Publisher equivalent

I have used MS Publisher to layout A5 diaries as multipage booklets. I did this by formatting in MS Word and copying text to MS Publisher. Is it possible to get something for less than say A$200 that would do this on my Macbook Pro? I can do brochures and mini-booklets in Pages but have found this difficult for multipages.

just another query, how do I know which Mac version to download? what is the difference between  these two
MacOS X DMG (Intel only, Leopard (10.5) or higher)
MacOS X package installer (Intel only, Leopard (10.5) or higher)
Sorry to be a pain... I don't know what DMG means
I have a Mac with  Mac OS X Lion 10.7.5 (11G63) or so it tells me when I look it up! I have no idea what that means!

  • PUBLISHING 1 SITE OUT OF 2 TO MY .MAC

If I am publishing 2 sites to my .mac account, and I only want to publish 1 of the sites- Do I select the site I want at the left of the iweb app and select publish to .mac.
I have published my site before, but I have always selected publish all to .mac because I only had one site. Just trying to clarify. Thanks.

    From the iweb Help:
    +*To publish websites:*+
+Choose one of these options from the File menu:+
+*Publish to .Mac*: Publishes all your sites and pages that have changed since the last time you published (equivalent to clicking Publish in the toolbar).+
+*Publish All to .Mac*: Publishes all your sites and pages, not just those that have changed since you last published. You might want to publish all your pages if you accidentally delete your site from .Mac, if you change .Mac accounts and want to publish to your new .Mac account, or if you discover missing links or pages in your site.+
+*Publish to a Folder*: Publishes your site to a folder so you can upload the site to the server or hosting service of your choice. Use this option if you don’t have a .Mac membership.+

  • PMS to RGB: Pantone says PMS145C=R202 G119 B0, but Photoshop differs

Have been meaning to ask this question for some time.
I have (for example) an object set to spot color PMS 145 C 100% solid in an Adobe Illustrator drawing.
    According to my Pantone Color Bridge Coated swatchbook, PMS 145 C "translates" to R 202 G 119 B 0.
BUT, if I "open" that AI file in Photoshop, and eyedropper that spot in the drawing, the RGB "translation" comes in as R 229 G 142 B 26.
I'm using CS2, and with Photoshop Color Settings at the default "North American General Purpose 2" at open time.
If I open the AI file as 300ppi CMYK, the spot color "translates" to the RGB values as above.
If I do this same operation with Photoshop set to open the AI file as 300ppi RGB, the same color eyedrops as R 230 G 143 B 26 (which is close, but not the same).
But NEITHER of these are the same as what Pantone publishes as the "official" equivalent RGB to the Spot color.
Why the discrepancy between Pantone's published equivalent and what Photoshop does?

Yes, yes, I do understand that what I see on my monitor often bears little resemblance to what comes out on any printer . . . or on another monitor for that matter. This is why I use the eyedropper to test a CMYK color mix, for example, and compare that to a *printed* CMYK swatchbook to see what it might "really" look like when printed offset. I say "might" because I understand that there's still a matter of the actual press this will run on.
The concern here is getting Photoshop software to "translate" a numeric PMS color defined in an AI file to the numeric RGB equivalent as published by Pantone. I know that RGB value will look different on different monitors, but if we can get the software to convert "PMS 145 C" that's defined as the color fill of a vector object in an AI file to RGB as 202, 119, 0 (Pantone's own published equivalent), then at least we have a conversion, regardless of how anyone's monitor displays it!
For example, an object filled with solid 100% PMS 145 C drawn in AI, "should" translate to RGB 202, 119, 0 when opened in Photoshop when I ask it to convert the colors at open time to RGB. With the file open in Photoshop in this situation, I would hope that the flat, 100% tint color area comes in as R 202, G 119, B 0 when it is tested with the eyedropper. From a programmatic standpoint, wouldn't this be a matter of maintaining a "table" of equivalent values in the Photoshop software [wherein PMS 145 C = R 202 G 119 B 0], whereupon the softwware could make a color translation based on a table lookup, and display that color as that number regardless of what the displaying monitor might do to it.

  • What is tthe name of Apple's equivalent to MS publisher?

What is tthe name of Apple's equivalent to MS publisher?

