Published new website but can't find it?

Had a completely new website designed and to be hosted by new service. The location of the new server was changed on Domain Bank and the site relaunched 2 days ago. Last evening Safari it appeared that Safari had found the site, but this morning I cannot find the new site, with safari reverting back to the old website. I have reset Safari, cleared it’s cache, but to no avail.
In addition some Mac’s in our office can see the new site. It appears to relate to settings on a single machine.
What could be wrong?

HI David,
Click your Bookmarks icon top left side of your Safari window.
Perhaps you have both sites Bookmarked.
And check TopSites also. That would be the icon just to the right of the Bookmarks icon. You can also view TopSites by pressing Option + Command + 1 (number 1) on your keyboard.
Check your History trail from the Safari menu bar, or Option + Command + 2 on your keyboard.

What version of the OS do you have? What has changed since iPhtoo worked?
What exactly is the problem - you say "it was not responding" - You downloaded a new version (what version)" -you can't find yoru photos" none of which is helpful
look in your applications folder - is there an Iphoto application there? If so get info and report the version
Look in the picures folder - is there an iPhoto library there? If so exactly (including exact error messages) happens if you double click on it?
what else can you tell us that might help us assist you?

I downloaded a installation printer utility from the Manufacturer (lexmark), but it didn't work. Any sugestions?

You would need to get the IP address of your printer then manually add a network print queue.
To get the IP address, on the control panel of your printer, press on Setup > Network Setup > TCP/IP > View/Set IP address.

You are going to need both serial numbers if you want to install Lightroom 5, because it is an upgrade and bolts serial numbers are required. If you registered Lightroom 5 with Adobe when you first installed it then you can find your serial number on your Adobe account.

I have a new website but can't see it on my computer after clearing caches!

The problem is only on my mac others in the company see the new site. The problem is on on all 3 browsers safari, chrome and firefox. I have cleared caches, gone through to clear the cache.db in the library. Im getting desporate now, please help!

Hi Carolyn, thanks for your reply. The problem is fixed. I don't know how but cahes other than the ones i can see/control have been updated. My collegues could see the new site immediatley but my computer took 2 days to catch up! Appreciate your reply. Have a good day.

T-Bird requires new install but can't find original mail account - help!

I've been running ThunderbirdPortable for about 3 months and now, all of a sudden the executable won't start. The message recommends that I re-install which I did in the same directory as the original (as recommended) but when I start the new executable it does not link to my original mail account.
How can I "tell" my new installation where my original account data can be found.

Form tracker shows new respondents but can't find responses?

I sent out a link to a form I created. Whenever I go into my tracker it shows I have six new respondents. However when I click on view responses it shows up blank. Even when I click the update button, nothing happens. Where did these responses go? How do I get them? TIA!

Here's what I did
1. Uninstalled EVERYTHING (& restarted PC)
2.Downloaded the latest iPod Updater AND iTunes from Apple's Site (I didn't use the enclosed CD this time!)
3. Installed the new iTunes
4. Installed the NEW iPod updater
5. Plugged in the iPod (after doing a "reset")
6. From then on..I have to open iTunes FIRST before plugging in the iPod..(I think it's a bug in their software..shocking..eh?...)..This worked for me..If I just plug in the iPod first..without opening iTunes first..well..don't ask...)

You should have a series or drop-down menus at the top of your Mac's screen, one of which should be 'Store' :
Do they not show ? If not, then have you got iTunes in full-screen mode - if you have the control-command-F should toggle between full screen and normal.

It's not completely obvious. What you have to do in Spaces is to position your cursor to the upper right of the screen, after which faint + (plus) sign appears in that area. Click that, upon which another Desktop will appear.
The + may be difficult or impossible to see with some desktop backgrounds (black, for instance):

You'd have to think through this, but it seems like if you are using Outlook, and the items vanished from the Outlook client as well as the server,that you could re-populate Outlook using iTunes.

There were 100+ features that didn't make it into the "new & improved, rewritten from the ground up” Pages 5. Some have returned with the updates & there are some new features that are worthwhile, but there are still 90+ features missing. Leave feedback for the Pages team using the link in the Pages menu and review & rate the new versions in the Mac App Store.
If you previously had iWork '09, those apps are still in your Applications folder in a folder named iWork '09. You can continue to use them to get things done.
