Psc won't switch from copy to print

I so need help! My hp psc 750 won't switch from copy mode to print mode. I have a job I need to print and when I go to print it, it says printer error and puts my print job in queue. Nothing is waiting to copy, it just won't go to print mode. Help please!!!

I would start by checking the USB cable is connected between the printer and computer. Next make sure the printer driver is installed and that the printer is not set to "use printer offline".

Printer won't switch from one tray to another

Having problems with my HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium not doing the auto switch from default tray to next tray during print job. I've tried unplugging the printer, removing and replacing tray 2, checking for jams, shuffling paper, resetting the default tray (paper can be pulled from both trays when set as default), but I still get an "out of paper" message when the default tray is empty even though the other tray is empty. I can manually exchange empty tray for full one, but the printer no longer automatically switches over when one of the trays is empty. HELP!

Pixma MX420 switches from copy to fax

My MX420 switches (on its' own) from Copy to Fax and then starts printiing Fax reports continually. I cannot find anything in the printer queue; I have re-installed the driver; I have completely uninstalled the printer and then re-installed it, and the problem persists. What am I missing?

IPhone 6 won't switch from 4G to LTE

Even though LTE is enabled it won't switched even after a rebooting. my wife has LTE right next to me.

I had the same problem. Upgraded from a 4s to a 6 and got a new SIM card. Try resetting the network settings; it will restart automatically. If you don't have LTE a few minutes after it restarts, call your provider. I have AT&T; they had to send a network reset from their end to get LTE to connect.

Switch from PS laser printer to PCL all-in-one

I've been using a Xerox Phaser 4400 for years, and I'm starting to suspect
it's on it's last legs.
When I purchased it, much of my work went to press as hard copy, so the PS
printer (where I could set dot screen properly was important). I also wanted
only Adobe PS as I'd had problems with cloned versions in the past.
Now, of course, none of my work goes to press has hard copy, all as PDFs
either emailed or on CDs.
Is there any reason (my main apps are Creative Suite CS3) to still need a
Postscript printer? Do these apps print properly to PCL or is PS still
needed?
I'd like to clear up some office space by getting rid of my PS printer,
stand alone fax machine, scanner and copiers in favor of one of the new
network all-on-ones (PC Mag rated a Brother very highly this month).
Any reason not to do this? Or any thoughts to help me decide?

Worked great! I needed to do a few color jobs a few years ago (before color laser became affordable) and I bought a Brother all-in-one inkjet. I couldn't stand (read despise) inkjets and I bought this new Dell Inspiron 530 desktop which doesn't come with a parallel port so I had to say goodbye to my old Brother laser printer. But I've really enjoyed the convenience of this compact Brother all in one. I never have to leave my chair to scan, copy, or print and it barely takes up any room.

Old clients won't switch from Self-Signed Certs to PKI.

I am wondering if anyone can give me advise on problem I am having with some of my sccm clients.
When I originally deployed SCCM i used self signed certs on clients.
We needed to add MAC and Linux support and MAC clients won't work without PKI, so I following this http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg682023.aspx to configure Certificate Authority.
It all seemed work well, I can now join MAC client with auto-enroll and all machines are requesting client certificates and I had couple of machine with new push on windows site installed with PKI.
So right now I have about 250 windows clients, only 22 of them use PKI and the rest keeps using self-signed certs.
I foolishly switched main site settings, MP settings and DP point settings to use https only.
As a result I lost all self-signed clients and have full log for mpcontrol saying that it's rejecting clients cause they certificate cannot be validated.
I logged in to couple of those machines and MMC i can see that it did enroll machine with valid Client Cert but Configuration Manager client itself still saying that it's using self signed one.
Am I missing a step that I need to do to make sure that all those clients switch to PKI?

I was under impression auto push won't reinstall them. If i do deployment - that seem to reuse existing configuration and still use self signed on old machines.
How can i verify that it does push clients to machine that already have it correctly and start using new config and not reuse old one.
I even tried removing clients from couple of machines and see if it gets pushed again on them with proper config and those machines don't seem to get client but used to get it fine before. I keep getting new machines being added to domain and they get client
pushed to them, but anything that had client with self signed doesn't seem to be happy.

