PS Touch Crashes

On My iPad,when I import a new images to a layer the program crashes loosing all my work,happends so many times.
Have reinstaled the program a few times each time with the same result.The problem started after the new IOS & update .
PS Touch has become unusable to me ,PS Touch was my most used app.

5th gen iPod Touch crashes spontaneously

Hi there
My 5th Gen iPod Touch crashes at random times, usually when on wifi. When it does this, it resets my clock by ten or twenty or thirty minutes and I have to fix the time because it does not automatically restore via the Internet. I tried restoring my iPod, both at home and at the Apple Store, but when the person helping me ran a diagnostic on it I was told nothing came up. My diagnostic data was still on the iPod and I had three kernel panic reports and about eight reset counter reports, so I'm not sure why I was told that. I've seen a similar thread on here saying it was probably the battery, so I thought that was the problem, but I've just been told otherwise. I don't know what to do because last night I plugged in my iPod and left the room, then came back to find the screen cracked (I'm guessing having to do with the battery). No one else was in the room and I didn't drop it. Because I don't know how to reproduce the problem, I'm having a hard time proving it exists regardless of diagnostic data, and now it looks like I dropped it and that damaged the device, when that is honestly not the case. Does anyone have any ideas?

No, I did not restore from backup. I restored to factory settings at the Apple Store and when I got home and tried to set up my email, my iPod restarted again. The time reset to ten minutes previous.
I'm mentioning the crash reports because they all correspond to the times my iPod restarted. It has crashed four times in the last hour and all I've done is download two apps (Podcasts and Skype) and added my email accounts.

Try disabling the computer's antivirus and firewall for the network problem.
Also for the original problem try the following if Ana's suggestions does not work
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Photoshop Touch crashes after selecting "Wrap" tool for the second time

As title says, when selecting "wrap" tool for the second time, Photoshop Touch crashes. It doesn't matter which images and even after reboot and clearing all the RAM, it constantly crashes only when selected for the second time. I'm using this on Galaxy Note 2 so it really shouldn't have issues with RAM or Processing power. I'm not quite sure about other tools but it should be looked into and hopefully more stable version will be release soon!

Why adobe touch crashing on my ipad?

Touch was working fine now it won't open. It crashes when I try to open app. I reinstalled it and still crashes.

Ditto on the Photoshop Touch crashing on my iPad Air. When I turn on sync with Creative Cloud (CC), it would crash and would not stop crashing until I turned off WiFi then turned off sync. It was then, and only then, that I could stop the crashing. Crash is immediate each and every time Sync was turned on. There is nothing really new in any of the folders or my CC storage. I had to delete EVERYTHING in my sync folders for PS Touch and then move everything stored on CC into Archive before I could resume sync. This "feature" has rendered CC sync useless for me. Also, why is there no interface between iPad Lightroom and Photoshop Touch?

Third generation touch crashes after using any app

Installed iOS4 using iTunes updater and everything went well. Go to use the touch and after I use an app, my touch crashes within three seconds. It is without fail. Use the browser, mail, YouTube, music, settings with no problems but the second I close the app, count to three, my touch crashes. I'm not stuck because I can't go back to 3.1.3. any help is appreciated.

People probably need a bit more info.
- What does your app do ?
- Does it slow down or continue to gobble memory when it runs (use scout or at least Stats class to see memory usage and FPS over time http://help.adobe.com/en_US/as3/mobile/WS4bebcd66a74275c3-315cd077124319488fd-7fff.html#WS 948100b6829bd5a61637f0a412623fd0543-8000)
If you can measure the problem in terms of memory/FPS then you're only a few steps away from identifying the cause.
- Do you stop the app when user exits the app (UIApplicationExitsOnSuspend set in your app.xml) ?
If there is a major problem that causes the iPad to crash then it's crucial to identify and fix it before release. Even if it got through the review process you'd soon get plenty of negative feedback.

Touch crashes and Backup will not install

I installed the 2.0.2 update a few days ago, after my Touch crashed and refused to reboot.
I wasn't able to restore from a previously made backup. It just told me, the backup was "not compatible" with my iPod... thought maybe it was about 2.0.1 vs. 2.0.2.
After setting the whole thing up from scratch (a real pain with about 30 apps and 16GB) I made a fresh backup. It took about 5 hours to complete, but I did not interrupt it.
Yesterday I installed an app over iTunes and while installing, my Touch crashed again. Instead of rebooting, it just hangs on the Apple-logo forever again... and it refused to restore my fresh backup with the same message about the incompatible iPod again!
Why will this d... thing not boot. Why will it not use the backups. And why do this d.... backup take forever to complete?
Any Ideas?
Please Apple get this fixes ASAP

I just installed about 16 of the previous 30 installed apps and the Touch is running without any crashes so far...
Am I the only one with trouble using old backups to restore my Touch? Or did I miss something here?

