Puntos blancos en pantalla iPhone 6 silver (se ven en el sol)

Hace poco adquirí un iPhone 6 silver y al quitarle las micas bajo el sol me doy cuenta que tenía 2 puntos blancos parecidos a partículas de polvo bajo el cristal de la pantalla estos bajo sombra y en la noche no se ven pero es molesto verlos bajo el sol, resulta que lleve este equipo a iShop (soy mexicano) a garantía y pues me validaron la garantía y me dieron otro equipo el cual tiene el mismo problema en la pantalla y no se si llevarlo a cambiar de nuevo ¿hay alguien por aquí que tenga ese mismo problema?

Yo lo volví a mandar a garantía, espero ahora si tenga solución y me den un equipo en perfectas condiciones, igual tiene un mes que lo compre, es bastante molesto ver esos puntos! Te recomendaría que estaría bien que usaras el seguro. es un teléfono para nada barato como para tener un problemas así.

Apple does not unlock iPhones. however, T-Mobile, where you live does offer official unlocking. So, contact them as to the cost/requirements.

Did you order iPhone 6 Silver 128 GB AFTER 3:35 am EST AND get your tracking info?

I called the online order team number (866) 338-7390 and have now been told that there are NO phones available of this specific model and have not been.
I was also told that when I preordered on VZW's website at 3:25 AM EST it stated that Delivery would be 10/14. Now I have proof(screenshot) of it saying 9/19 at the time I started my order AND when I completed my order. But that doesn't matter because again according to Vzw Supervisor at the number I called they do not have any and did not have any.
So I ask, did you order this specific model and did you order it after (or even at) 3:35 AM EST.
I was told however I can go to my local Vz store and try and purchase there on friday. NOW KEEP IN MIND, I was just told that Apple has not sent ANY Silver iPhone 6+ 128GB models to Vz at all and Vz does not expect them to be available until October.
So, what say you? Anyone out there order this exact same model and get information yet?

Yeah, that's a possibility but after the responses from the Apple locations and the guarantee that my model will be available for purchase at FCFS, I don't think I'll have much to do with Verizon locations regards it all.
I think the reason you're receiving yours on Friday is you are east coast whereas I am west coast. I think there was some truth to the Fifth Contact's response and that it also depends on the warehouse the order is coming from. My warehouse is more than likely different than yours and probably has a larger demand/smaller supply than your warehouse.
I live in Southern California, and my county alone has 3.1M people. The four surrounding counties have 10M people, 2.3M people, 2.1M people, and 3.2M people. iPhone is king out here as far as phones, so I'm chalking it up to supply/demand in my warehouse, and that my order was processed much later than many others in my area.
I'll check back on my order tomorrow and Thursday, but unless I have a notice that shows it going out for delivery on Friday by being at my local FedEx facility, I'm going to an Apple store, getting a phone there, and cancelling my order with Verizon.

just got off the phone with internet orders with a supervisor named gary he was very rude told me if i didnt like my service to feel free to cancel he claims that the order delie by date was an estimate prior to them knowin how many devices apple was going to give to them and that now my expected date is 10/7 im in the brink of canceling all my verizon services as they have some of the prst customer service / sales department by far how is it make any sense people that ordered after me are going to receive the phones before me.

Si tienes miedo de que se te caiga y se rompa, comparte un protector. El iPhone 6 no es ni mas ni menos susceptible que otros teléfonos a que se rompa la pantalla. He visto a iPhones 6 caerse de 1-2 metros y no pasa nada. Sin embargo, algunos han caído de 50 cm y se quieran. Todo es relativo.

My iPhone 5S Seem To Have Some Hardware Defects

Hello, I purchased my iPhone 5S silver 16GB back in July of 2014. After a period of use I've complaining about the Touch ID feeling different then other iPhone 5Ss that I've seen and tried. The button itself is more towards inside of the phone and raddle when I move the finger up and down on the button. Functionally it works great except that loos feeling. For this reason Apple scheduled an geniusbar appointment and she said it seemed to be fine. So I thought it's okay. Now after about six month of use I found some other problems in terms of physical hardware. First of all, the sleep/wake button rattles when I shake the phone. Second, the volume button along the side of the phone seems fine accept I have to push a little hard. Those are some problems that I found, is this normal or should I contact Apple support?