Backup to Vault Fails Before Switching From Copying Masters to Next Step

My backup to a Vault in Aperture 3 has failed.
I have successfully upgraded to Aperture 3 from Aperture 2. Everything works well, except backing up to a Vault. I have attempted to save the entire library to two different drives - one internal and one external, both empty and tested as OK in the Disk Utility. The backups - multiple times - simply stopped at the same place. The usual sequence is copying masters and then versions, but the full backups never went beyond copying masters. I’ve set up additional libraries of individual projects, and those libraries backed up to vaults with no problem. I had no problems with saving to a Vault with the Aperture 2 library.
I’m using a Mac Pro with Snow Leopard (10.6.2), 2x2.66 Dual-Core Intel Xeons, and 10gb of memory. There are four internal drives, and two external drives connected by a firewire connection. The computer and drives are unchanged through the transition to Aperture 3.
Any suggestions?

I Have exact the same problem.
Originally updated a 150 GB Library from 2.1.4 to Ap 3; Backing up to a NAS based Vault stops after doing the masters.
I ended in reinstalling Ap 3, and Creating a new library from scratch. Reimporting the upgraded library worked fine, but Vault freezes like before.
Creating gain a new library and Importing original masters and versions step by step. After every import Vault backup works until now (60% done).
I m curious wether it will work when I m finished.
All my keywording etc. will be gone then !

IPhone 3G won't switch from bluetooth

Unlike so many threads I've seen, my phone has no trouble pairing and connecting to a bluetooth device.
My problem comes later, when the device is off, and not even nearby.
If I use my phone in the car with it's built in bluetooth, I have to manually switch the phone back later, long after the car is turned off and I'm nowhere near it.
Is this a known problem, and is there a solution?

as bad luck would have it, I have not had any reason to pair my iPhone until now. (bad luck becasue I can no longer get apple support and o2 support can't solve it)I have tethering on my O2 tariff but can't pair my iPhone with my Macbook pro.
as with the description above, I see the iPhone on my Macbook (sometimes - and for short periods) but the iPhone will not (ever) allow me to enter a pairing code or make any connect.
are there any known reasons that an iPhone 3G can't pair with either my MBP or iM?
any help is appreciated.

I have a Verizon iphone 5 that won't switch from WiFi to LTE, I'm running IOS 6.1.3

It will only recognize the LTE network after I power down and restart the phone. Anybody have a fix for this?

I am having the exact same issue. Say I restart my phone fresh with Data on. It will connect that one time. The next time I turn it off to use WiFi and turn it back on, LTE will come up but Im unable to use it. It acts as if there is no connection there. The only way to use my data again is to restart my phone, which is a huge problem when I need Data right then and there. It seems only when I turn on Wifi does my LTE not work anymore. I am running iOS 6.1.3. Maybe it is because Im using a backup from my old( really old ) jailbroken iPod Touch 4th gen. Im going to try to restore it to 6.1.4 today without using a backup. Ill see how it goes. I would like to keep all my photos and every so I have no idea how to do this. Any help with either issue is appreciated, thanks.

Cannot change from System Default Printer

Using Windows XP (still, I know) and Adobe Reader XI, I am unable to switch from the default printer to another printer in Adobe Reader. I am able to do this in all other applications except Reader.
I can change the default printer in Windows, open Reader and print to another printer, but the print dialog box doesn't allow me to change the default printer.
I can select another printer from the drop down box. Then, I'm unable to open the printer settings dialog. If I click print, it sends the job to the default printer instead of the one I've chosen.
The issue persists for multiple users on this pc even after creating new user profiles in Windows. I have about 10 printers installed on this machine and this happens with all of them. Different makes and models (Brother & Konica Minolta mostly) and also the default Microsoft XPS printer all do the same thing.
TD;LR: I can only print to the Windows default printer.

This is tied to a menu button. As I say, it works flawlessly in Acrobat 9, but will not change printers in Acrobat X.

You might give VueScan a try. It should work with your scanner. There's a demo version that you can use initially.

Where are you trying to log in? You should be able to change your ID at http://appleid.apple.com - can you log in there?
