroom desde el Creative Cloud CC pero tampoco inicia, ya lo descargué, instalé, desinstalé y volví a instalar varias veces y siempre me aparece en blanco sin ninguna opción mas que:
1- ayuda (va a la pagina inicial de adobe)
2- Fijar área de notificación
3- salir
Qué puedo hacer?El panel de Creative Cloud, no debe aparecer en blanco,
si tienes una buena conexión a internet y se mantiene el problema,
desinstálalo, reinicia el equipo y vuelve a instalarlo.
Es imprescindible que esté operativo. Lee y sigue las instrucciones del enlace facilitado por Claudio.

He comprado desde adobe, el illustrator CC y me pide el numero de serie.
He seguido todos los pasos del Asistencia tecnica y no debería pedirme el numero de serie.
Anteriormente descargué la versión de prueba. Cuando se me acabó compré la tarifa mensual de illustrator, me la han cobrado y no puedo utilizarla. En el panel de aplicaciones de Creative Cloud me aparece en la de illustrator "periodo de prueba caducado" y la opción de comprar. Le doy a comprar de nuevo y me dice que ya la tengo pero no está registrada.
No se que puedo hacer.

GermánPuedes ir a la página de inicio de Adobe.com, y entrar en tu Adobe ID, y mirar tus programs o productos? Ahí debe indicar si tiene ya registrado la subscripción a Illustrator CC.
Abre el panel de creative Cloud y en Preferencias comprueba que está usando el mismo Adobe ID con que has realizado la subscripción mensual a Ai CC, si esta ya consta en tu Adobe ID. -

Anyhow, the graphic seems black GUI instead of the orginal version.
It seems like something is conflicted each other...Or is it just my computer problem?
To figure out, what I tried was to delete the program and re-install it, however, it happens again (first 2 or 3 times work fine..)
