Purchase didn't come!

I bought 3 things, 2 of which came but the other one did not. I got the Paking slip for it and it tells me that it should have been in there, but it was not. I'm so mad, How do I send an E-mail to apple to figure out what happened?
Please help, I have absoloutly no clue what to do!

If the missing item happens to be AppleCare for a particular product then iI believe it usually comes in a separate package. Seems like that's how mine arrived last time I ordered a system from Apple online.
In fact, for AppleCare on some products you may not receive anything at all (not sure)... but for a computer system they send you some paperwork and a CD with a diagnostic tool on it.

Name didn't come up under MyRewards at purchase. Didn't get points!

So I was at BB with my girlfriend the other day and gave her my RZ card to buy our tv when I went to the bathroom. Well, I ended up forgetting to get my card back.
So, when I went the next night to buy a $1000 macbook air, I reached for my card just to find it wasn't there. The sales associate asked for my phone number, and then tried my name under the system. Nothing popped up! How is this possible?!
He said I was basically SOL and he couldn't do anything about it. So, I missed out on nearly $20 in potential Reward certs.
Is there any way someone could add adjust and add the points for me via this site if I provide the receipt clearly showing I wasn't given any points?

The information autotech796 has provided is right on the money! If an in-store purchase or BestBuy.com order was not attached to your My Best Buy™ account at the time of purchase, then you should be able to report it as "missing" on MyBestBuy.com. It appears you have already reported your purchase of the MacBook Air as points are currently pending in your account.
If you were to ever forget your membership card in the future, we should be able to look up your My Best Buy™ account at the register and attach it to the purchase. All we would need is your name and phone number. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I bought a used MacBook Pro and didn't come with an install disc.

I recently purchased a used MacBook Pro, it is the 2006 15.4inch, with 1.83GHz Intel core duo processor. It didn't come with RAM, a charger or the instal disc and the battery was dead. I installed RAM, bought a battery and charger and it booted up no problem, but I can't get past the login because I don't know the previous owners password. How do I get passed this point so? What OSX do I buy?

In the mean time try this: Run Mac Setup Assistant -
Restart the machine with the Command and S keys held down, and type the following commands into the prompt in order:
mount -uw /
mv /var/db/netinfo/local.nidb /var/db/netinfo/local.nidb.old
mv /var/db/.AppleSetupDone /var/db/.AppleSetupDone.old
usr/libexec/create_nidb
shutdown -h now
The Setup Assistant will reappear the next time your computer is turned on. Be sure to enter the commands properly. You will be able to setup your user name password, etc. You can then delete the previous owners User.

Just contact itunes store support and let them know what happened. They will refund the in-app charges for the items you did not receive and may give you a link to conatct the developers as well.

If it was purchased directly from Apple as an unlocked phone it will not come with a SIM card. If it is carrier locked it should have a SIM for the carrier.

If you just purchased the MBP, then contact Apple support for a redemption code so you can download it from the App store.

Have you copied your content over from your old computer and onto the new on ? If not, and you still have your old computer, then there a number of methods described on this page which you can use to copy your library over : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4527 . If you no longer have your old computer then have you got a backup of your content that you can copy onto the new computer and add into iTunes ?

Best step in my view is to make sure you don't get similarly involved in future. You must know roughly what you were doing. Then writie it off to a not to be repeated experience.

Final Cut is a separate, higher end video editor. The pro version of iMovie.
Give iPhoto a look at for creating the slideshow. It's easy to assemble the photos in an album in iPhoto, put them in the order you want and then make a slideshow of them. You can select from various themes and transitions between slides and add music from your iTunes library.
When you have the slidshow as you want use the Export button at the bottom of the iPhoto window and export with Size = Medium or Large.
Save the resulting Quicktime movie file in your Movies folder.
Next, open iDVD, choose your theme and drag the QT movie file into the menu window being careful to avoid any drop zones.
Then follow this workflow to help assure the best qualty video DVD:
Once you have the project as you want it save it as a disk image via the File ➙ Save as Disk Image menu option. This will separate the encoding process from the burn process.
To check the encoding mount the disk image, launch DVD Player and play it. If it plays OK with DVD Player the encoding is good.
Then burn to disk with Disk Utility or Toast at the slowest speed available (2x-4x) to assure the best burn quality. Always use top quality media: Verbatim, Maxell or Taiyo Yuden DVD-R are the most recommended in these forums.
The reason I suggest iPhoto is that I find it much easier to use than iMovie (except for the older iMovie 6 HD version). Personal preferences showing here.
