PS CS6 Smartobject - Changing color space not working

If I initially open a smartobject from ACR into PS CS6 using one color space, eg. sRGB, should it then be possible to click back into ACR and change color space to Adobe RGB ???
This is important to me, since working most of the time in sRGB, batch editing lot's of files (for timelapse-video, hence sRGB), but sometimes it may be nessecary to go back and use Adobe RGB to make a best possible print of one of the stills.
This is not working for me. I thought I should be able to do absolutely non-destructive editing when working with smartobjects from ACR, but this may seem to not be the case.

I understand now that a copy of the original RAW file is made when working with SO.
Still, when checking what color space I am working in (in PS CS6), after changing from sRGB to aRGB, PS still tells me I am working in sRGB!!
So what I am asking, going back from a SO in PS, into ACR, to change the color space, does not work.
Is there a workaround for this?
Or is it something I still do not understand here?

License CS6 Design & Web Premium does not work anymore

I have a LEGAL version of CS6 Design & Web primium. I have installed it about a year ago and registered bij Adobe. If I look on the site, my CS6 and licensenumber is available. Still it does not work. Eveytime it says my trail version comes to an end and I have to buy it. But I already bought it.
I tried to reinstall, but that does not work either. How can I get it to work again???

Dock dissapear, Exposse, Spaces not work

Dock is dissapear, Exposse and Spaces not work, i had repaired permissions from disk utillity but all is de the same, restart and all is not working, command + tab either work, and if a try to minimizar a window nothings happend

I am experiencing this same problem. I have been fine for a few weeks after my Leopard update, but then all of a sudden today I could not find my dock. I wasn't able to get it back at all, so I tried to shut down. It would not shut down so I had to do a hard shut down by holding in the power button. When it rebooted, the dock was still non-existent. I did some googling and learned it might be a corrupt preference. I then deleted the preferences, and immediately a dock (the original default installed) came up. It seemed ok for about 30 seconds, then it quit, and keeps flashing, reappearing, poking out. I deleted the preferences again, same result.
I ran disk utility. It found some permissions problems and "repaired" them. Now the activity monitor shows that my dock is starting and quitting, as stated above, and I can't see it at all. It's gone.
I am pretty upset about this, I rely on the dock heavily for my drag and drop applications in CS3.
Any solutions to this yet?

Final Cut 6 and Color does not work

I bought FInal Cut Pro Studio 2 and i receive the suite today and instal only apps ( no contents and loops )without problem
Tried to open FCP6 and Color but not working.
i launch FCP 6 or Color,2 jumps on dock and then quit.
can be memory problem.( i have 768RAM on my imac G5 64VRAM)
any pacth to resolv this problem?
ps* SountrackPro 2,DVDStudio Pro,Motion3,LiveType,CinemaTools and Compressor woks fine in the same computer

Flexible Space not working

Flexible Space not working, with firefox v1.5 pictured here..

You see i have a big space FF icons and google search, by adding one flexible space. I cannot seem to get this to do the same with firefox v3. Will have to add x10's or more of flexible spaces to be the same. Have tried to resize the flexible space with v3 noting to grab to resize.
Anyone know of a sollution how to do this, to be like that in the picture (url link above) ?

After changing from cs5.5 to cs6 my javascript pop-up not Working??

Hello, maybe someone could figure this one out.

when I then open the SAME file in CS6 and publish it, everything else works BUT not this pop-up??

Secondary color correction not working in Premiere CC

I'm unable to build secondary color correction masks in Three Way Color Corrector, RGB Curves etc in the current version of Premiere CC.
In any of these plugins, when I check "show mask" I get the usual white slate filling the frame. But when I use the color picker to make a selection the whole frame stays white. It appears that I'm making selections but it's not building the mask for some reason. When making an extreme color change I can see that the mask is not building as it affects the whole frame.
This started after upgrading to CC. I've recently updated to the most up to date version (yesterday) and am still having the same problem.