There really isn't an equivalent. Apple and Microsoft are different companies with different products. Apple has Pages, but that is all. Apple really isn't much of a developer of consumer applications. People who want more than Pages could choose something like Word. If you want real publishing software, there is InDesign and Quark.

  • CM 2012 SP1 equivalent of App-V Publishing Server

    Good morning everyone.
I'm trying to virtualize Adobe Flash 10.3 for IE.  That's beside the point but I wanted to mention my ultimate goal.
Sparing you all the App-V stuff I have to go through there's one obstacle that is hindering me at this point.
I've converted completely to CM 2012 SP1 for my App-V deployment functions but find myself needing to specify our main CM server as the "AppVPublishingServer".  The ultimate goal here is to set the virtual app attribute of "IsPublishedGlobally"
to TRUE.  This is normally done with a PoSH command "Set-AppVpublishingserver", manipulating the Global parameters.
Do any of you know how to configure this attrib through CM, or, how to declare the CM server as a Publishing Server (in App-V's eyes)?
    Thanks very much.
    IAmStrings

I am not sure about deployment, but I know for content the publishing server is the ConfigMgr cache. I know this was the case with 4.6, but not sure what has changed in 5.0.
We never had to specify the publishing server when we sequenced or deployed our packages with ConfigMgr.
    Daniel Ratliff | http://www.PotentEngineer.com
This will depend how you publish the package (stream or download). If downloaded the package will reside in the cache but if streamed only the xml files will.
Ultimately the ConfigMgr client will handle and nothing will need to be specified.
    Cheers

  • RTF Header Rows Repeat in eBus BI Publisher (5.6.3)

    Hi,
I have been struggling to get the Header Rows Repeat functionality working when generating RTF output with the eBus integrated BI Publisher - currently eBus 11.5.10.2 with ATG H RUP 7. The "How to Determine the Version of Oracle XML Publisher for Oracle E-Business Suite 11i and Release 12" Note (362496.1) doesn't provide anything more specific than 5.6.3. Based on the "Naming and Versioning" sticky note from Tim, I think this is equivalent to 10.1.3.2.
According to http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E10415_01/doc/bi.1013/e10416/bip_misc_101333.htm, this functionality is not available until BI Publisher 10.1.3.3.3.
To "Overview of Available Patches for Oracle XML Publisher (embedded in Oracle E-Business Suite)" Note (1138602.1) does not list any stand alone patch which seems to be refer to this functionality.
Can someone tell me if this Header Rows Repeat in RTF output functionality available with the eBus integrated BI Publisher? Or do I need to log an SR?

    Hi Tim,
Thanks for that - the 7487412 readme doesn't say anything about the RTF header bug fix being included, but the Bugs Resolved by this Patch lists 6270261 (ER: RTF Output to support set Table Header Report, Table Row Keep-Together).
Patch # 7487412 is only available in R12, but with the specific ER number, I was able to find Note # 861915.1 (I couldn't it find with my keyword search) and this note indicates that 11i patch # 7702372 should resolve the problem for me in 11i (and it's readme explicitly documents 6270261 as being fixed by the patch).
    Thanks again,

  • ICal, MS Outlook, and Titles in published calendars

I need to publish my calendar, and would like to use iCal to do it. However, I only need the equivalent of free/busy information to show (I don't want to show any other information about events). I thought that unchecking "Publish Titles and Notes" would accomplish this, but when I subscribe to the calendar using Outlook (as some of my subscribers will), I can see the event title.
Is there any way to fix this?

I am also looking for a way to publish my iCal calendars, but only show the times as "busy" and not show any specific proprietary data. MS Outlook and Google Calendar have this functionality worked out, just curious if there is a way to do this on .MAC.

  • Spry menu bar won't update when published

I am building a dreamweaver webpage though a template.
for some reason it will not change the spry menu bar to update the changes made to the links on it.
that and the links won't work on the website (i uploaded it to a test website).
I am not sure if it is the same problem.
I changed the links from site to document relative.
I also checked the codes in http://validator.w3.org/check and http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/ .
I also read this link and it didn't help me http://helpx.adobe.com/dreamweaver/kb/paths-dreamweaver-templates.html .
    Can someone help please!
    Thank you

