PS roles for making object links between cProjects and PS

Hello to everybody!
Does anybody could give me a favour and tell which role I should grant to the user in order to allow him make object links between cprojects and PS elements from cProjects. I have already granted authorization to CJ01, CJ02, CJ03 and CJ20N transactions, but JA 027 == No authorization for action Display === error message still occurs. SU53 shows that everything is OK.

    Hello Luca,
    Can you give more details, What link are you talking about?
    If you are talking about Internal order Object Link:
    1. If you have done the cProject - accounting integration well you will find the link in the accounting tab else you should get error messages and resolving them will give you link to the Controlling cockpit.
    2. If you are trying to link existing IO's with existing projects you can achieve that by using "Create Object link" in the "Object Links tab".

  • CProjects -List of ERP PS-transactions for an object link is not displayed

    I have created an object link between a cProject project definition and a standard object type 0PROJECTDEF- Project Definition (PS). In the cProject guides I can see that in the portal Object link tab there should be a column with a link u201Copenu201D, where I could go directly to the related PS transactions. For me the column at the right from the name column is empty. I have maintained services for this object type in IMG node Collaboration Projects - Connection to External Systems - Object Links in SAP Systems - Make Settings for the Linked SAP Objects.
    What should I do to get the u201Copenu201D link?
    Iu2019m using SAP RPM 4.5 (CPR Xrpm 450_700: Support package 0009)
    Any help appreciated

  • Install from scratch 3 times Mavericks but cannot used my restore it will just start for ever. After first install and restore mail and link between folder and files didn't work anymore. Now cant see my disk in finder. Help?

    First install through regular update : never finishing the start after automatic restart
    First install from scratch: erase through disk utility, install OS X Mavericks (using Recover mode), restart ok - Used Migration Assistant to restore applications and data only - Mail crashed each 5 inutes and asked constantly for password of my 2 accounts, links between folders and files not OK and attaching a doc was complicated. I downloaded the update same problems
    Second install from scratch: erase through disk utility, install OS X Mavericks (using Recover mode), restart ok - Used Migration Assistant to restore applications and data only and settings : never finishing the start after automatic restart
    Third install from scratch: erase through disk utility, install OS X Mavericks (using Recover mode), restart ok - But no disk available in Finder
    So far no Mac since 3 days ...

    Still struggling to understand why copying the entire root dir to a disk image and then restoring from that image did not, as expected, yield an identical system, and why I even had to reinstall after doing this.
    Because there is a lot more going on under the hood than merely copying files.
    The only way to do what you want is to use cloning software like Carbon Copy Cloner.
    My  advice is to rescue your personal files to a regular non-TimeMachine  external drive, Zero erase the ENTIRE drive and install OS X fresh and  update, then your programs from original sources and files from backup.
    Then, make a bootable clone and you can copy that as many times as you want and each one is bootable.

    Hi All,
    Is there any table that I can look at to find a link between class and the characteristics created for that class. For all the list of characteristics created I am refereing to CABN table but my requirement is to find the logic to see all the characteristics created for a class. Can anyone suggest me the right table to look at?

    I would like to thank you for your quick response. So based on your thoughts, here is the process i followed to find the characteristics for a existing class,  took the Internal class number and used the KSML table to find all the Characteristics created for that class.
    To find the list of values assigned to that characteristics, used the AUSP table for that characteristics internal number.

    I created Database link from Oracle to SQL Server
    Now it is fine.........
    Here i am giving my servers configuration and proceedure how i created the db link...@
    Using Generic Connectivity (HSODBC) we can create db link between Oracle and SQL server.
    Machine (1)
    DB Version : Oracle 9.2.0.7.0
    Operating System : HP-UX Itanuim 64 11.23
    IP : 192.168.0.31
    Host : abcdbt
    Machine (2)
    Version : SQL Server 2005
    Operating System : Windows server 2003 x86
    IP : 192.168.0.175
    Host : SQLDEV1
    User/PW : sa/abc@123! (Connect to database)
    Database : SQLTEST (exsisting)
    Table : T (“ T “ is the table existing in SQLTEST database with 10 rows)
    Prerequisites in Machine (2):
    a)     Oracle 10g software
    b)     User account to access SQL Server database (sa/abc@123!)

