PSE8 File Save Date Wrong

When I save files in PSE8 Editor the date is not that day's date.  It is random.  My PC's date and time is correct.
System: HP Elite HPE-210f AMD Phenom II 945 Quade Core.
Can anyone tell me what's wrong and how to fix?

I will try your suggestion about adding it to the organizer.  I understand about overwriting the file but not the properties.
New PC with a new PSE8 a few months ago.   The issue may have been there from the outset but only started noticing the date discrepancies three weeks ago.  I have not found a pattern or a solution.

  • File Modified Date Wrong

    Hi Everyone,
    Happy New Year! I have a question. I have a 2012 MacBook Pro running 10.10.1 connected to a Seagate GoFlex Home NAS. This is the main storage location for all my files (work and personal). I am having a very annoying problem, all my file modified dates are showing September 2029! When I access the same file in my Windows 7 VM the date is correct. The date and time are set correctly in OS X and on the NAS drive. Any ideas?

    Hi Allan,
    The issue was caused by the date on the NAS being set to automatic. I manually set the correct time, and all was ok after!
    Hope this works for you!

  • Possible to show last file-save date in a cell?

    I have a Numbers spreadsheet showing various account balances.
    (I manually look up those account balances on banking websites, then copy & paste the values into the approriate cells.)
    I'd like to include a cell that shows the date on which the file was most recently changed.
    So that I can have something like this:
    My Account Balances:
    Note: This document was last modified on:
    Feb 27, 2014
    Right now I manually enter the date when I update it. So that if I update the numbers today, and print it out next week, it still shows the correct data when it was last updated.
    The problem with manually updating that date is that sometimes I update the account balances, but forget to manually change the date.
    I can't use the "=TODAY()" function because that will automatically always show the current date, even if I haven't modified the file in a week.
    Is there a date function that will always show the date when I last hit "Save"?

    The script below will put the date last modified onto the clipboard for pasting into your cell, perhaps saving you a trip to Finder Get Info, Jerry's reliable method.
    I don't know how to make it fully automatic so that it runs immediately upon opening a document, though there may be a way that the true AppleScript mavens would know.
    You would need to run it before making any changes to a document you have just opened. (Or of course, if you remember, you can run it and paste the value in before closing.)
    SG
    --places date a document was last modified on the clipboard for pasting into Numbers 3
    tell application "Numbers" to tell front document to set thePath to its file
    tell application "Finder" to set modDate to modification date of file thePath
    tell application "System Events" to set the clipboard to date string of modDate
    --end of script

  • Problem with Save data with report

    Post Author: ramprosoft
    CA Forum: General
    Hi,
    I am new to CR and using Crystal Reports XI with SQL Server 2000.
    I'm not able to remove the saved data in a report. I have played around different options, but unfortunately I'm not able to remove the data. I have checked variouse places in web above this issue not able to find a solution, so decided to open a new post. The problem is :
    I have created a simple report and saved with-out data (1st version) the file size was 16KB. After few changes I have saved the same report with Data, the file size become 1065 KB. Its perfect and I can view the report in Report Viewer. Great Stuff!. Now the Testing completed, I would like to move this report to production environment, I notice that I'm unable to remove the data. I have played around various tricks like below, but it didnt work well.
    Trick 1:
    Uncheck: File->Options->Reporting (tab)->Save Data With Report.
    Check: File -> Options -> Reporting (tab)->Discard Saved data on Open,
    Uncheck: file-> Report Options -> Save Data With Report.
    File -> Save Data with Report (Not selected)
    Opened the report and try "save" and also tried "save as", still the size is 1065.
    Trick 2:
    I enabled all "Save Data with report" feature. Deleted all the rows in the table related to the query, previewed the report and Saved the report with "Save Data with report" featuer. But now, the funny part happen, the file size increased to 1070kb, instead of reducing. Worst Stuff!!!
    Trick 3:
    Updated the latest version of Patch and tried above tricks, still i'm not able to remove the data.
    Appreciate, if you could help me to fix the problem.
    thanks in advance

  • How can I do to acquire and save date in the same time and in the same file when I run continual my VI without interruption.

    I've attached a VI that I am using to acquire amplitude from Spectrum analyzerse. I tried to connect amplitude ouput to the VI Write Characters To File.vi and Write to Spreadsheet File.vi. Unfortunately when I run continual this VI without interruption, labview ask me many time to enter a new file name to save a new value.

    Hi,
    Your VI does work perfectly. Unfortunately this not what I want to do. I've made error in my last comment. I am so sorry for this.
    So I explain to you again what I want to do exactly. I want to acquire amplitude along road by my vehicle. I want to use wheel signal coming from vehicle to measure distance along road. Then I acquire 1 amplitude each 60 inches from spectrum analyzer.
    I acquire from PC parallel port a coded wheel signal coming from vehicle (each period of the signal corresponds to 12 Inches). Figure attached shows the numeric signal coming from vehicle, and the corresponding values “120” and “88” that I can read from In Port vi.
    So I want to acquire 1 time amplitude from spectrum analyser each 5
    period of the signal that I am acquiring from parallel port.
    So fist I have to find how can I count the number of period from reading the values “120” and “88” that I am acquiring from In Port (I don’t know the way to count a number of period from reading values “120” and “88”).
    Here is a new algorithm.
    1) i=0 (counter: number of period)
    2) I read value from In Port
    3) If I acquire a period
    i= i+1 (another period)
    4) If i is multiple of 5 (If I read 5 period)
    acquire 1 time amplitude and write to the same
    file this amplitude and the corresponding distance
    Distance = 12*i). Remember each period of signal
    Corresponds to 12 Inches).i has to take these
    values: 5,10,15,20,25,35,40,45,50,55,60............
    5) Back to 2 if not stop.
    Thank you very much for helping me.