I am not sure why that will not upload to the site correctly.
I am uploading to a godaddy server. Is there a way I should be saving things (links and such) that I might be doing wrong? am I naming my links incorrectly? how do I make them so they will work once uploaded.
I followed the suggestions that you made and it looks like it is there but for somereason when i preview the page in a browser or live view the background image (parchment) doesn't show up on the screen.and the spry menu bar only comes up as an unordered list.  I am not sure what would be causing this.
I have attached the code for 2 pages the first is the code of the  template test file you suggested I make and the second is the code for the education connection page (this is a page that was made from the template and the background image is not working-i had this problem before but i thought it was fixed as the website has it fixed when i published it)

these rules, with the exception of the images used for down or right pointing arrows, which are in the file SpryMenuBasic.css
These assume the following widget classes for menu layout (set in a preset)
.MenuBar - Applies to all menubars - default is horizontal bar, all submenus are vertical - 2nd level subs and beyond are pull-right.
.MenuBarVertical - vertical main bar; all submenus are pull-right.
You can also pass in extra classnames to set your desired top level menu bar layout. Normally, these are set by using a preset.
They only apply to horizontal menu bars:
MenuBarLeftShrink - The menu bar will be horizontally 'shrinkwrapped' to be just large enough to hold its items, and left aligned
MenuBarRightShrink - Just like MenuBarLeftShrink, but right aligned
MenuBarFixedLeft - Fixed at a specified width set in the rule '.MenuBarFixedLeft', and left aligned.
MenuBarFixedCentered -  - Fixed at a specified width set in the rule '.MenuBarFixedCentered',
and centered in its parent container.
MenuBarFullwidth - Grows to fill its parent container width.
In general, all rules specified in this file are prefixed by #MenuBar so they only apply to instances of the widget inserted along
with the rules. This permits use of multiple MenuBarBasic widgets on the same page with different layouts. Because of IE6 limitations,
there are a few rules where this was not possible. Those rules are so noted in comments.

/* IE6 rules - you can delete these if you do not want to support IE6 */
/* A note about multiple classes in IE6.
    * Some of the rules above use multiple class names on an element for selection, such as "hover" (MenuItemHover) and "has a subMenu" (MenuItemWithSubMenu),
    * giving the selector '.MenuItemWithSubMenu.MenuItemHover'.
    * Unfortunately IE6 does not support using mutiple classnames in a selector for an element. For a selector such as '.foo.bar.baz', IE6 ignores
    * all but the final classname (here, '.baz'), and sets the specificity accordingly, counting just one of those classs as significant. To get around this
    * problem, we use the plugin in SpryMenuBarIEWorkaroundsPlugin.js to generate compound classnames for IE6, such as 'MenuItemWithSubMenuHover'.
    * Since there are a lot of these needed, the plugin does not generate the extra classes for modern browsers, and we use the CSS2 style mutltiple class
    * syntax for that. Since IE6 both applies rules where
    * it should not, and gets the specificity wrong too, we have to order rules carefully, so the rule misapplied in IE6 can be overridden.
    * So, we put the multiple class rule first. IE6 will mistakenly apply this rule.  We follow this with the single-class rule that it would
    * mistakenly override, making sure the  misinterpreted IE6 specificity is the same as the single-class selector, so the latter wins.
    * We then create a copy of the multiple class rule, adding a '.SpryIsIE6' class as context, and making sure the specificity for
    * the selector is high enough to beat the single-class rule in the "both classes match" case. We place the IE6 rule at the end of the
    * css style block to make it easy to delete if you want to drop IE6 support.
    * If you decide you do not need IE6 support, you can get rid of these, as well as the inclusion of the SpryMenuBarIEWorkaroundsPlugin.js script.
    * The 'SpryIsIE6' class is placed on the HTML element by  the script in SpryMenuBarIEWorkaroundsPlugin.js if the browser is Internet Explorer 6. This avoids the necessity of IE conditional comments for these rules.

    /* BeginOAWidget_Instance_2141544: #MenuBar */
/* Settable values for skinning a Basic menu via presets. If presets are not sufficient, most skinning should be done in
these rules, with the exception of the images used for down or right pointing arrows, which are in the file SpryMenuBasic.css

    * Some of the rules above use multiple class names on an element for selection, such as "hover" (MenuItemHover) and "has a subMenu" (MenuItemWithSubMenu),
    * giving the selector '.MenuItemWithSubMenu.MenuItemHover'.

