PSE 8 R6034 Runtime Error Question...?

Hello, when I double click on my PSE 8 Desktop Icon it starts to load and then a couple seconds later the R6034 Runtime Error message below pops up.
I have tried uninstalling the whole program and re-installing it several times but it just keeps giving me the same message.

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

How do I get rid of the repeated Microsoft R6034 Runtime Error appearing when starting Photoshop CS6

I have detailed the problem and the attempted remedies in an earlier request for help
(15th Nov,PS6 R6034 runtime error, in Photoshop General Discussion) but none were coming.
It is extremely frustrating and disappointing that Adobe can not be more helpful and effective in solving this problem.

I just got off of chat with adobe support. Very disappointed.
Nobody can find the correction for this error. Shame on adobe!

Trying to upgrade iTunes on my XP Windows has proved impossible...I am getting R6034 Runtime Error. Anybody seen this, and, know how to overcome?

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.
XP instructions in the following document: How to perform disk error checking in Windows XP
Vista instructions in the following document: Check your hard disk for errors
Windows 7 instructions in the following document: How to use CHKDSK (Check Disk)
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards?

Installation problem-R6034 runtime error

I m trying to install PC suite for N72..
I got an error regarding missing file msvcr80.dll.
I downloaded msvcr80.dll file from the net to the system32 folder.. I even uninstalled window defender.. After that when I tried installing the nokia PC suite, I got a R6034 runtime error. I m not able to debug it.
Can anyone help me regarding this error?

Apple's advice on this issue can be found here: TS5376: iTunes 11.1.4 for Windows: Unable to install or open.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would backup the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See the user tip Backup your iTunes for Windows library with SyncToy for a suggested strategy.
If you have difficulty downloading the iTunes setup file try clearing your browser's cache or using an alternate browser.
If content is missing from the library following the repair see Empty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash.
For device connectivity issues following the repair see TS1538: iOS: Device not recognized in iTunes for Windows, in particular section 5.
MobileMe is a discontinued service and should be removed if present. See HT2992: MobileMe: Uninstalling the MobileMe Control Panel for Windows for details.

PSE 7 runtime error

Hi, I'm trying to resolve an issue with PSE 7 installed on a Secondary School network.
The program runs fine when logged in to a PC as a local or Domain Administrator but crashes when logged in as a student if you select "edit" from the opening screen ("create" works OK!)
The error message is "Visual C++ runtime error!" followed by "the exception unknown software exception (0xc000000d) occurred in the application at location 0x78138aa0" if you click Ok on the first message.
I've already found several references to this error message on the forums and on the web and have followed all the Adobe troubleshooting procedures, knowledge base articles etc. but to no avail - I don't think it's a problem with the program itself so much as with the security settings applied to the PC's for "student" users, who all share the same Mandatory Profile.
I can modify the Mandatory profile or the local security settings of the PC's within reason, but my real problem is that I can't identify the restriction that's responsible for causing the error message in the first place!
Any suggestions welcomed!

Are these actions you put into the C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\10.0\Photo Creations\photo effects folder?
If so, did you delete both the
ThumbDatabase.db3 in C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\10.0
and
MediaDatabase.db3 in C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Photoshop Elements\10.0\Locale\en_us
after installing the actions?
Then let the pse 10 editor run for about 10 to 20 minutes to rebuild the effects database.

PSE 10 Runtime error

Photoshop Elements 10 working fine but suddenly came up with Runtime error saying the 'application had requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way'. Suggests 'contact the applications support team for more information'. Can anyone help?

If you are facing the issue on the editor try to reset the prefernces of the editor.
To do so, close PSE first if its open and before relaunching
Hold down the Alt + Ctrl + Shift(Windows) Opt + Cmd + Shift(Mac) keys as you click on the icon to open Elements. When asked if you want to delete the settings file, say yes.
Reset the preferences as above.
Close Elements and Relaunch it again.
Check is the error coming again or not.

After installing and opening PS6 I get
'Runtime Error! R6034 An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library (Win7 64bit)'
Clicking on this it will come back seven times, after which PS6 starts.
Following up on all the advice from Adobe Forums and Microsoft I've tried the following:
Checked all my updates
Checked for viruses and malware
Run CCClean and SysMechanic
Uninstall PS6
Reboot
Run Adobe Creative Suite Cleaner
Restart
Install CS6
Install updates
No change!
I've also reinstalled the MS runtime library, tried to start in safe mode, all to no avail.

I am on WIN7 SP1 Professional, 64, 3Ghz, 12Gig mem, fully updated. Wacom Intous 4 (PTK-640) tablet, Nikon Super Coolscan 5000 ED, driven by Viewscan.

It sounds like you are unable to launch iTunes due to this error message. I recommend removing iTunes with the following article to get iTunes AND its associated programs uninstalled:
Removing and reinstalling iTunes and other software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8

When that is done, download and install iTunes from this page:

I was trying to debug a program for unicode compatibility, and when I finally thought I had finished it.
This runtime error shows up

You need to Change the setting in the program ZPM04_UPDATE_INFOREC_FROM_PO, not in the program SAPLSBKH.
SAPLSBKH read the Report ZPM04_UPDATE_INFOREC_FROM_PO and it gets error because some lines in the ZPM04_UPDATE_INFOREC_FROM_PO are longer than 72 characters.
As suggested by other SDN members you have to follow this steps:
Go to SE38.
Enter ZPM04_UPDATE_INFOREC_FROM_PO and change.
Utilities > Setting
In the Editor Tab, set the checkbox "Downword Compatilbe line Length (72)". You can find out this checkbox in the last section of the Editor tab.
Press Enter.
In the Pop-Up, Say "YES" for the line breaks.

I am unable to edit photos due to a "Runtime Error" that has no correction available. When I tried to update, that attempt failed as well.

I just installalled iTunes for a refurbished generic iPod when this window popped up. It continues to come up when I try to put music from a CD onto iTunes and when I try to listen to anything on iTunes. When I press "okay" the entire program exists. What should I do?
