Pulling emails out of entourage

Is there a command I can use to pull all the email addresses that stored in Entourage? I notice that when I'm about to send a mail when I type the first few letters of the address I see several email addresses already stored that contain those first few letters. but I am never able to find where they are all stored so that I can send one general email to all of them. If you have experienced this and can help its very welcome.

I don't think you can access the list. It can be cleared in Entourage's preferences but there's no seperate file for it. It's probably stored in the preference file.
I create Groups for the various groups I regularly send the same email messages to.

Problem with email out put

Hi SD gurus,
I have enabeld emailing fucnitnality for an out put.
Maintained record for the same.
When I am creating order it is pulling the out put in to the order.BUt when i am saving the order the out put didnt get succes and it is red color.
I checked proceeing log and the error is " Maintain an output device in your user master record "
I even maintined out put device as per above error message in SU01.
But sill getting same error in the out put.
Can somebody help resolve this.

Select your output type.
Execute.
Click on Communication.
Here maintain the output device as LP01/LOCL or as the entry required for you from F4 help.
Tick print immediately.
Save.

Iphone wont pull emails from exchange

We are running exchange 2010, i have a iphone 3g. The account verifies fine. but when i got to pull emails it doesnt do anything. and if i try to send a email it says it cant comunicate with the server. I set up a 3gs just like i tried to set mine up and it works fine. Is there anything im missing or that i could do to get this fixed. It is for my work so its really important that i get this fixed. Today, just after having done the iPhone upgrade to 3.1.3, I discovered all my calendar events were gone on the iPhone. Same situation: sync only via MobileMe, not iTunes. After turning the calendars off, back on, & restarting, the iPhone did finally repopulate all the calendars and events but it took many hours.

I'm interested in potentially running my PC product( PC Hunter) on a new MacBook Pro using Parallels. I currelty email out of the app via PC Outlook thus keeping all my email in one place. Does anyone have experience using a virtual PC product to email and has successflly connected it to Mac Outlook 2011 thus having only one main email client ....not two( one Virtual PC) and one Mac

I don't know if this will work but it's worth a try. I wonder if somehow you ended up with a short inside of your iPad. Give the things below are trying to see if that helps. Good luck.
Try a Restart.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Resetting your settings
You can also try resetting all settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. You will have to enter all of your device settings again.... All of the settings in the settings app will have to be re-entered. You won't lose any data, but it takes time to enter all of the settings again.

Cannot see emails in the inbox, but can send emails out. why?

I bought the Galaxy S III about 3 months ago, and have been struggling to set up my personal email (my own domain hosted by godaddy.com). my gmail accounts sync up nicely from day 1.
Today, a tech rep from Godaddy.com suggested that i turn off wi-fi, and set up the account using the phone connection only. That seemed to work, and i was able to set up personal email accounts (my own domain).
Issues: i cannot see any email in the Inbox. Every time i hit the button "load up to 50 more messages", the Update icon would spin for a few seconds, but no emails show up. the message said "account last synced on date..., time....". still no emails in the Inbox.
a) i tried using the email software that came with the phone for the (the icon has an envelope and a red seal in the middle). the email was correctly set up, i was able to send emails out, but still no emails show up in my inbox.
b) i tried using the K9 email app (downloaded from apps market, free). the email was correctly set up, i was able to send emails out, but still no emails show up in my inbox.
Does anyone know what i did wrong? or is something wrong with my phone?

I would try clearing out your inbox as much as possible, and then try it. Maybe it cannot index correctly to download because there are so many. Just a thought.

I am not able to send emails out from my outlook account on my iPhone 4s. This feature has been working fine for 2 years and all of a sudden decided not to work. I was able to receive emails but not send out. I tried deleting the outlook account and recreating it but now I can't even recreate it. It tells me it cannot verify my account information. The interesting thing is that the account works fine on my PC, so I know my login info is correct. Any help would be appreciated.

When youi say Eject, the RAM copy of the Directory is written back to the drive. On a pen drive, this can take several seconds.
If you get too excited and don't wait those few seconds, the directory write will be incomplete, and the drive will lose its integrity or lose files or both.

When you log into you icloud account on your computer you are viewing data that you sync to icloud not the backups. You can't view the backups.

If you registered your Lightroom with Adobe after you installed it, you can log into your Adobe account and get your serial number from your account.

Interactive forms will not email out

I have the Acrobat 8 pro program and cannot email out interactive forms that I have created in Live Cycle Designer. They always hang up in the email program and I get an error message indicating that the connection with my server was "unexpectedly terminated". I work at home and have a DSL connection. I have tried increasing the server timeout and it has not helped. I have also experienced a number of other issues I have seen posted on the Acrobat Reader forums, such as memory leak, max. CPU usage,etc. since acquiring the Acrobat 8 Pro program, first by downloading the free trial, then purchasing and registering my software disk. Is there a fix for the email issue? I need to be able to send these forms out- I am attempting to send them out to one recipient at a time, not distribute them "en-masse". Any help appreciated.

What is it, exactly? It tells me that the mail was not sent because the connection with the server has been unexpectedly terminated; After adjusting the timeout on the email program options, the email is now being sent, but it is stripped of the PDF attachment AND is jumbled and duplicated 45-50 times. I sent the documents to a colleague to test it yesterday and he received 45 emails from me (all with the same exact time stamp) and they were all gibberish code and none had the PDF file attachment; I sent another test to an alternate email of my own and received 50 copies, void of the text body of the email as well as void of the attachment.

The program "read me" states that this function in the program is specifically designed for the distribution and collection of data. According to the way the program is advertised and information contained in the program itself, it does not indicate that I am attempting to utilize the program to perform tasks that it is not designed to do. All Adobe information on this program is printed with reference to the program being utilized in a workplace/professional environment.

You likely need to reformat the drive which will destroy all data and you need a backup to restore it. If no backup is present then a data retrieval service can be more expensive than DiskWarrior. There is software that can rescue the data but I can not vouch for it's effectiveness as I have always maintained backups. .

How can I get my email out of the file box icon? Sometimes I touch it by accident and the email message goes in there.

Another thing to try is renaming it with a .htm or .html extension.
If that doesn't work either, do you have any other files from your old system? In particular, if you have your old places.sqlite file, you could use that to overwrite your new places.sqlite (bookmarks+history) file.
