PSE 13 staat oppc en laptop hoe krijg ik die gelijk?

Hallo,
Ik heb pse 13 op een pc en laptop staan.
Op de pc heb ik links in het gereedchapsvenster boven de tools een omschrijving, op de laptop niet.
Hoe krijg ik dat op de laptop ook voor elkaar?

Hello,
I tried again and got the same answers from the program. I know and use
CCleaner, but when you try to uninstall  an Adobe Product from CCleaner
"Tools"  it is the same Adobe tool that takes the hand as when I try to
do it from "Control Program" "Installed Programs". So it is normal that
I get the same answers there too. What is strange and what you can see
on the hereby included screen prints is that in the CCleaner Tools the
PRE 11 is even mentioned twice. In CCLeaner I could eventually "delete"
the registry entries but that will certainly not un-install the PSE 11
or PRE 11, and they will continue to take a lot of unnecessary space on
my hard disk.
While looking around I found that even in "Program Files (x86)" there
were serious "remains" of as well PSE 9 and  Organizer 9, as from PSE 11
and PRE 11.
The last time I tried to un-install PRE 11 and the message "Error 1316"
appeared again I stopped the program by deleting it from the "Program
Manager". When I try now to "un-install" PRE 11 from the list of
installed programs, I get the same message as for PSE 11: it is
impossible to delete a program that is already deleted! Why does it
still appear in the list if it is no longer installed?
Can I simply through the Windows Explorer delete all files and folders
related to PSE 9, Organizer 9, PSE 11, PRE 11 or will I get in serious
trouble by doing that?
