  • Managed System Configuration ! The table does not contain any data !

    Hi,
    In Sol Man Setup , Managed System Configuration, in phase 6 - Create Logical Componets -
    There is no Product Version and Product Instance Available.
    The message is :  " The table does not contain any data "
    How can correct this problem ?
    Thanks

    Hi,
    while creating new Logical Component via SMSY , you need to specify Product first.
    e.g. if you managed system is ERP 6.0 , select Product as SAP ERP
    once you select Product , it automatically fetches information for product Version and Main Instance depending upon Product field input.
    Please check and let us know if issue still persits.
    Thanks,

  • Create data source -- table does not exist in data dict.

    Hello Experts,
    I'd like some suggestion on creating customized data source in SAP R/3.
    First, I created a program for extracting data in to a structure layout and then created an InfoSet to link with that program.
    Finally, I chose to create a data source for transaction data using "Extraction from Query".
    Once I save the datasource, there was a message like "Table SY does not exist in data dictionary."
    I checked that program and InfoSet. I did not found any compile error.
    I wonder how I could investigate this kind of error.
    I tried to create another InfoSet calling other program and then create a datasource. There was no error.
    My first assumption was there is something wrong in the program.
    Any suggestion on this would be appreciated.
    Thank you very much.
    -WJ-

    Thanks for your suggestion Pravin.
    However, I found the problem already. This is because the package assigned to a program and to a structure layout were different. After I reassigned the correct package name to the structure layout (same package name as assigned to the program), my datasource could be created.
    This problem has been resolved.

  • Table Refresh not showing correct data

    Hi ,
    Jdeveloper version 11.1.2.2.0
    I am facing issue regarding data refresh on table whenever value changes in LOV. Here goes the usecase :
    Please not I m not using ViewLink ( as some constraint in my project.. this is a sample to replicate )
    LOV to select department. - AutoSubmit ( true) . Value change listener code :
    +// Add event code here...+
    +setExpressionValue("#{bindings.DepartmentsEOView1.inputValue}",+
    +valueChangeEvent.getNewValue());+
    +OperationBinding operationBinding =+
    +findOperation("setBindVarForEmployeeVO");+
    +operationBinding.execute();+
    AMImpl method which takes the deptId and executes the Employee. ( This method is the default activity of the taskflow and called whenever the value selected in Department LOV changes)

    +DepartmentsEOViewImpl deptVO = this.getDepartmentsEOView1();+

    Editable Table displaying Employees for selected department ( I have a viewCriteria in-memory applied on my VO when exposed in AM ) . Partial Trigger points to LOV .
    I did following on page and not getting expected results :
    1. For Department 340, I changed the salary of the first employee shown from 25000 to 15000.
    2. Selected another department 10 in department LOV.
    3. Reselect the department 340, and ... what I see is salary is 15000. Even though we are re-executing the VO.
    How do i know it is refresh issue :
    In my am method I am printing the salary of the first employee for a department. ... it is getting printed 25000.
    Am i missing something ..

    thats wht i am saying.. if you are using an inputText then the refreshed values will not be shown immediately.. it needs an externa laprtial refresh.. ok do one thing. change the salary value in the UI to outputText and see if the value is refreshing or not. if it refreshes then the issue is with the inputText refresh.. otherwise we have to investigate further.. by the way the app that you gave.. was giving some bc4j error.. for which i need time to investigate.. will look into it later..

  • Table Control not displaying selected data

    I have 2 screens, screen 100 is the selection screen where i select the data to be displayed and 300 is my table control.  When I select a single airline in screen 100, it displays all the airlines in my table control in screen 300, how can i fix?

    Table control if built via the screen painter wizard uses the contents of internal table declared in the main program and defined in the wizard to display. Check how you are filling this table, perhaps your filling it incorrectly.

  • Excel 2010 Pivot Table VBA Not Refreshing Table

    My company recently upgraded from Excel 2003 to 2010. I had VBA written to take source data and convert it into a number of Pivot Tables on a number of worksheets. It has been working fine for years. After upgrading to 2010 the VBA crashed. I tracked it
    down to the fact that when my code was making changes to the Pivot Tables (changing fields, filters, etc...) the pivot table on the worksheet had no data, but the fields were there. I can manually go to the pivot table and manually refresh and all the data
    comes in.
    So I tried adding the VBA code to refresh the pivot table, but the pivot tables will not refresh with data.
    I tried:
    ActiveSheet.PivotTables("WO Pivot").RefreshTable
    and
    ActiveWorkbook.RefreshAll
    And these did not work.
    I also tried recording a macro for the manual steps to refresh and got:
     ActiveSheet.PivotTables("WO Pivot").PivotCache.Refresh
    This does not work either.
    The PivotTable name is correct, but I tried using the number as well, and the name works for other code manipulating the the pivot table.
    e.g.:
    With ActiveSheet.PivotTables("WOPivot").PivotFields("Task Title")
          .Orientation = xlRowField .Position = 2
          .Subtotals = Array(False, False, False, False, False, False, False, False, False, False, _False, False)
    End
    With Why isn't this working? Is there another way to refresh pivot table data in 2010?
    Thanks. P.S. I've tried formating this so it is readable, but it comes out garbled. Hope this looks better.

