PS CS4 working before hard drive crash

I started with PS5 then PS7 then CS4.
I went from XP to Windows7.
Been working with CS4 on Windows 7 for 10 months.
Then my Hard drive crashed. Got a new hard drive installed.
I copied over the program files from the original XP backup (which is what I did when I migrated to Windows 7)
I COULD get PS5 to work but now I'm receiving the 'program can't start because PCDLIB32.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.'
I reinstalled PS7 but receive 'NEFLibrary3PS.dll missing' when I start it up. Then another error message 'could not initialize PS because the scratch disks are full' (worked fine before the crash)
CS4 is giving me the following:
This product has encountered a problem which requires that you restart your computer before it can be launched (I did)
If you continue to see thismessage after restarting your computer, please contact either your IT administrator or Adobe technical support for help, and mention error code 6
I was cruising along just fine before the failure and it's been 10 days to get to this point.
What are my options now?

Please follow the download instructions carefully or the download link won't work.
You could then run it and hope it detects your install. If it does, it should give you an option to repair it instead of reinstall.
Also if you registered your software with Adobe, your serial number can be found in your Adobe account under "my products."

I recently had a hard drive crash. I replaced the C: drive with a solid state and now have 3 internal HDs. C: for the OS (Windows 7), D: for data and P: for program installation. Because I replaced the C: drive, I had to re-install all my programs. Now, PhotoShop will not let me place text, inserting the text tool causes the program to stop responding. In InDesign, if I try to place a MS Word document, it acts as if I never did that action and I can't get it placed.
I can copy and paste, but doing so makes the formatting get left behind. I suspect it may not have installed correctly. I've used Adobe products since 1991 and never had this happen before. I even used Aldus PageMaker before the Suites were available. Can anyone help? Is it a reinstallation issue?
I use PhotoTools from OnOne and if I uninstall it to reinstall CS4, I'm afraid it will no longer honor my product key.
I will not give up until this work like it used to. I'm too old to upgrade.

The faulty HD was replaced with a solid state one and that works fine. The fan that caused the errors on the old HD was removed. The system is probably not an issue since I had to reinstall my Windows 7 and it was the only thing installed on the C: drive. I have another drive that I run programs from and one other that I use only for data. Plus a backup drive. The BIOS was reset. The only remaining problems I have are trying to find the software for the web cam driver and I think I will just download it again and my problem with PhotoShop and InDesign. Those two are the sticky ones,I depend on those programs. They work, even my PhotoTools plugin works. The only problems seem to be using the type tool in PS and placing MS Word documents (.docs and .docxs) I think the program must not have installed correctly but I'm afraid if I reinstall it, it might be worse and then I might have to reinstall PhotoTools. That would require calling the company again because when I reinstalled it the last time, it said that it couldn't accept the product #, it had been used before. Yeah, by me. I called them and they gave me a new number, but I don't know if they will be happy if I do that again. So, my best bet is to see if I can fix those two functions. For future books you might consider doing what I do: create a separate library for each book andcopy the photos for the book from your working library to the book library with iPhoto Library Manager.
When the book is completed and ordered burn the library package to a CD, DVD or external HD to archive it so it's available for editing and reordering at a later date if needed.

Find your serial number quickly
You can activate software without following up and registering it... at least that was the case in the past. The serial number is normally located on the disc case or a box inside the main box. If you did not purchase the disc from Adobe then it is possible you would have dealt with a redemption code, in which case it would have been up to you to keep a record of the serial number, especially if you did not follow up and register the software.

I have a Mac and purchased a student edition of CS6 before you had to subscribe. My hard drive crashed and I was able to reinstall the programs, but there is an error. Does anyone know how to contact support or how to fix the problem?

You don't need to have Lightroom 3 and 4 installed on your computer to install Lightroom 5. Just install Lightroom 5 and input your serial number for 3 in the previous version box and your serial number for 5 in the upgrade box.

When my mac mini (late 2009) hard drive crashed I installed a new one. During the process I used migration assistant to bring in my time machine backup. When finished I did not have all applications...iPhoto, CC Cleaner, Chrome, and most importantly Reunion all failed to load. I have since manuay fixed Chrome and CC Cleaner but still do not have Renion or the OSX iPhoto and other apple OSX applications working. Can someone help or driect me to the right forum?

Restore failed to provide all the applications and data. Took the mini to Apple genius today. They reinstalled OSX (same as I had done) then confirmed that the applications were not backed up to time machine...they will be in the future. After reloading each individual application they now work as expected and all the data seems to have been restored. Except the Reunion files which were near and dear. These are gone forever. Somehow, perhaps through my negligence, the 'GED' files were not stored in a "Reunion" folder and were not backed up...much like the apps. Now I'm trying to recover the files from the crashed drive.

I have been searching the site for what seems like forever. I need to download my CS4 suite after a hard drive crash. All I can find are my serial numbers. Where should I be going to find my downloads. It seems like it should be under "orders" but its not. I need to get this program going as I' losing valuable time on my projects.

Hard drive crashed - webcam & fingerprint scanner not working

Hello,
One fine morning my Lenovo 3000 V100 Hard drive crashed. I couldnot retrieve anything but external backups.
With advise from IBM service center i had to buy new hard drive and new OS.
I downloaded all drivers and restored almost everything but finger print scanner & webcam not working.
I was using both quite extensively. I couldn't find Omnipass software to restore my saved logins and could not find Biscam software for webcam.
The drivers i downloaded from lenovo but not working are:
Fingerprint driver : 62fi07ww.exe
Webcam driver : 62ds13ww.exe
Can you suggest some driver & software to restore these.