  • Publish data model with designer

    Hi,
so far I used ERwin for data modelling. ERwin can generate HTML output consisting of the graphical data model plus hyperlinks on the tables. If you click on a table a report pops up with all details, e.g. table and column comments.
I find this very useful to publish the data model.
Is there something similar available with Oracle Designer?
I found this announcement, but no product: http://otn.oracle.com/products/designer/pdf/ROB_Announce.pdf

If you have any recent release of Designer installed, then you have the ROB automatically installed. Select your Start menu in Windows and then navigate through your menus to the Designer sub menu and you'll see a link for setting up the ROB.
The ROB was made available as part of Designer from March 2003. The lastest release of Designer, viz Designer 10g (9.0.4.4) and the equivalent 9i and 6i releases, all now avialable on OTN, have additional support for the ROB. This offers the ability to save and ERD or Server Model Diagram directly to the ROB.
You do need to add the "hotpost" functionality manually. The ROB help gives a step by step apporach on adding these hotspots. There are a number of demos on the Designer demo page on using the ROB and configuring the App Server to use it. http://otn.oracle.com/products/designer/demos.htm

  • Why does the published swf output from Presenter 10 fail to play when the zip output is uploaded to my LMS?

On Win 7, using Presenter 10 the published output .swf (and associated files in the .zip collection) produces only a blank browser frame (both IE10 and Chrome) on upload and launch from the LMS. The index.html file is referencing two .js files that do not exist...
    <script src="./data/html/Project.js"></script>
    <script src="./data/resources/ha/wr_/OpenAjaxManagedHub-all.js"></script>
Also, seem to be missing a presenter.css file in ./data/html I think the presenter.libs.js file is referencing.
Are these files required for playback and correspondingly that's why only a blank browser frame is presented on the LMS launch?
Is it possible that when I publish to my local these files are not being populated in the output .zip for some reason?
Any help isolating the cause is much appreciated!

@Willam I am wondering if the first problem has not been properly described. When viewing generated help if you right click and select View Source, as you know, you will get the HTML for the tripane window. I think Rtrown wants to see the code for the default topic. If so, that is something like View this frame.
Turning to the last paragraph, there is also some confusion there.
When this first happened, I wondered if the project was corrupted, and I tried a technique I picked up a while ago, involving removing the xpj and cpd files from Windows Explorer, and attempting to restore from the *.FPJ file. However, I get a message saying 'This file is not an HPJ file. Please select an HPJ file to open'. The project does not have an HPJ file! So I had to rebuild the project.
First, you should only delete the CPD file in most scenarios. See Opening Projects on my site. Deleting the XPJ should not be done other than in a few situations. Secondly, you then restore from the HHP file, not the FPJ file. Not sure how you would do that. Finally an HPJ file is related to RoboHelp for Word and is its equivalent of the XPJ file in RoboHelp HTML.

