PS Elements 10 on disc

The program came with 3 discs. 1 and 2 are for Windows 7 with 3 for Mac. I am installing on a Windows 7 laptop. I came to the end of Disc 1 and got a box that said "Insert disc 2". I closed the box before I'd inserted disc 2. I then got the message that the program was installed and to restart my system.
Is it fully installed? Or do I have to uninstall and re-install.

The discs do not tell me what is on them. The only information is "To
install for Windows start with disc 1, To install for Mac start with disc 2.
I decided I did want the 64 bit version installed. I uninstalled
Elements. I then went to re-install. It got to the end of disc one and
got the message box to insert disc 2. I went to eject the disc and it
would not eject. I went to file manager to eject the disc and got an
error message that there was a problem with ejecting the disc. I could
not eject the disc until I closed out of the installation. But now, I
still don't have the 64 bit installed. Could I have a problem with the
disc itself???
The reason I ask that is because this is the second laptop that I have
tried to install PS 10 on. The first one would not eject disc 1
either. I ended up returning that computer because I thought it was a
hardware problem with the laptop. Now, laptop number 2 refuses to eject
disc one. What's up with this???
I know you indicated that the 32 bit version will work fine, but I paid
$1,000 for a laptop that I would like to have running at its max. The
purpose for this purchase is photo editing, so I want it in the 64 bit
version.
Can you arrange to send me PS 10 discs that will eject?
Is there a way I can go into PS 10 to find out which version installed?
Or do you know for sure the 32 bit is all I get with one disc.

I received Photoshop Elements 13 (disc install version, not download install version) as a gift, but do not have a disc drive on my HP Ultrabook. After entering redemption code to obtain the serial number I expected (apparently naively) to have the ability to choose a downloadable version of the product to begin installation. Does anyone know if there is a way to redeem this for a downloadable version?

Photoshop Elements 11 Disc won't mount on Mac

Photoshop Elements 11 disc wont mount. Spins a few times then ejects. This is my second disc. Other discs work fine in the drive? I can install a downloaded trial version which works ok. Can I simply apply my purchase code from my disc to the trial version?

Yes. Your serial number will make the trial into a full version.

Cannot load photoshop elements 10 disc 2

the serial number on the disc box Photoshop elements 10 worked for disc 1 but is not accepted by disc 2.

We purchased Adobe photoshop Elements 10. It has 3 discs. All are
labelled 'Adobe photoshop Elements 10' disc 1 of 3, 2 of 3 and 3 of 3. At
the end of loading disc 1 it told me to load disc 2. No discs are labelled
as "premiere". Disc 2 instructs "start with disc 1".
We do not understand.
Would Adobe package 3 discs in the box, label them "elements 10"?

Install photoshop elements 7 disc

My windows 7 will not install my photoshop elements 7 disc when I insert it.
I tried double clicking the DVD rom drive but it just ejects the disc.
Can anyone help please.I am a computer novice.

Premiere Elements 13 Installer ask to insert a Premiere Elements 13 disc, disc is already in drive

I have purchased a Premiere Elements 13 download from Adobe and burned it to a DVD. I run the setup.exe from the DVD and the installer starts. I enter the serial number and check the user agreement and continue. The installer proceeds to start and when it gets about 2% through I get prompted to insert a Premiere Elements 13 disc. The disc is already in the DVD drive, that is what I am running. Why am I being prompted to insert a disc and how do I resolve this so the installation can continue?

When the installation stops to ask "insert a Premiere Elements 13 disc", at what phase of the installation are you?

The install starts showing 4.3 GB size and goes through

Installation ends with a Sign In.
One guess might be that something did not get burned to the disc correctly.
What happens if you install Premiere Elements 13 from the installation files (setup.exe) purchased and downloaded from Adobe direct?

Elements 13 disc problem installation

Hi, I have trialled free Elements 13 (which is still valid for 2-3 weeks) and decided to buy the disc version. It does not install or give out any message at all regards the problem.The disc is heard revolving inside. Contacted Store where I bought computer who went over many tasks which all veered to no probs with comp. He suggested since I have trial version at moment just add the serial sequence of my bought disc and all should be well in registering He also thought new disc could be faulty which I find hard to believe. So do I return disc or is there a solution please?

