Publishing Refresh stopped - Return code: 0x45500D27 - 0x801901F4

Question

Hello, 
We have a problem with our system. 
The System is running on App-5 since a while. It is patched to sp1 and works nice. Now we have some client with Win8.1 Update 1. This wont run with app-v5 sp1 (logon process will crash if a new user login). So far no problem, i installed the SP2 on the client
and the Logon runs without any trouble, but i can't get any update from the Publishing Server. I always get:
HttpRequest sendRequest failed.
 URL: http://xxxx:9998/
 Error code: 0x45500D27 - 0x801901F4
Getting server publishing data failed.
 URL: http://xxxx:9998/
 Error code: 0x45500D27 - 0x801901F4
Publishing Refresh stopped.

SP1 works still fine. 
have anyone a idea where i can find a solution for my problem?

Sorry for the late answer. My big problem was. The sp1 was installed but not correctly. I've found out that when i try to install hf 2 of sp1 the system will show an error.
So i had first to fix that problem. After uninstall and reinstall all i was able to install the hf 2 of sp1. And now it works.
But why microsoft don't deliver hf 2 with the newest mdop 2014 iso?