  • IWeb movie pages, when published -- no movies

my iWeb movie pages, when published, came up lame, no movies, only areas where the movies should have been, all with faint Q's with question marks inside them
LONG STORY SHORT, MAKE SURE YOUR MOVIES (as well as being located in your MAC HD and its proper MOVIE sidebar, that you CUT AND PASTE all your MEDIA YOU'RE USING IN YOUR iWeb SITE,
CUT AND PASTE PHOTOS, MOVIES in dupe form right into your desktop where you've published your iWEB site folder.......that way, any browser, a .mac or outside web host, can locate your media better so that you don't get GHOST MEDIA PUBLISHING LIKE I DID...hopefully this will help both of us
ALSO, in any iWeb website (named SITE in your desktop, or iDisc, or whatever or wherever you publish it, or even if you can find where on earth on your HD it is published, remember, if you have any MEDIA at all, NOTE IN MY CASE MEDIA MEANS MOVIES (not photos, so I'm not speaking to the photo blogs people, only iWeb MOVIE folks) anyway, all the compressed poetry video clips are right there, in a separate folder called MEDIA, that is every iWeb site, when published to .mac or a folder, which contains movies in .mp4 format or .mov format, all these will appear right in your site's MEDIA FOLDER....
this is important as a concept....
also, if you're using an outside web host like me (so that all my movies will LOAD QUICKLY), don't forget when FTP'ing (file transfer protocol'ing) your iWeb changes to your web host from your original MAC HD folder....remember to also send to the FTP/outside web host your MEDIA folder inside your SITE
(which i only realized a couple hours ago, and which totally was a revelation, so i'm passing it along to you guys)....
if you'd like to know exactly what i do here in nyc, i video the poetry scene, now for 20 years, and create educational poetry DVDs.... and my website is today's equivalant of operating a virtual business.....
....oh-oh, since I video poetry in NYC and go direct into a standalone DVD recorder to make single tracks of each poem...and then through Popcorn's mp4 program, I can make a movie file
then..through QuickTime Pro's streaming compression system, reduce that file size to under 5 MBs,
well, after lots of headaches, i am able to have 200 streaming video clips on an iWeb site, which apple itself said was impossible, that iWeb was only geared for less ambitious projects
okay, so that is cool..until yesterday, when i began the whole process again with completely new poetry video clips....
first, the iWeb pages were designed correctly...that took time....then i published the new pages to .mac, and only some of the movies showed up on the published pages, some had a big bright Q (which means the browser identifies the movie and will within 20 seconds load that movie), but what wracked my brain all day and night yesterday, why were there areas where the browser only showed the faint Q/Question mark inside (meaning the browser cannot find the movie)
    so what the.....!
also i'm going from an iWed Folder to an FTP so I can use an outside web host and bypass THE MUCH SLOWER .mac browser (too slow when using movie clips for visitor to your site having to wait valuable seconds for **** movie to appear...with outside web host process almost immediate)
    .....any similar experiences?

I am having the same problem.
Now I am using iWeb 2.03. So when I uploaded the site to my server I see the Media folder you were talking about, and the videos are there. But when I go to the website I still get the faint Q with the question mark.
    Here is my site. http://mnorland.dadeschools.net
The videos are supposed to be in the Athletics page, then go to football highlights.
    Any help would be appreciated.

  • OT: What is CS6's equivalent to the "Donut"?

CS6 is out, the best roundup I've seen is at InDesign Secrets.  It all looks great especially creating forms!  BTW if you want to moan about the endnotes ommision I truly sympathise with you but start a new thread!
However just for fun my question is - what is the CS6 equivalent to the universally despised and never used Content Grabber tool, aka as the "Donut"?
My pick is it's the Content Collector and Placer Tools.  I haven't used it, but just looking at it my first thought is why the heck can't you just use the standard selection tool?  And why two tools?  Perhaps it's different in actual practise.  I don't know.  But it sure looks awkward....

I've not tried InDesign CS6 yet but here's my take on some of the noted new features
    Creating Interactive Forms
So what? You get a "Sample Library" you get some additions to the Buttons panel? Big whoop. I bet it doesn't work very well for complex forms.
    Alternate Layouts
Sounds great, I'm not sure if the alternate layouts are dynamic (make one change in one layout and it happens in the other, or if content can be unlinked between documents, or if they're standalone documents residing in one document?) But it sounds promising.
    Liquid Layout
An improvement to "Layout Adjustment" by the looks of it.
    Content Collector/Content Placer tools
A fancy Copy and Paste - that a lot of people can't really see the point of this feature
    On-object Link Status and Control
They added a node to the frame to let you know if a link isn't working - AMAZING
    Primary Text Frame
Finally got the Master Text Frame working properly - and renamed it
    Text Frames that Auto-Size
Something that a plugin developer did a while ago - it was good, looks like they've adapted it.
    Flexible Columns
Great - it seems to be related to the Text Frame Auto size though.
Still can't have different WIDTHS for each column though!
Improved EPUB 2 Export, new EPUB 3 Export
To be expected - it wasn't great in CS5.5 and the new stuff for Epub 3 is a work in progress
Grayscale Preview and Grayscale PDF Export
Well about time - only took them about 10 years
    Align to Key Object
Function taken from Illustrator - it's not a big deal - you could make a Key Object by locking an object before - don't see the difference here
    The Little Things
User Interface tweaks - Wow! They used title case
Placeholder text language options - AMAZING can get that from the web - took a few seconds
Split Window- added another icon to split windows - why?
Complex Calculations in Dialog Boxes and Panels - WOW - a computer doing calculations
Digital Publishing workspace - they put a bunch of useless tools (probably the wrong set of tools into a workspace - you can do that yourself?)
Export to PNG (with transparency) - GREAT can't wait to see what pancake way it exports this - I'll probably still have to export to PDF and save as PDF from photoshop for better quality.
    Extension Manager Sets - Eh?
Accurate screen sizing - seems like they fixed a bug
Keeps with Spans and Splits - Fixed another bug
    Recent Fonts List - AMAZING
Save as IDML- Finally make it intuitive for new users!!!
PANTONE PLUS SERIES color swatch libraries - you can download and install those yourself ...
Name Ranges in XLSX files - Fixed another bug
Export to Interactive As Pages - Fixed the Spreads bug as always on!
Package files includes overlay assets - Surely this should have been already - looks like another Bug Fix.
Overall - I don't see "New Features" I see mostly Old Features Updated and dressed up - Plus a Lot of "Bug Fixes" since CS5.5
Will CS5.5 get thes fixes? OR even CS5? I doubt it.
    Nothing really wowing me here.

