PSE 7, Missing components

When I open program in any function the menu that runs across the top left is missing. Cannot import or save.

Are you talking about the File Edit Find View etc menu for the Organizer?
If so, it's likely that your screen resolution is set to something higher than 96dpi. Set it to 96dpi and you should be able to see the menu.

Missing components for AXIS framework in PI7.0

Hi Experts,
I have requirement to use AXIS framework in Receiver SOAP adapter.When i am creating receiver SOAP adapter in PI7.0 and selecting Transport Protocol its showing as HTTP(AXIS) and message protocol as Axis.However my client wants UsernameToken security with digestpassword.
Now the problem is whenever i am checking the following link http://hostname:50000/XIAxisAdapter/MessageServlet its showing 3 components are missing.
Please do let me know what all steps i need to follow to install those missing components and how i will use Username token with digest password in receiver soap adapter.
However i have gone through the SAP Note 1039369 (FAQ XI Axis Adapter) however i have still lot of confusion.
Please provide more clarity on this.

These may be optional components. We have implemented Axis Framework successfully and the URL test still reports missing OPTIONAL components.
The minimum components you need are all three REQUIRED components as well as OPTIONAL component

Process Orders Missing Components

All,
We create planned orders in APO and CIF them over to ECC. We also convert the planned orders in APO as well and then release them in ECC.
The issue that we are having is that when we convert the planned orders in APO to process orders the materials are missing in the process orders in R/3. We re-explode the process orders in R/3 and then the materials appear in the process orders.
Any help will be gratefull.

Hi Rob,
The components in the planned orders are just the replica of PPM/PDS data which are
coming from bom and routing through ECC.
Check the PPM data of the products whether they are updated properly through CIF.
If CIF transfer is corrected, all components will get transferred correctly and you
can see orders without any missing components.

CS3 missing components or How to use Flex 2 components in CS3

Does anyone have a good resource for how to use Flex2
components in CS3?
I found an install that said it would install Flex2
components in CS3, but all it added waas the UIMovieClip for
packaging Flash MC in swc's for Flex.
Right now I am specifically trying to solve the missing
dateField component in CS3.
But I would like to find out if anyone has found a good
resource for alternatives to all missing components in CS3.
I'm hoping the answer is not to build them from scratch.

Finding missing components between two tables

If I had a table named package_part which has several columns:
Site
Parent
Sequence
Child
Qty_per_assembly
Contents eg:
WH1, 123, 1, A, 1
WH1, 123, 2, B, 2
WH1, 123, 3, C, 1
WH2, 123, 1, A, 1
WH2, 123, 2, C, 1
WH2, 123, 3, E, 3
I want to report packages which have missing components between either site.
WH1, 123, 2, B, 2 is missing from site WH2
WH2, 123, 3, E, 3 is missing from site WH1
I just cannot figure it out!

09 "Missing Components" different question

I am merely trying to move my iMove 09 from original hard drive to another internal drive. I get the "missing components" message. I no longer have the disc for my G5, my wife has one for her Intel iMac, does me no good. What I need to know is.. What are these components, where are they located, so I can drag them to second drive.

I just tried running Desktop as Administrator in Vista, and when I run it that way, all my data is there.

Creative Suite missing components

None of my applications from the creative suite six will open and say it is due to missing components or plugins. I don't know what to do. Can you please let me know how to fix this.

I am having the same issue. Every time I attempt to open an publication in InDesign, I keep getting a message that tells me that it missing the TEXT WRAP.RPLN plugin and requires the 9.1 version of InDesign. Doesn't make sense if the publication was created in 5.5.

PSE 6 missing folder to install actions

For some reason I am missing part of the path to install actions on my Mac. The path I'm taking is~ Library\Application Support\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\6.0\Photo Creations\Photo Effects. The path I'm missing is~ \6.0\Photo Creations\Photo Effects. I'm thinking it may have been my fault, I thought I copied the photo effects files and saved them to my external hard drive, I have since cleaned out my EHD and deleted the trash can. My effects are still working in PSE but the folder with the Photo Effects folder is not found. I have done a search on my computer and external components and nothing shows up. I'm thinking I will have to do an uninstall and reinstall in order to get the path back.
Any insight on my problem is much appreciated

You can't find that folder by searching in spotlight. My guess is that you must be looking in the wrong library--it's the one at the top level of your hard drive, not your username>library and not system>library. If you had inadvertently trashed those files, they wouldn't still be working in PSE. (they do still work, don't they, not just show up in the palette?)

Have re installed itunes on computer but keep getting message was unable to install due to missing components. Not had problem before.

