Select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

When i purchased my laptop at the apple store i received a $100 app store gift card and the woman that helped me took a picture of my gift card and then through it out because apparently the credit was the on my itunes. I am looking for some help with the app store. I recently purchased an app (aperture) in the app store and subsequently apple refunded the purchase price. However, the downside of this is that aperture no longer appears as a "purchased" app within my app store account. Accordingly, i don't believe i will get updates as the software is updated periodically. Apple has instructed me to delete all my aperture files, reboot and then revisit the app store to re-download and it should let me pay for the app and redownload just as if i had never had the app before. However, when i go to purchase aperture, i get a warning that it has already been purchased and that i can re-download for free. That sounds great but again it won't appear in the "purchased" list in the app store b/c of the original refund from apple. I never thought i would have this much trouble trying to pay someone for a product!
Questions:
Is the app store looking to my hard drive for traces of aperture to determine whether it has been purchased or is it looking at some kind of purchase history within the app store?
Is there anyway to wipe my hard drive clean of aperture files or wipe clean my app store purchase history so that i can start over?
If none of this is possible, does anyone have a possible solution?
If i were to redownload aperture (currently for free since it won't let me pay) when a subsequent update comes out (say it goes from version 3.2.2 to 3.2.3) can i then elect to buy aperture, pay the fee and will it appear as a purchased app and allow me to get upgrades going forward? 1. Do you have a backup connected to your Mac that contains the app? If so, yes the MAS can detect that and believes that the app is installed.
2. If the app no longer appears in the purchase history on the Purchased pane in the MAS, then it would seem that Apple has taken care of that.
4. Updates, such as you describe are free. Upgrades are not. An upgrade is a new paid version of the app, such as v 3.0 to v 4.0. -
i have purchased itunes match but the cloud will not load on my ipad 4.it works on my iphone 5 & it originally worked on my ipad.the only music that will show up is stuff that i bought from the itunes store.any ideas on how to get this to work?
On the MBP, in iTunes, switch to Song view and enable the iCloud Status column by pulling down View > View options and selecting the option for "iCloud Status." Close the small window. Look for any tracks that have a status of "waiting." If you see several of them disable iTunes Match while holding down the Option key. Quit iTunes, wait a few seconds, then open it again and turn iTM back on. Let it compelete the scan. Wait until all tracks that are "waiting" have a status of either "matched" or "uploaded."
On the iPad, turn off iTunes Match then launch the Music app and let the contents clear out. Power cycle the iPad for good measure, then re-enable the service once all the tracks in iTunes have been processed. -
I recently purchased two videos from the itunes store. I downlooaded them both successfully to my ipad2 Videos App, the next time I synced the ipad the Movies title was erased and the remaing titles: Rentals Podcasts & Music Videos were left, what happed to the Movies title? I am now getting a message saying (my ipad does not support movies I purchased) anyone else experiencing this problem, any suggestions?

It's possible if you computer is not authorized with your iTunes Store account it may not have transfered your purchases from the iPad to the computer. To check, Open iTunes> Select the "Store" menu along top of the program and select Authorize this computer. Sign in with your AppleID and password, this will make sure your computer is authorized for the future so you can transfer purchases from your device.

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copy of the track and try redownloading a fresh one. See the following document for instructions:

I appreciate that re-downloading is only available in the US and then only with certain content. However content that cannot be re-downloaded is not offered for purchase on the Apple TV. -

You can contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department at no charge using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find an "Email Us" button) and explain your problem to them.

I am confused. Do you mean you found the music, not the tones, or you can't find either?

After making update on ios 6, there was a problem in updating applications and in purchasing new applications. The issue is in billing information, the security code of my credit card. I go and entered the security code again, but the problem persidts. Please help, because i cant do sny purchase or sny update!!!.

How to get the Purchase order Qty in the object dependency
Hi,
We are using variant pricing in the purchase order. I have condition type say u201CZVBPu201D for Pallet cost. I defined Pallet cost as 5 USD per each (pallet). I have to calculate Number of pallets = Purchase order Qty/ 5. The number of pallets should be rounded to nearest integer.
My question is how to get the Purchase order Qty in the object dependency?
Is there any reference table and field can be used to get Purchase order Qty just like we use MMCOM-VKOND for variant pricing.

1. I do not have system now so I can not conclusively tell about table field .
2. Since I did it long back so I also do not exactly remember it, there are more than one place where PO qty appears for example Item overview and Item details - one of the PO qty when used in the characteristic do pull the PO qty which can be used for variant pricing (so request to please update the forum with the correct table and field once you find it - in the meantime if I get opportunity to get to system I will also try and find out ). -

I've downloaded the app clash of clans and I want to purchase an item on the game but when I go to purchase it something pops up and says I cannot connect to iTunes Store. Having said that I have a valid credit card entered into my iCloud account.

My daughter has an iPod touch using my apple ID, I just purchased an iPhone with the same ID. Is there a way to keep my stuff seperate from her ipod but still share the iTunes account? I was looking through the photo section on my iPhone and found pics my daughter has taken from her iPod. I do not want my pics, emails, etc to show up on her iPod. Is there a way to stop this from happening or do I have to create a different Apple ID for her to use instead?

Use the new ID on her iPod but only for:
Settings>Messages>Send and Receive
Settings>FaceTime
Settings>GameCenter
and Settings>iCloud if you want her to have separate Contacts Calendar and some other things.
Continue to use the same/common Apple ID for Settings>iTunes and App stores so you can share purchases.