    Steps:
    1)     Install Oracle 10.2.0.1 (Only SW,No need of database) *(Machine 2)*
    2)     Create a DSN where your windows Oracle 10g SW resides *(Machine 2)*

    hi gurus i have doubt. that what is the difference between DEV,QUALITY AND PRODUCTION SERVERS AND DATABASE, APPLIACATION, PRESENTATION.
    initailly while we are in implementation we use DEV,QUALITY AND PRODUTION.
    after impllementation DATABASE, APPLICATION AND PRESENTATION comes into picture. so in landscape good configuration sits in production server. so for end user point of u PRODUCTION SERVER WILL BECOME DATABASE SERVER OR NOT. pls tell me the link between landscape and R/3.

    I think you are trying to mix 2 questions.
    Well you can frame the questions like this:
    1) Difference between Development, Quality and Production Servers
    2) Database, application and presentation layer.
    Well the point1) refers to Landscape. What happens is when are working for any end to end implemetation or support project we need certain instances so we can have instances like Development, Quality and Production. we have got different instances because we need to test whether the changes made are working as per the requirements.
    Point 2)  refers to R/3 technology.
    SAP R/3 is based on a three tier client/server technology. Typically, it is made up of three functionally distinct layers namely: the user interface, business logic and database.
    The user interface, which is otherwise known as the presentation server displays the interface for users' communication with the SAP system. It is often referred to as the SAP GUI. As a matter of fact, it is a program called sapgui.exe. The application server is where the business logic and data manipulation takes place. Data processing, SAP administration tasks and client request/feedback management are handled within the business layer. The database layer is synonymous to the database server and it typically acts as a data repository for tables and other database objects and structures.
    Ideally, an R/3 system is composed of one database server, one or more application servers and one or more presentation servers.

    First: the recrodmode controls how data is posted into cubes or ODS (DSO) Objects.
    Different Chars have different meanings:
    N for new records
    B for Pre Imgages
    ' ' for after images
    R for Reverse Images
    X for Storno
    D for Deletion of a Key (only in ODS possible)
    What extractor delivers what different types pof values can be seen via to tables:
    ROOSOURCE in the source R/3 System.
    There point out th edelta mechanism. With this value, check within Table RODELTAM. There you see the different POSSIBLE Values for ROCANCEL delivered by a DataSource.
    The relevant objekt for the controlling of the mode in BW is the InfoObject 0RECORDMODE. Each ODS (DSO) has this Object. For Logistic-Extractors (except MaterialManagement) 0RECORDMODE should be mapped with ROCANCEL.
    0STORNO generally is an InfoObject for Reports. E.G. Material movements. Stornos are posted in R/3 with particular so called movement types. Each movement typer contains an information if it is of type "Storno". If this is so, the field storno contains an X.
    If you now map the storno field onto 0RECORDMODE, the record is interpreted as a storno record an will be wied blank ini the DataTarget.
    If you have monotone increasing document numbers (like in CO-PA, CO-OM, MM-INV ...) 0RECORDMODE should be left blank. 0STORNO can be used for Reporting then and be filled differently.
    If you can have changes to an already existing document number (like in sales orders or purchase orders) i'd strongly recommend to map 0RECORDMODE onto the delivered ROCALNCEL field.

    Hi expert,
    I have a strange problem here.
    One person is not selected from RPCIPE00 because he has no link between CP and PERNR in HRP1001.
    Then on the Get PERSON, program goes directly to End-of-selection.
    I rebuilt it manually with SE16N with relation B209, the records are OK but it doesn't work
    Do you have a solution to rebuilt the relation? Is there something missing?

    When a personel number is created automatically the
    system creates in background a central person (object CP) and
    a relation is done between the personel number (P) and the central
    person (CP) via the database table HRP1001.
    By creating personel numbers using the transaction PA40, the CP
    is created automatically.
    For the personel numbers where the CP is missing, the report
    RPU46CX_CENTRAL_PERSON_ONLINE can be used. This report will
    create the missing relationship.

  • DB LINK between XE and 11g instances

    Hello ,
    I am facing the following problem.
    I have 3 databases instances on 3 servers on is Xe,the second is 10 R2 and
    the third instance is 11g.
    I have create db link between Xe and 10g and vice-versa (10g and Xe)
    the db links in the two senses are working fine.
    But i could not create db link between xe and 11g nor between 11g and Xe.
    I will give some detail
    On Xe dblink pointing to 11g , when accessed give the message :
    "ORA-01017 : Invalid username/password;logon denied ORA-02063 preceding db11g"
    i am sure that user name and password i give in db link creation are correct and tried it many times.
    From the other side
    On 11g dblink pointing to Xe instance when ,accessed give the folowing result :
    i could access some table (select * from t1@dbxe)
    but some times i got message : "Internal server Error" for the same select on the same table.
    When i try to access fonction f1 on dbxe from 11g instace , i got the message
    "ORA-04052 : Error when quering remote object f1@dbxe ORA-00604.."
    Does any body have some idea about the issue ?

