PUlse type signal generation cannot be done. HELP. Please.

How can I generate a signal using computer in labview software but not using DAQ?
I need a continuous pulse signal which is basically increasing and decreasing slowly w.r.t. time. i.e. it's a not pulse as it's already given in labview simulate signal option. I need the d.c. signal which may be will be merge of more than 2-3 signals. Please Help me with the solution, if possible, or any kind of solution as soon as possible.

I need to send the signal to Agilent 6642A dc power supply(0-20V, 0-10A) having gain of 4, for ampilfication and it will be used for my experiment. I am facing problem here.
I am using GPIB USB HS for sending the signal and when I am sending commands *IDN , it is successfully reading and writing, which means I have all my softwares and drivers installed perfectly. I have NI MAX and command expert installed in my pc.
I have made a program (which is attached) in labview and the GPIB seems to read it ( ACTIVE/Green signal is showing when it is run) .
But I cannot see it in oscilloscope (Tektronix TDS 2024B) which means something is wrong here. I need the see the signal as shown in the image attached.
I want to see the signal in the oscilloscope as well.
Can anyone tell me what is wrong in the program attached? The voltage seems to go upto 1v but suddenly drops at 0.37v and remains constant no matter what I do.
I want to control the DC thorough labview.

Pages died today. Just downloaded the latest update 2 days ago. Last night shutting down my very new MacBook Pro, Pages stopped shut down. Today Pages will not open, all my Pages docs cannot open. Help please! Anybody have a fix?

You probably have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5 in your Applications folder, will open Pages '09 files but will alter/damage them. It can not open Pages '08 files.
Pages '08/'09 in your Applications/iWork folder which can not open Pages 5 files.
When you were shutting down you probably had an unsaved document open.
You probably are opening the wrong versions of Pages to open the wrong document format.
Pages 5 has had over 90+ features removed.
Most users are going back to Pages 09 whilst Apple sorts this out.

Make sure the screen is clean
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
If still problem, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store since it appears you have a hardware problem.

I cannot send emails on my iMac.10.7.5. All has been working well with icloud etc..I can still recieve but I cannot send, anyone help please?

It says "cannot send message using the server my.mac account (ICloud)
the it lists 3 servers:
my.mac account(Icloud)
smtp.mac.com:jaynem1(offline)
smtp.me.com:jaynem19Offline)
the top one of these is highlighted with the options: Try Later or Try with selected server
I have tried all 3 servers and nothing works, I've tried turning the mac off and on and restarting but nothing seems to work. It's wierd because I'm gettng emails ok?!?

Cannot read discs, help please?

Hi, any suggestions would be wonderful, but this is the current case:
I have an iMac that I purchased back in 2007. Literally, I just installed snow leopard a week ago, and the next time I inserted a disc into my drive - the disc got stuck. And this was very bad of me, but I took a card and gently jimmied the disc till it came out. I have never had this problem till I installed snow leopard onto it. So now whenever I put a disc in - it doesn't mount, and I hear the drives trying to read the disc, but it only spits out the disc after thirty seconds or so. Also, I have tried many different discs, and it is all the same case. They are all spit out. Help please? Should I just take it into the Apple Store?

While you might have damaged the drive, but because of how they are vertically mounted in the iMac and maybe some heat related issue, the drive could've simply just failed. Its time has come.
Tthe internal optical drives in the aluminum style iMacs because of there mounting position seem to be prone to failure.
Your AppleCare has long since expired.
You have two options. You can pay to have the drive removed and replaced with a new internal drive and risk another premature failure. At least your iMac will have a brand new internal optical drive.
OR forget about the internal drive and look for and purchase an external third party optical drive that will be much better built and last longer and you can use this drive again when and if you decide to upgrade to a newer Mac or iMac model.
Another note. If you decide to have an Apple tech replace the internal optical drive, you might ask if possible, how much to install a larger hard drive into this iMac since they have to tear down the entire iMac anyhow.

Hey there I too had the same problem but with my tour 9630 (i believe is the number) so i re-looked at my old housing and found that I had left some stickers on it, one sticker was under the flash and speakerphone and the other was by the sim card holder and wrapped around to the back I can't tell you which one exactly is what did the trick because I removed both and put them on my new housing and voila! full reception again!!! (knock on wood) That will also help keep your battery life because your phone wont constantly be looking for service.
to take off the stickers just heat them up on low with a hair dryer and then get a very small/thin flat head screw driver or something of the same size and gently try and coax the thing off take your time no need to rush if it feels really stuck heat again on low though so you don't hurt the sticker msg me if you need help I hope this solves your problem

IPod Touch 4th gen "USB Device cannot be recognised" Help Please?

