PTMW problem with overlapping availability

Hi everyone,
I found a problem, in the PTMW, and I'd like to get a confirmation, that this is SAP error, and cannot be handled on the customer side with e.g. customizing, or BAdI.
The case is:
The employee gets the doubled amount if there is availability and overtime in the same time with overlapping days.
Example:
The normal Work schedule for the EE is from 8:00-17:00
There is an availability from 20:00 - 08:00  (end at the next day)
There is an overtime on the next day 10 hours
This means the EE works
00:00-08:00 - Availability                       8 hours
08:00-17:00 - Normal work schedule    9 hours
Overtime                                               10 hours
Summary                                               27 hours
The problem is that 27 >  24 But the PTMW lets me to save everything, but this is an error because the maximum number of hours is 24 in a day
I checked the PTMW, but for me it seems, this is a SAP error, and I can't customize the PTMW to handle this situation..
Does anyone know a customizing, or anything, where I can set the PTMW to handle correctly this situation?

JInternalFrames must be in a JDesktopPane.
