Publish completed, but no new folio in viewer

I've published a new folio to our branded viewer, but it still hasnt shown up in the viewer. Usually, I can count on the folio showing up within minutes after the 'completed' message. I know there were server issues yesterday, so maybe there are still issues? Or latency?
This particular folio only has one article, and is horizontal only.
The completed messsage time was - Tue Nov 06 05:48 PST 2012

folio should appear within couple of minute after successfull publish. Double check to make sure the folio status is not "Private"
Also, re-launch your viewer to re-fresh the library and see.

    Unfortunately, that's the way the cookie crumbles nowadays. Sir Jony Ive's GUI design for iOS7 has been met with much skepticism (to say the least). But until the company sees the compelling need for an adjustment or reversal, it "ain't happenin' ". So amble over to the feedback page ( http://www.apple.com/feedback/ ) and make your displeasure known to the company, OR make it known by not purchasing its products. Because as long as the iGadgets continue selling as fast as they can make them, they will see no need for change.
    BTW, do note you are NOT talking to Apple here. This is just a user-to-user forum.
    Edit: for now, you can also try out any of the alternate calendaring apps available in the App Store.

  • Update new Folio Builder Panel but not the Folio Producer Tools?

    Hi Guys
    I was prompted to update the Builder Panel so I have done this now. I have read some older posts from last week about the new producer tools with new interactivity inside MSOs.
    Is everybody still having problems with this update or has the bug been fixed now?
    I'm not on such a tight deadline but I don't want any problems! Should I hold fire on updating the Producer tools?

    You can update the viewer builder panel independent from producer tools.
    So you can stay on version 17 of the tools but you need the current folio
    builder panel.

    I have run into a problem when publishing a new folio to our app from DPS Folio Producer. I published the new folio without a probelm, but when I pus the "Notify" button, I get an error message that an error has occured while sending the push notification. The push certificate has expired and that to upload a valid push notification, I should rebuild my app in DPS App Builder and to retry sending push notification. (See screen grab).
    This is our first push notification for a recently approved app. I worked through all the instruction to create push notifications through DPS. And we tested everything and it was fine.
    Our app is a free subscription, multi-folio app in newsstand hosted on the DPS server with DPS push notifications.
    What am I doing wrong? I really don't want to have to bebuild/resubmit the app to iTunes to get this to work. It seems odd that the push certificate would be expired, we just created it last month.

    Hi,
    Direct saves to the server from MS Office over Webdav are not recommended when the versioning mode is Manual. The reason is that the actions of checking out & checking in the document need to be done from the Team Collaboration client and are not done from within MS Office.
    Rather, set the versioning mode to Auto or Disabled and it should work just fine.

  • Viewer Version option not appearing in New Folio window

    When I create a new folio I do not get the option to specify the Viewer Version.
    The option does not appear in the New Folio window - see screengrab.
    As I understand it - I need to set this to v23 or higher to allow my multistate objects to export as vectors when article is set to PDF (to prevent pixelisation on some ios devices).
    I am using CS5 on a mac with the latest versions of the folio tools etc.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    I've just tried installing the tools on another machine (same hardware & software) and it works fine.
    It seems there's something wrong with my install of the tools, in the About panel of the folio builder mine says : 13.1.1.20130115_m_709452   7.0.5.17
    Where as the machine that works says: 13.1.1.20130115_m_709452   7.0.9.23
    I've uninstalled the Folio Builder Panel and the Folio Producer Tools, then reinstalled - but no change.
    Any ideas?

  • Can't see 23/24 viewer version when creating new folios

    Hi, I have the latest versions of the Folio Builder panel for CS5 (12.4.2.20121107_m_704679) but when I attempt to create a new folio I'm not given the option to choose v23 or 24 folios. 20,21,22 are the only options. Any reason this would happen? Thanks!

    In CS5 and CS5.5, you will also need to upgrade your Folio Producer tools in order to get the latest support for those viewer versions.

I keep the majority of my music files on an external hard drive.   I'm trying to view all those files on my MacBook through iTunes.   With windows you would go to : File/Add To Library, and iTunes would add all your selected files to your music library BUT WOULD NOT COPY THEM TO YOUR HARD DRIVE.  In other words, if the external hard drive was connected, you could listen, drag/drop, and edit the files.   When I tried the same thing with my new MacBook... it actually started coping the files to my MacBook harddrive.  I don't want that, it's millions and millions of mp3's that I don't want to keep on my computer, only my external hard drive.   Can anyone help?    I'm sure it's something easy, I'm just so new to the Mac world.   Being an iPhone owner for many many years I'm picking up things fast, but this is getting the best of me!  Help !

    In iTunes 11 uncheck the preferences setting in in the iTunes Preferences panel "Advanced > Copy Files to iTunes Media folder when adding to Library"

    my new 6th generation synced fine the first time I added my cd's to itunes.  Thereafter, I added additional cd's which are on itunes but the message I receive is syncing is complete but they do not appear on my ipod.  Only the original cd's are still on the ipod  Any suggestions are appreciated.

    Just adding albums to iTunes does not mean they will be added automatically to your iPod. You can set it up that way, but it sounds like you do not.
    Under the music tab for the ipod, you can select what music, albums, artists and playlists can be sync'd to your ipod.

    We're sorry to hear that your phone isn't working. It's very important to have a functioning touchscreen!  Let's explore your options OK? If the phone is taken to a store, troubleshooting can indeed be done. The store representative can even contact us while you're there.  Do you have insurance on the device? Or, do you maybe have a prior vzw device that can be activated until the upgrade is available? You can also check your My Verizon account to see if your line( or another line on the account) is eligible for an upgrade. VZW always has options for you.

    Thanks for the question. After reviewing your post, it sounds like you are not able to restore the iOS device since you get an error 9. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help the issue.

    Check your security software
    Related errors: 2, 4, 6, 9, 1000, 1611, 9006. Sometimes security software can prevent your device from communicating with either the Apple update server or with your device.
    Check your security software and settings to make sure that they aren't preventing a connection to the Apple servers.

I have a need for a stop watch that is triggered to start when two voltage values differ by more than 0.110V and then stop counting when they return to within 0.110v my goal is to capture the total amount of time the two voltages differ and record it along with the rest of the data is this possible and how would I do it?     For starters, try to write the name correctly. It is LabVIEW, not lab view.
    Seriously though, your best way of learning to is try some things yourself first. Look through the examples that ship with LabVIEW for the components Raven suggested (while loops, shift registers, etc.) We could give you a working example but you will learn far more by trying things for yourself. As suggested, try a few things and then post what you have done and what you are having trouble with. From there we can answer your questions rather than just do it for you.

    I have had iTunes and used it without incident with my iPod. Just bought an iphone today but when I went to sync with iTunes for the first time it prompted me to updated to latest version which I did. For some reason it seems to sync to my iphone, says "sync complete", but doesn't download anything from my library. Iphone still says "no content". First day home with iphone. Not real happy about it.
    Help please?

    Make sure you have checked "Sync Music in the music pane when connected to iTunes.