Thank you for quick response, I am on Windows8.1 and use Google Chrome ,followed your lead to optical disk .No Change. Because of Elements disk not being recognised at all by computer and testing out other dvd's and cd's all to be working, I now have to believe the disc is at fault. I tried it out on neighbours comp and is the same- dead . No messages just the same sound of it revolving in drawer. Shows up as totally empty in devices and drives. Phoned again to where I bought computer and they came to same conclusion again after proving all ok with comp.. I now am going to send it back get refund and download online. You say it should be straight forward to enter my serial number but unless I am on wrong page it goes towards me having to purchase again which is not on. I will wait for your guidance on this matter before returning disc.

Desk top computer will not load or read Elements 10 disc

I recieve Elements 10 for Christmas. I put the first disc in and it does not even load? I just loaded a wireless network software disc on and it worked fine. My computer is a 2007 Dell Inspiron 531s and am wondering if it is too old to support this software? Any help would be great. I would assume if it could not support it, at least the disc would try to load? Thanks

If you look at your optical drive does it have a DVD symbol on it? It is possible you might only have a CD drive and not a DVD drive.

Photoshop Elements 10 disc is rejected by new iMac running OS 10.8.2

I am trying to load Elements 10 on to my new iMac .I have the SuperDrive which takes the disc, but then ejects it again, so I have not been able to instal.
This latest iMac has Intel chips, and Elements comes with 3 discs, only one of which is used installing on a Mac.
Can anyone help ?

Photoshop Elements 11 disc and download will not work

I have spent 3 days trying to get photoshop 11 to install on my new computer (using windows 8) My disc seems to mysteriously be missing its setup file which makes no sense at all. I need to have this up and running soon as I use it for work as well as personal use. I also am concerned about having downloaded it several times now. Could there be conflicts happening from trying to open and run the files. It is as though some of it starts to open and then fails. I have posted my errors on another post from earlier today and yesterday.

the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com

I have installed disc 1 (adobe photoshop elements 9). My computer said it installed sucessfully.
I tried to install disc 2 (adobe premiere elements 9). My computer said 'Elements 9 not installed either adobe premiere elements 9 is not installed on the system or has corrupted. Please install adobe premiere elements 9 & retry.'
I disabled my antivirus softrware before I installed disc 1 and again with disc 2.
Is there something wrong with the discs?

Photoshop Elements 9 disc - activation trouble and program access

This also goes for my Premiere Elements 9 since both it and the Photoshop came in the same package.
I was going through technical issues where the motherboard on my Windows laptop was fried and then replaced, so I installed PSE9 on a temporary computer until I got mine back. During that time the disc got passed around amongst my family, but when my laptop came home I uninstalled the program on all of our computers - after discovering I could no longer access it on mine, and "deactivation" was not an option because the program wouldn't open for me to do it; and, on the rare occasion it did, the area was grayed out - anyway, after all that chaos and string of uninstalling, I finally got around to reinstalling PSE9 and PE9 on my original computer.
The welcome screens will open, but when I try to get into the program I get the "Activation limit has been reached" message. "This serial number has already been activated on 2 computers." Ok, I get that it's been activated more than once, but how do I deactivate something that's been uninstalled??? How do I fix this? Would taking my computer back to factory settings do the trick? I'd like to avoid that if possible, though. Please help. I'm going crazy trying to find an answer. Thank you for your time.

Broken Photoshop Elements 5 disc, still have Product Key/ Serial Number

Hey I purchased Photoshop Elements 5 along with Premire Elemtents 3.0 back in I believe 2005/06. I reently moved and found that the disk for Photoshop had shattered during the move and I also just recently got a new computer and was wondering if there was anything that I could do since I still have the product key and serial number for the program so I could still use it. I wanted to see if I could get help from you before spending money I don't have to buy a newer version.

Hi, Roland. Well, I'm afraid you can't get it from us, since this is a user to user forum and we're just other customers like you. As for getting it from adobe, they never stock outdated versions. You will need a disc, since for PSE 5 disc serial numbers won't work with downloads and vice versa.

The only disc error I recieved was 'adobe premiere elements 9 is not installed on the system or is corrupted. This is disc 2 from the software pack.
Disc 1 installed sucessfully. i can see it in my program files. Disc 2 has not installed it is not on my computer.
I cannot get a refund from my store because I have entered the serial # & already registered the product. They cannot resell it.
The store said if I get a reference # from you saying the disc 2 is faulty, I can recieve a refund.
I await your reply.
