Pulling out the end of a song SHIFTS where the song is!

I'm doing a clip with a song in it..I've spliced the intro together a few times to give extra time for narration that won't conflict with singing, should the presenter want to make comments.
Now, I get to the final segment, and I'd like to just pull out the end of that segment to the end of the song. I test play it, and everything's fine.
Then, I render.
When I test play after rendering, it's like where the song was "shifted" over, when all I did was extend where the clip ends.
Do I need to start over, or is this just a dumb user mistake?

You probably mean a sequence. Sequences are made of clips.

Do you mean move it? Or extend it? Or actually make it longer by stretching the audio?

What did you have to render? You should not have had to render anything.

To pull it out to load paper, you first flip down open the front door (which is connected to the paper tray and serves as the output tray), then grab on the door and pull.

Have a new iphone and am delighted (except for the lack of 3 g) however it crashed (only once). It held the sleep wake button, then i tried the reset combination. Eventually it worked after about 40-45 seconds.
Because there is no option to pull out the battery (like my old Nokia N95 which never stopped crashing), I was wondering whether pulling out the sim might work to force a restart???
It's not ideal, but the time the pone crashed was ultra mission critical and I needed the phone function real quick.

It's much quicker to put the phone in Airplane mode, and then turn it off, if all you want to do is to re-establish a connection to the cell tower. Taking the SIM card out and back in again, will effectively do the same thing, but takes longer; it won't reset/reboot the phone though - only pressing on the sleep and home buttons *until the Apple logo appears* will achieve this.

If someone pulls out the LAN cable ?

I need to trap this event, and make some software handle the situation. Is there any event or message or interrupt generated when some one pulls out the LAN cable or the interface card is down ? If yes where n how can I trap one?

thanx, I've tried this. and the syslogd does put "hme0: Link down, cable problem?" in case I pull out the cable, but as the god (customer) wants it we need to take care of the situation if the customer gives a command like "ifconfig hme0 down" accidently!! and syslogd doesn't seem to be putting any messeges in this case. so still the problem remains half solved. any ideas.

How to pull out the file in IDOC to File scenario

Hi All,
I have a scenario where, we are splitting an IDoc into 4 different files thru BPM.
Those files are being sent to 3rd party file server. Now, is there any way in which i can see those files from my XI box?
I am able to see only the xml's of those files in sxmb_moni. But, i want to see those exact files in their file formats, which are being sent to the file server.
How can i get them?

Create another Communication Channel FTP /NFS and get the XML file.
As Satish mentioned you can acheive it,
If you want to look at the File..Create one more File Adapter under the Same Business System temporaly point out the File adapter instead of IDOC Adapter then Switch to IDOC Adapter later.

Probably not. I've certainly done it on a number of phones, unintentionally. But it's not best practice.

When restoring accidently pulled out the time machine HD

Well I got my computer back from apple and it had a new HDD in it luckily I have time machine and had my backup done before I sent it to them. I was setting it up and chose to restore from my time machine and it was less than one minute and i touched the usb wire, not intending to take it out but a thing came up and said you unsafely removed the device dadadada... so I ended up having to make a new account because when i pressed retry it wanted to put the info ontop of what i already did and i would have -39gb left lol... I need to know how to get out of this mess so i can just clear everything and use time machine so i have a clone of what my laptop used to be...

no. you need to find your install disk if you want to get a copy of your old system. you need your install disk anyway for various other things so i recommend you find it.

Dock pulled out the Dock connector on my Z2

This is unacceptable for a $750 phone bought in 05-2014, barely half a year of use.
Also, please add group messaging function for default messaging app. See WindowsPhone8.1/Apple/HTC for cues.
Also, please make it so that you can swap 'pages' on the home screen. Currently you have to move icons manually whereas it should be able to just swatch the order of the entire page of icons.

Please help before I pull out the rest of my hair!!

I have been trying very hard to understand what the problem I
have been having is. Basically I am loading an external XML file
into my FLEX app. I have add/update/delete functions that basically
alter the existing XML tree. Everything is altered fine, as when I
use Alert.show() to view the altered XML it is exactly how I wanted
it. When it is altered I have it sent using http service to a PHP
script that simply overwrites the existing file with the new
altered XML. However, it seems that it will not send the XML,
although it will send other values. I have tried copying the output
XML and placing it in the PHP file and it works fine. There is
definately something going wrong when sending the formatted XML to
the PHP script. I have tried many combinations of .toString() and
.toXMLString(). It seems complex XML will not work, as I have only
had problems with this technique using the Rich Text Editor and
with complex XML , such as the following structure...

Please help, I have wasted so much time trying to figure this
out!! There must be some formatting issue I am unaware of that is
preventing Complex XML from being passed to the PHP when simpler
XML works fine...

How come I always solve my problems write after finally
posting, when I try for days!!
The reason all along was because I was using GET instead of
POST! GET apparently can't handle the amount of characters, and I
never use GET, yet the one time I decide to it sets me back about

If you did not check the copy oroginal resolution pictures to the ipod, you cannot.

Macbook wakes up when pulling out the USB mouse.

When the lit is closed, the computer is asleep, the mouse is plugged in and I want to move it.
If I disconnect the mouse the computer makes "that wake up sound" even if the lit is closed.
Is this allright or could I do something?

It probably isn't a problem as it should go back to sleep fairly quick. When you remove the mouse the Mac senses a change and wakes for a minute to adjust for that fact. Just give it a minute to be sure the hard drive has stopped again before moving.