Hi, tried to upload some new music to ipod. Messages saying syn in progess but nothing uploaded. Suggested reinstall itunes, have attempted that but now get computer message that components missing and wont download itunes

White windows, missing components

I really was trying to get a solution for my problem:
searched forums and in java2d faq:
"Why are my Swing components not displaying properly? Why are they showing up as white windows instead? How do I fix this?"
-the funny thing is, it was missing the answer in the faq :)
My problem is that if I create a new Window from a MyFrame extends Frame class's function, the windows will not display correctly until the function is doing other stuff

I want WaitWin to get displayed as soon as I press the X button on the Frame's upper right corner (exit() function get's called). But it only comes up as a white rectangle displaying nothing until the 5 seconds of sleep finish.
What I really want to know, is when does a window get displayed? I thought calling show() immediately displays it (I tried repaint, setvisible etc too).
How can I achieve what I want? Do I need to create a new thread that creates and displays the window while other stuff are running from the calling function?
I need some self-education about how these top lever containers (and the java thread mechanism) function, do you know any good reads?

The problem is that there is too much code in the event method, so there will be a problem within the event thread, because it is not able to handle all the code. To solve that problem on the page they create a class "SwingWorker". The link is:

PSE 6 Missing Photos How Can I merge ALL photos to PSE6?

I have three versions of elements on my pc..
starter 3
PSE4
PSE6
in all the programs there are photos missing with the (?) or the torn photo image..
in PSE6 when I click on the (?) the program searches and finds the photo quickly BUT I dnt want to do that for thusands of photos.
I WANT to free up space on my hard drive and delete copies of my photos and ran a duplicate photo program which found some photos to have as many as 6 copies most have doubles..
I have 54,000 files of photo duplicates and about 120GB of space taken up.
I am sure that is double the amount of actual photos but as I started to delete the ones with 5-6 duplicates first saving just one copy I realized the
duplicate finder is not perfect...sometimes the one duplicate to be saved is in an odd location compared to the ones it listes as the duplicates.
I have deletd about 5,000 duplicates so far and got back about 10GB of space on my hard drive but I am afraid I am making it harder for the PSE6
to find all the photos. There is a one click button that will highlight ALL the duplicates and delete them in one swoop but I am worried PSE6 will not be able to find them and with just a (?) and a date I have no idea what photo is missing or how to find it.
I just deleted a trial version PSE6 and was finally able to install the one I was given on CD.
but when it loaded hundreds of photos have the (?) and so I opened ALL 3 versions of PE to see if the photos are still on my hard drive or if I deleted
them with this duplicate finder program.
I really just want to have ALL the photos in ONE place and delete the early versions of PSE4 and starter but I am afraid I will be deleting the photos
that are loaded in that catalog....
How can I merge ALL my photos to PSE6?

Here's a method for finding duplicates using PSE 6:

The advantage of this method is that you can control which duplicate you want to delete based on catalog information (e.g. one duplicate may have been tagged, the other not). And you don't need to worry about reconnecting files after you delete.
This method requires that all the files be imported into your PSE 6 catalog.

HT3842 I recently had to reinstall iTunes because the program was missing components. Once I did my entire library was erased, can I get it back?

My PC wasn't connecting to the Internet at my home so I did a restore. Once complete, I tried to open iTunes but it said there were components missing and to re-install my Full Library was in the iTunes Music folder but after the re-installation it was all erased. I did a media scan but it only found music from folder I had Saved in folders.
Is there any way that I can find all the music that's been removed? It was over 3,000 songs

ABAP Trial installed, BI enabled Business Content missing components

I've installed the ABAP Trial, and enabled the BI 7, but it seems that the Business Content is missing most of its components.

I do undersatnd that the ABAP trial is mainly for ABAP Development, but as I was able to enable BI 7 , I was wondering why wasnt I able to get more components in Business Content? Have I done something wrong when enabling BI 7??
If the final answer is that I am actually unable to get more components to work with than I already have gotten, well then I just can't go on traning BI 7 with this ABAP Trial.

Missing Components in Flash CS 5.5

I'm using CS 5.5 in a 64 bit Windows environment. Clicking on WINDOW>COMPONENTS pops up a window that only has a "video" folder option. Am missing the "data", "media" and user interface" components. Where can I access these? I'm just trying to put a data grid in my Flash movie.
I attempted reinstallation of Flash but am experiencing the same issue.

Amy thanks so much for trying to help. I figured out the issue (I am a real novice). The publishing settings were (for some reason) set to ActionScript 1.0 (I'm guessing that was before datagrids?). Anyway, when I changed that to ActionScript 2.0 the components magically appeared.

Obviously, the DataGrid is missing, as are any video controls... but what are some of your fave Flex/Flash components that aren't in Flash Catalyst?

even without a great set of components Catalyst will boost your productivity in creating a solid application base to work with. It saves you a lot of time in Flash Builder. If look at the hours you'll save it will probably be worth your while..... And extra, the stuff you didn't find in Catalyst you code through Flash Builder.
Also, i'm beginning to think that rome WAS build in ONE day. Most of the people i talk with are bugging and ******** on the lack of features. Do they think Adobe has a magic wand or something? Do they think that quality programs just emerge from nothing? A product needs time to develop, grow, just like a little child.
