Purchase billed several times and report a problem doesn't work

Hello I was trying to get 1 month subscription to a newspaper, got an error during the process. Now in the purchase history I see that the my purchase billed 5 times. Tried to follow the steps to report a problem, but when I click on the "report a problem" link next to the purchase it sends me to the iTunes Support page on the browser. Anybody knows what to do to get my money back?

Same problem here, also on Snow Leopard, but I am not planning to move to Lion (I have it on another Mac and it doesn't seem worth upgrading to me...).

    It can take a while for your money to show up in your bank, but a week is a bit over the top. Try contacting iTunes Store Support to make sure the refund was issued.

    Whenever you change your credit card info you will get a temporary $1 holding charge which is made to check that the details that you have entered are correct and that the card is active - the charge should disappear from your card within a few days.     you don't have to purchase acrobat pro xi.  you can, but you can also use it via adobe's creative cloud subscription service.
    to use it via cc, uninstall your current trial.
    then go here and log in with the same adobe id used to pay for your cc subscription and start your acrobat xi download, Adobe: Creative, marketing, and document management solutions

    There is one or more missing photo - typically a page background requiring a photo that is hidden behind a layout with photos in it - look through every page for that - any page tha thas a grey background rather than color is a problem - and it ccan be behind a full page photo so you have to check the page background rather than just look at the page

    I understand that your HP Pavilion p6-2220t Desktop PC running Windows 7 used to connect to your home network without an issue, but recently it does not recognise the network. I am providing you with an HP Support document: Troubleshooting Your Wireless Network and Internet Connection (Windows 7), which has steps to help resolve issues such as this. Now I am not recommending that you do the step that asks you to reset up your router as you have other devices that are working fine so that would not be the issue.
    If the above document does not resolve your issue could you please re-post with either a screen shot of your Device Manager showing what is listed in Network Adapters or re-post with which wireless card you have.