  • What is the equivalent as PRINT ARTIST software?

    Hi Evrybody,
I just recently bought a second hand Imac 27" .
I used to work previously on PC and using Print Artist software.
This software is not available for Mac Plateform unless i install Parallel.
Does anyone know an equivalent or even more performant software like Print Artist.
I past a link to show the software i am using and would like to get for my Imac.
I tried to look on internet but i have not find anything interesting....
    Thanks
    Chris

Here's my own list of alternatives, but it is by no means complete or exhaustive.
    Apple Pages
    The Print Shop Pro
    Swift Publisher
    iStudio Publisher
    PageStream

  • Project server 2013 csom save and publish

    Hi,
In Project server 2013 PWA when you edit project custom fields and save the queue job execute the following jobs:
    - "Project Update from PSI"
    - "Project Publish Summary"
    - "Reporting (Project Publish Summary)"
In my code (CSOM)  i can only use : " QueueJob Job = projChechedOut.Publish(true);"
which is creating all these jobs:
    Project Update from PSI
    Project Publish Notifications
    Project Publish
    Project Checkin
Prepare Project Web App Permission Synchronization For Projects
    Reporting (Project Publish)
    Project Workflow Check-in
Synchronize Project Web App Permissions to Project Web App
Synchronize Project Web App Permissions to Project Site
    Reporting (Project Sync)
Is there way to "simulate" the save from PWA instead of fully publishing the project using CSOM,  because it is a lighter solution since my code is supposed to only set custom field value (if i only update, not publish it is written to the
Draft) and secondly performance (less jobs) is better ?
    Thx in advance !!

    Hi,
as an update to my post:
    - In PSI the method is project.queuepublishsummary(guid jobid, guid projuid)
    http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/gg200290.aspx
the description says: Publishes the stage summaries of the specified project, in a partial publish operation.
I am wondering if the equivalent method exists in CSOM. There is this method: PublishedProject.UpdateVisibilityCustomFields() but it seems doing exactly the same thing as publishing a DraftProject.
    Any ideas ?
    Thx

  • How to specify from Pantone to HTML equivalent?

    G'day,
I need to specify my Pantone colours for a website from Pantone into their HTML equivalent, for example PMS 7539 in HTML is 989B97. Is there a HTML colour palette in AICS3? I can only find Websafe RGB and it's not what Im after as it's so very limiting and surely the world has mved on from only 256 RGB colours on the web.
I'm asking as I'm supplying a template with graphics and would like to pass them onto my web bloke in the correct colour without him having to make the files the colour as I've speced.
Hope that's all clear as mud.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

    ><B>"256 RGB's are the web standard."</B><br /><br />Preposterous. When I published the browser-safe color chart in my first book, Designing Web Graphics, waaaayyy back in 1996, the MAJORITY of computer users had 8-bit video cards. Today, the minority have them, so the justification for using the browser-safe palette has diminished greatly if you are developing your site for users who have current computer systems."</i><p><tt>[...snip...]</tt><p><i>"The Browser-Safe Palette, as I so named it, is the actual palette that Mosaic, Netscape, and Internet Explorer use within their browsers. The palettes used by these browsers are slightly different on Macs and PCs. This palette is based on math, not beauty. I didn't and wouldn't have picked the colors in this palette, but Netscape, Mosaic, and Internet Explorer did, so....<br /><br />The Browser-Safe Palette only contains 216 colors out of a possible 256.