  • Save data in PDF file

    hi,
    Using Adobe Life cycle Designer 7.1, I have created a PDF Form Template.But when I enter some data in the form ,I am not able to save the details in the form .I am able to save only the blank form.I want to create a callable object of intercative form type and initiate a workflow.Why am I not able to save the pdf file with data?
    Thanks in Advance,
    Shamila

    hi i hope you are not trying to save the PDF while developing the application itself...(in NETWEAVER... )??
    the usable form in which you can actually save data should be obtained by running the application and NOT going to Interactive form->edit->pdf view.
    make the application and deploy it. when you get the blank form by deploying it, SAVE it, from the browser....
    i guess this should solve the problem.
    you can mail me at [email protected]

  • How do I save data in different spreadsheets inside an excel file?

    I am already able to save data into an excel file, but how can I instead send the data separated into segments, where each segment is placed on a different spreadsheet on the excel file I specify.

    In the ActiveX examples that ship with LV there is a good example of how to control Excel. Part of the process of opening a Excel file is to open the workbook (Excel document) and then open a specific worksheet (spreadsheet).
    Try experimenting with that example and you should be able to figure out how to select different worksheets. If you still have trouble give another holler.

  • How to write binary data to browser - File Save dialog

    Hi,
    problem:
    i have a working webservice and i get binary data from that webservice.
    my dynpro java  already works and i have byte[] b which has my binary result.
    what i want:
    when the user clicks on the button, the action onActionGetResult() is executed and inside this method, the byteArray b exists. what can i do, to say the dynpro application that it should  send the binary data direct to the browser, so that the "File Save Dialog" appears and the user can save the file to the harddisk
    any ideas?

    I've found the solution:
    IWDWindow window = wdComponentAPI.getWindowManager().createNonModalExternalWindow(
    res.getUrl(WDFileDownloadBehaviour.ALLOW_SAVE.ordinal()),
    res.getResourceName());
    window.show();
    this worked for me

  • Diadem Does not save data to neither portal nor file

    I tried to acquire data from DAQ USB-6289 and save data to portal or file in DIADem DAC, but failed to get any data in portal, and no file was created, and no error was promptEd. But when I open a example file with saving function, it works fine. I'm sure there isn't any problem about the script since it is a very simple one. Do you have any suggestions?
    Thanks a lot.
    Jing

    Hi Jing -
    Since you said you're building your scheme based off of an example, I'm going to assume you've already included a Save Data or Save Data with Trigger block in your DAC scheme.  This is mandatory if you want to use Data Storage with either of the two following techniques.
    If you're running your DAC scheme programmatically, are you using the SchemeMeasTest() command, or the SchemeMeasStart() command?  If you want your DAC scheme to be run with Data Storage (Data Portal or File) enabled, you'll need to use the SchemeMeasStart() command.  The other command merely runs the scheme with visualization only (as a test).
    If you're running your DAC scheme interactively, are you pressing the Start Display button or the Start Measurement button (see below)?  These two buttons are the interactive versions of the aforementioned programmatic commands.  If you want to test your visualization without Data Storage, use the Start Display button.  If you want data to be saved to either the Data Portal or File, use the Start Measurement button.
    Let me know if this still doesn't help.

    In the console i get:
    column1|column2
    3 | 4
    3 | 2
    In the file i get:
    3,4,3,2
    Ok, my question is: can i get the data directly from the console and then introduce it in the file ( with the same format that in the console)??
    Thanks for your time.

    Never Mind, got it to. =)
    this is how i made it work.
    for (int j = 0; j < rows; j++)
                             for (int k = 0; k < columns; k++)
                                  String value = (String)table.getValueAt(j, k);
                                                    out.write("|");
                                                    out.write( value );
                                             out.newLine();
                        }out.close();

    trinigh,
    I'm not sure I get your point and only have LabVIEW 7.1, so could you just post an image of your diagram.
    If what you want is to build (not save) an array, you should use the "build array" function in a loop, like this...

  • Dates wrong in RAW files imported from Canon Rebel

    I recently imported a large number of pictures from my Canon Rebel via my iPod into iPhoto 6.02. There were a mix of JPEG and RAW files, the dates & times for the JPEGs were fine, the RAW files were wrong, some back at Dec 31 1970, others were 21 hours earlier than the JPEG files.
    The date and time on the camera were correct and still are.
    The same photos look OK in Adobe Elements 4.0, though I can see the same bad dates in part of the EXIF data reported by Adobe. Adobe shows me several versions of dates though and others are correct.
    Anyone seen this, know what's wrong?
    PowerBook G4   Mac OS X (10.4.5)

    I'm afriad the fact that your Olympus dSLR is supported is no relevance.
    The Raw from every model of camera is different. Note: that's every model not every brand. So, the NEF produced by a Nikon D40 is not the same as the NEF produced by a D60, the CR2 produced by a Canon 350 is not the same as the CR2 produced by a Canon 400.
    Support for individual camera models has to be added one by one, and Apple will update the OS to work with the most recent version of the software. That's an incentive for you to keep up-to-date. So, for support for your 60D you'll need 10.6.5 plus Aperture 3 and/or iPhoto 11.

  • NetStorage file/folder dates all wrong

    Hey guys/gals,
    Have an OES2.3-LX-64bit server fully patched. Fresh install yesterday. Just noticed that our file/folder dates are all messed up. Shows up like this: 4/25/60093. All the dates have good day and month. It's the year that is messed up. All the years show 60094, 60094, 60095 and so on.