    The solution above didn't work for me, but the following did the trick:
    ActiveSheet.PivotTables("WOPivot").PivotCache.Refresh
    By the way, I identified it by recording a macro, then going on the Pivot Table that needed refreshing and pressing F9 to refresh it. The line of VBA code above was the result.
    Cheers,
    Marco.

  • Not saving the data in two tables

    Hello,
    its my production problem, i have an update form where you can update the records and these
    records will sit in the temp tables until the final approval from the supervisor.
    In this update form i have two table where i am saving the data one is dup_emp to save the
    officer data and another is the dup_address to save the officer where he worked data.
    in this form address form is pop up screen where you can update and gets back to the original
    form where you can see all the other fields. my problem is if a user hit the cancel button on
    address form example the user doesnt want to update any information on that screen so user
    cancel that screen, and comes to the other screen where the user makes the changes to the
    appropriate fields and hits the SAVE button. in this case its saving only to the dup_emp table
    data not the address data from the address form to dup_address table for the same record.
    if the user cancels in both the screens cancel button it should delete the record from both the
    tables but cancel in form and saves in another form it should save the record in both the
    tables.
    here is my code from both cancel buttons from both the forms.
    this is code is from address form cancel button.
    delete from dup_address
    where address_id=:address_id
    and parent_table_name='emp';
    commit;
    CLEAR_BLOCK;
    go_block('DUP_EMP');
    This code is from dup form of the cancel button
    declare
    temp_address_id varchar2 (12);
    begin
    delete from dup_emp
    where secondemp_id =:dup_emp.secondemp_id;
    delete from dup_address
    where parent_t_id=:global.secondemp
    and parent_table_name='emp';
    commit;
    clear_block;
    go_block('secondaryemp');
    END;

    Hi,
    As Aravind mentioned, it's nothing related to workflow. You have to find a BADI in tcode PA30 that could be used after the infotype is updated. So, you can use FM SAVE_TEXT.

  • Not displaying the data in to the table..wht is the issue

    I have problem for the displaying the RFC Model object date in to the table.
    I have created the Table in the view, Then  i have choosed  the "create  binding" option in the outLine window to map the perticular RFC model object to the Table to display. The data is not displaying in the table . But the RFC model object contains data. when i am trying to display with MessageMaganger.reporSuccess(). it is diplaying the data.
    Can any one tell me what is the issue.

    First, in your view layout in NWDS,  look at the tableview,  do you see fieldnames in the columns and rows.  If so, then I believe that you have bound correctly.    Also, in your executeBAPI method,  make sure that it looks something like this.
        public void executeBapi_Gl_Acc_Getlist_Input( )
        //@@begin executeBapi_Gl_Acc_Getlist_Input()
        try{
             wdContext.currentBapi_Gl_Acc_Getlist_InputElement().modelObject().execute();
        catch (Exception ex)
                  ex.printStackTrace();
    <b>    wdContext.nodeOutput().invalidate();</b>
        //@@end

  • Data exists in DSO New table but not in Active table

    Guys,
    I am loading data from one DSO to another DSO, in my target DSO I have 6 fields which 2 of them are mapped in Transformation and remaining 4 will be populated by Start routine and End routines. Before Activating I am seeing all 6 fields got populated in New data table but after activating I am only seeing the 2 fields in Active data table but not those that are populated through Start and End rouitnes.
    I have only one Key in my DSO, am I missing something here?please let me know.
    Thanks,
    KK

    Hi,
    beside end routine, there will be one icon.
    click on that.
    you will see two options.
    select the option "populate values into fields with out active transformation rules"
    don't remember the words correctly but gives the same meaning...
    Activate the transformation.
    this will solve your problem

    hi all,
    While creating a contact i am getting error as"Buffer table not up to date"..what does it mean..i am working in SRM 5.0 classical scenario...
    Thanks&Regards,
    Hari...

    Hi Sridhar,
    This issue generally comes up when the tables that store these entries get full and doesn't allow any further postings.
    In most of the cases this will be the issue though for your case i can not say this is the exact issue but this may work.
    At this point i don't remember the exact transaction for refreshing but inform your BASIS guys to refresh the buffer tables.They will definitely know the procedure.
    Hope this resolves your issue.

  • Buffering table not up to date error message when creating a Cart

    Hi Folks,
    We are getting a 'Buffering table not up to date' error message when attempting to create a Cart. The error message only happens to the one end user ID only with the others not getting this error, therefore suggesting that my SRM org plan set-up is correct.
    Has anyone come across this previously and what checks are available in the system to resolve this? As mentioned, the attribute check is okay and I have also removed the user ID from the SRM org plan and reassigned again but this has not corrected the problem. We are on SRM 5.

  • Tree table is not reflecting the updated model data changes at the front end

    I have two tables ,
    1) Provider table(tree table)  2)member table
    I have implemented drag and drop functionality using jQuery UI on both tables.
    In my scenario when I drag a member from the member table and drop it on the Provider table and also when I delete an assigned member from the provider table I will update the data fetched from odata model and again I will call the method which binds the data to the provider table so that the table will reflect the changes.