Touch "Crashes" since dowloading 3.1.1

A little over a week ago, I paid for and downloaded version 3.1.1 of the Touch software. Since doing that, when using the Genius on certain but not all songs, my touch "crashes" and reverts to the home screen. I've tried restoring from back-up and as a new Touch.
My Touch is first generation.
Anyone else encounter this? Thoughts?

I just downloaded the latest Touch software for my second generation Touch and my device is frozen. iTunes is still installing after an hour and displaying the message "Waiting for iPod". The Touch shows a "progress bar" that is blank, like it never started. Can't get it to stop, progress, or turn off. Any ideas how to restart, reset or reboot a Touch?

Touch crashes in Mail - undeletes messages.

My 1st generation iPod Touch crashes when I access a certain acccount in Mail. Running OS 3.1. If I'm able to delete messages they all come back when Mail re-loads. Any ideas?

Resolved. My Mail is now working properly again. I opened Settings, changed my default mail from MobileMe to my POP account, and suddenly all is well. Emails are deleted and don't return, and the screen doesn't lock and crash when I'm deleting items. I can't guarantee the minor change in settings is what fixed it, but I hadn't done anything else.

IPod Touch crashes iTunes

My touch crashes iTunes every time I connect now, for some reason. I have tried reinstalling iTunes and resetting the ipod, nothing works. When trying to connect, the ipod stays disconnected. If I disconnect manually, iTunes stays freezed and I have to force a program shut-down. Anyone else recognize this? Please advise...

Zen touch, crash while upgrade firmw

Ok i really got a problem now....my zen touch crashed while i was upgrading to p4s 2..0
now my pc doesnt recognize it anymore and my player keeps giving me the recovery tool.

ok, looooooooooong time ago, before I owned my Vision:M, I had a zen touch,ergo, this same problem. WHat I did was that I went to a friends house, and tryed intaling the new firmware there. It worked, so try instaling the firmware through another PC. The problem is that your player has NO firmware, and your PC "kinda" recognizes it. after you intall the firmware on your player, go back to your main PC and plug your MP3 player, then you should get the same reaction as before, no change yet. Then go to control panel, system, system properties, hardware, then device manager. Find your player there... I should remind you that your player must be on and pluged in at all times during this process... after you find your player (should be under Uni'versal Serial Bus Controlers), right click on it and click on Uninstall. After approving this, unplug your player, and, whitout turning it off, plug it back in.
And that's it, as far as I know that should work for you, it did for me.
another thing that worked for someone else in here, was that they edited the registry... THIS IS VERY RISKY, but it was waaaaaaaaaaaaay easier. He typed in "regedit" through his Run window, found his HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG folder, then system, then CUrrentControlSet and then USB. He right-clicked the USB folder and selected "Permissions..." then he selected the "Add" button and created a user called "Everyone" and he gave IT full control and read checks and that was it, hope one of these two help you, I remember how frustraded I felt, sucks that the "Creative Team" makes such software

Ipod touch crashed, why?

My daughter's new touch crashed and would not restart until I held both the on/standby and home at the same time for 10 seconds or so. Why? How can we prevent that? She said she wasn't using it at the time.

It happens. Computers can crash.
You did the right thing.

Now it will not turn on. The apple icon will come on when I hold the sleep and home button for 10 seconds but the dies again. Itunes will not pick the device up when its plugged in?
Is there a way to get this going again. It is my daughters favorite device and would love to het this running again for her.

Can you connect it to your computer and restore it? If iTunes does not see the iPod try placing the iPod in recovery mode and then restoring. See:

Attempting to delete apps on Touch crashes iPod (2.01)

I was hoping this problem would vanish with 2.01.
-- Removing apps from Touch using iTunes works, but *holding the icon until they jiggle and then deleting directly on the Touch crashes the iPod.*
I've tried deleting just 1 app and several at a time with the same results. As soon as i try to switch to the Settings panel i get a crashes white screen. If I don't go to settings and just power off to save my changes the Touch hangs on startup and I have to hold the Sleep button to cold boot, after which all the deleted apps are back.

1) Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Delete App
2) Touch the app and hold your finger down until all the apps start to jiggle. You will see a circled "x" in the upper left corner. Tap it to delete an app. When done press the Home button.
You cannot delete any pre-installed iOS app.
If there is No 'X' on any apps you have Downloaded... then check in Restrictions...

Pogo Stylus makes Photoshop Touch crash

Hi,
I've bought Photoshop Touch this morning to work with my Pogo Connect stylus but when I connect the stylus to the App, the App crashes 10 seconds later.
As soon as I disable Bluetooth on my iPad Retina or disable the stylus in App settings, the app does not crash anymore.
My iPad is on latest version of iOS 7. I uninstall the app, reset the stylus, ... Nothing works.
I would like to work with Photoshop but I has to go back to Procreate because I cannot work without my stylus.
Pease help !