    Is your 11g database configured to use case-sensitive passwords? If so, are you specifying a case-sensitive (quoted) password in the creation of your database link?

  • How to customize the link between archivelink and Alfresco

    We are using Alfresco as content manager and we want to scan the invoices according to the "Late Storage with Bar Codes in FI" scenario [http://help.sap.com/saphelp_470/helpdata/en/46/c4317ffc4b11d195650000e82deb58/frameset.htm].
    Each scanned invoice will be stored in Alfresco as a pdf file and we want to be able to display it from the sap 'display FI document' transaction (thru 'environment' menu / Additional assignments/object links).
    my question is how to make the bridge between sap archivelink and Alfresco for this display ?
    how to customize link between archivelink and Alfresco ? Is it possible with customizing only or is it necessary to buy third party software ?

    Apparently you need an interface between SAP and Alfresco that implements SAP archivelink.
    Once that is in place you can configure a repository in OAC0.

    Our company had an own content repository software. It used KGS SAPALINK to make the connection with SAP.
    Furthermore CTAC seems to have done development to connect SAP and Alfresco.
    Currently we are looking for a new repository system as well. A couple of weeks ago management decided that within some departments Alfresco will be the standard DMS. It would be great if we could use it as content server as well.

    Tonight, I was making an address list of Club Members, using NUMBERS, instead of a DATABASE. In one of the columns I was entering their E-mail addresses. Even before I finished typing the address, the Apple Mail opened up and was waiting for me the verify the address. It seems there is some kind of a link between Numbers and Mail.
    Has this happened to anyone else?

    Open your address book and drag a whole group into a blank space on a numbers sheet.
    You will get Last Name, First Name, phone number and email address already in a table. Just add anything else you require.

  • Link between Delivery and Sales Order Schedule Line

    Hi Gurus,
    I have a requirement in which i need to display quantity and amount at schedule line level and also the delivery and delivery item for each schedule line.
    For example, if there is a sales order O1 and item 10 for which we have 3 schedule lines and 3 deliveries as well say D1, D2 and D3.
    Report should be something like this
    Sales Order    Item   Schedule Line    Delivery    Del Item   Confirmed Order Qty
    O1                 10      1                       D1           10            5
    O1                 10       2                      D2            10            5
    O1                 10       3                      D3            10            4
    How can i determine that a particular delivery corresponds to which schedule line of that saler order-item?
    We have the link between delivery and sales order but is there any way that we can get the link of delivery at schedule line level?

    I suppose you must check with SD functional consultant and the post should also be in the logistics SD forum and not BI. But I suppose there is know specific link between the schedule line of SO to the Delivery. It is more like a bucket flow for ex.
    Sale order   Item    Schedule line  qty
    SO1            Item1     Sch1            10
    SO2            Item1      Sch2           10
    Delivery Item QTy
    DO1       IT1   15
    DO2       IT1    5
    In this case qty 15 is distributed over both SO1 and SO2, and SO2 ITem1 Sch2 has link to both the DOs
    So I am not sure if you can establish a one to one link, please check with your SD consultants.

      i have a problem regarding relation or link between sales and production order. i have to fetch production order number related to sales order number. i have checked in the table AFPO that is production order item table , there is field AFPO-KDAUF and AFPO-KDPOS ie, sales order and sales item. but when i see these two fields there is no data into the field so how can i get data into the table related to production order.can anyone help me on this issue.

    Integration points with MM/IM and PP are some of the following -
    When a Production order is created and released a reservation gets created for the materials in BOM
    When the reservation is created and materials are posted against the reservation with mvt type 311 these are transferred to the respective location.
    When a GR is posted with mvt type 101, the Finished or Semifinished goods are posted to the respective storage location and inventorized.
    When a consumption is posted with mvt type 261 then stock will get reduced in resepective storage location.
    When a batch determination is done in a production order basing on the batch search strategy and sort rule material, quantity and batch are selected.
    If WM is configured an associated internal movement for all the above movement types will be posted.
    During MRP, BOM which is a master data for PP is used to calculate the dependent requirements of materials.
    During availabilty check of a production order basing on the availability check configured materials will be selected and checked.