Every time I plug it into a PC (any PC, Mac or Linux PC) the Device is not recognised at all not in iTunes or Windows, the iPod is disabled and it's my friends, his computer that he synced it on last is completely broken. I am trying to get it recognised so that I can restore it but I just cannot get it recognised, I have tried both recovery and DFU mode but to no avail. Please help .
BTW I am not sure what iOS it is on but my friend thinks it is on 5.XX

Cannot locate files-- HELP PLEASE

Went to bed last night everything worked fine, get up this morning and try to use Itunes. It says it cannot find the original files for the songs, I went in to where they are suppose to be and nothing. A little over 2500 songs. Any help???

Try removing iTunes and its related software in the order that the first article states. Then once that is done then download iTunes or reinstall from the installer that you have already downloaded.

2nd Generation Ipod Touch Problem- Help please!

I have a brand new ipod touch 2nd generation and when I start a podcast, only on occassion, the play icon in the top right corner blinks very rapidly and the podcast does not play at all. It as as though the ipod touch is playing and stopping play of the podcast at very high speeds! When I push the home button, and try to get back into my music list, the same problem occurs. When I hit the home button, the arrow for play is still blinking rapidly and then I have to restart my ipod touch. It is very frustrating as I can't play the podcasts that I have enjoyed on my ipod classic!
Please help me!

2nd Generation Ipod WIFI Challenges HELP PLEASE

I have a 2nd generation Ipod Touch that I cant get to log onto my WIFI network at home? I have a Blackberry device that all I do is put the network WEP key in and no challenges at all, although the Touch finds the network it wont connect?
If anyone could help that would be fantastic.

I finally decided to give ver 21 a chance. I did not use the help option in the browser but came directly to the Mozilla site and did the download from there. I chose the custom install and accepted the choices until the screen with the check box for the auto-maint. stuff. I do not want it and never have and have always unchecked the box and all went fine.
This time no matter what I try, I cant prevent it. I finally had to roll back using system restore. I can not figure out out to turn this thing off once it down loads and I just wasted another couple of hours getting a usable version of Firefox back in place.
I would like to update, but I am not willing to go through this again. Any suggestions?

I did the install in the default folder- and have done upgrades this way for years.
What happens is after doing the update, when I first click to open a Firefox browser window, before it opens I get a pop-up that says it is checking to see if my add-ons are up to date. After several seconds it then says they are and it closes.
Somewhere in the past when this feature started to appear, it did so automatically if I did an update through the help page link.That is why I refuse to use it. It did not respect my choices as using it always returned that dang add-on stuff. Plus it never asked if I wanted it nor did it offer the maint. box option.
What I used to do was use Explorer (not IE) on XP to get on the net. First I would delete Firefox, leaving my info. Then I used Explorer to go to the Mozilla site and downloaded Firefox as if it were my first time. Then I unchecked the box using the custom install route, the new version installed and the add-on thing never happened.
I can't do the Explorer trick in Win 7 and I don't let IE be functional on my system. So I just went in the front door, clicked the install for Firefox and went the custom route, unchecked the box and got the dang add-on checker back,
So what I did this time was to save a download of version 20.0.1 from the rollback site I have used over the years instead of installing. Then I uninstalled Firefox, keeping my info, rebooted the PC and ran the download. When I did, I unchecked the box as always and when done, the add-on checker was back anyway.
I finally had to do a system restore and and got version 20.0.1 back that way and am using it and no add-on checker runs. I am loathe to lose all my extensions or add-ons and settings that may be at risk doing a reset. I have been down that road before. I have been a Firefox user for a number of years now, it is the only browser I keep on my box.
However, I am not a fan of software functions that try to take decisions away from me. I am rarely a fan of anything that gets labelled or actually named as smart for the most part. I do not mind software to help others who don't care if it usurps their ability to decide, I do object to being forced to use it. All I want is the off switch for it.
It wasn't until I learned that two features included with ver. 21 I would not let on my system could be turned off that I was even willing to download the upgrade. And when I did, it took me a couple of hours to get back to a working version of 20.0.1 and rid myself of the add-on checker.
On light of the above additional detail, any ideas?