Color picker not working in Premiere CC running 10.9 Mavericks

Im not able to use the color picker for text and even the color picker for ultra keys. When i want to select a color i want to use the cursor change to a text cursor. Please help asap. Thanks !!

You need to implement BADI for this ..
BADI name : "PT_ABS_REQ"
In the BADI "PT_ABS_REQ" interface "IF_EX_PT_ABS_REQ" you can find the method
"SET_CALENDAR_COLOR" in that you can set the colure for the Absent type ......
Adjust Colors of Calendar and Team Calendar
Functionality
You can use this method to change the colors in the team calendar.
In the standard system, the different statuses for requests have different colors. You can use this method to differentiate the colors of requests depending on the following aspects:
Status of requests (status)
Action that an employee has executed: new request, delete, change (UIA operation)
Subtype of absence (SUBTY)
Full-day or partial-day absence (BEGMT, where BEGMT = 0 signifies a full-day absence)
Application mode ( mode). You specify the application mode in the Select Employees for the Team Calendar IMG activity.
Color Display of Status of Leave Requests(COLORS_ACTIVE). You specify this status in the Specify How Leave Is Displayed and Default Values IMG activity.
Available Colors
You have a choice of 16 colors. The 16 colors are hard coded, that is, you cannot change them or add other ones.
The available colors are stored with their RGB value as constants of the CL_PT_REQ_CONST class. Use these constants if you want to change the colors.
Notes
If you change the colors in the team calendar, you should also adapt the legend accordingly. You can use the Adjust Legend for Calendar and Team Calendar method to do so.

Color controls not working correctly

Why do swatches suddenly not show in the conrol panel? When the object and document are brand new it works, then randomly goes into the stuck mode where if I click on the fill box I get a choice of only no fill or resgistration. I can work around this using the colors panel or color picker, but often the color picker goes haywire too. At that point the file is corrupted and there's no going back. Restarting the program and computer do not help. What's going on?

As I recall, I had been working with 3 separate images, 2 originally grayscale and 1 RGB, that I had live traced (as above, without placing the image in a new ai file). One of the grayscale images let me use the color picker to change fill color, bu not consistenly, and the other one would let me type in values and changed colors on the picker, but only showed shades of gray in the fill box and in the image. The RGB file wouldn't let me change the fill color using swatches, but I don't remember what I tried with the picker.
I think I'm going to chalk it all up to my original mistake of not placing the image in a new file, and subsequently trying everything I could think of to work around the original problem.

Changing color spaces in print dialogue

I have an INDD CS4 on Mac OS 10.5.8 document that was created for US Web Coated. All the images have US Web coated embedded in them. We are printing it sheetfed on an uncoated sheet so I'm trying to print Composite CMYK and then picking the US Sheetfed Uncoated printer profile in the Color Management tab. I check the Preserve CMYK Numbers option knowing that I do not want the black text to convert to a process build. In short the images are not being converted. They still have a total ink of 300% in the black areas. If I convert them in PS the total ink reduces to 260 which is what I'm after, as well as a tad more dot gain compensation.
If I uncheck the Preserve CMYK Numbers option the images convert but so does the text. I've double checked to make sure the images have the Web Coated profile embedded, which is supposed to trigger the conversion when INDD sees that it's different from my printer profile (Sheetfed Uncoated).
If I export PDF directly from INDD they convert but so does the text.
If I print postscript with Leave Colors Unchanged picked in the output tab and then set Distiller to do the conversion, it does not work unless I uncheck the Preserve CMYK Numbers option. Which gives me black type built in process
I've tried every option I can think of and cannot get the images to convert and the type to pass through unchanged.
I could go through and convert all the images in PS but I'm really looking for a way to do it at print time since this scenario comes up all the time.
Any suggestions?

What's interesting in all this is that once the document is built it's hardwired so even after changing the Color Settings to Preserve Embedded placing new images in that document still does not preserve the embedded profiles.
When a new document is now created after changing that setting then ID honors the embedded profile in placed images, and you can see which profile is embedded in the Link Info sheet that expands below the Links palette. There should actually be an ICC profile name there rather than Document CMYK.
