Contact the developer of the game and ask them why you are unable to make in-app purchases on your account. If it is an iTunes issue, they will direct you there. Start with developer first because you are talking about in-app purchases.

Clearly the message hasn't trickled down to Adobe support. After purchasing Captivate, and trying to register now I'm locked out of my accoun entirely-- including all my files on Creative Cloud!! I just spent a the better part of two hours dealing with this exact same issue as the orginial poster (creative cloud login issues... likely due to an old email address floating around). I can't make purchase with appstore by my visa debit card but my account was debited 1$ , If that money to authorize my card i want to know is how long time my card can transactions ?

Apart from the $1 temporary store holding charge what happens when you try to buy something ? Are you getting any error messages ?
The $1 will be charged each time that you add/change your card details, it's to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

How to permanently delete an app "Purchased" in AppStore? Apparently the deleted app remains in the Purchased folder and can't be deleted.

If it shows up in your dock, you can right click on it, select 'Options', then select 'Open at Login' to UNcheck it.
After that, if it remains on your dock after quitting the app, click and drag the icon off the dock and let go.
To delete it from your computer, open the Applications folder and drag the icon to the trash (or you can use something like AppCleaner, which I love).

I am working fine with iCloud on my iPhone and iPad. I tried to sign in to iCloud app on my PC and it asks for my Apple ID. I use the same Apple ID I'm using for my iTunes and Appstore purchase. It keeps telling me that there's a server error. Might have something to do with the fact that I live in Israel? What is it?

You must setup a new account on a Mac or an iDevice, then you can sign in from a PC. You cannot create a new iCloud account using Windows.

Cannot purchase from AppStore

Hi Guys,
I have only had my iPad for a week, and had no issues with it at all... until now.
I've tried to purchase some apps from the app store, when I click the price of the app, it goes green to say Install App... when I tap it again to install, it just goes back to the price. If i tap the price, it prompts me to install, when i tap, it goes back to the price.
it's doing this over and over and over and over... and then finally it will work, and the app will appear on my screen... but then it doesn't download. it just says waiting.
Sometimes I get prompted to enter my iTunes password... and then nothing.
I've restarted my iPad. I've even gone into Settings -> Store and signed out... but when I go to sign in, it tells me my password is incorrect (despite being the same password I've always had).
HELP!

Update.
I turned my ipad off, and left it for 30mins.
Turned it back on and went to Settings -> store. Entered my details and it still said my info was incorrect.
Tried the AppStore, and re-tried the apps that weren't downloading. No longer having the tap to install issue as previously mentioned (yay!). Tapped to install one of the apps, was prompted for my login details. First time, it said it was incorrect. Second time, it said the appstore was unavailable, and the third time, it downloaded.
Same process for the remaining apps... they took a lot longer than usual to download, but it seems to be working okay now.
Not sure if the AppStore was having maintenance done, or if anybody else is / was having this issue??

Why does it take so long to access purchased on AppStore ?

IWork trial purchase to AppStore

I downloaded the trial version of iWork '09 and purchased a serial number a while ago. Is there a way of getting iWork through the AppStore? I do not want only updates through the AppStore (I read somewhere that this is done anyway). But for e.g. a clean system install, I want the 3 apps themselves to be listed in the AppStore so I can redownload them if needed.

Apple or somebody else has stored an old version of the trial, install it, give in my reg number.
You dont need to do that-you already have an installer file of iWork and a registration code when you purchased, just keep a hold of both of those items, and back them up fon a separate disc for safety.
Whereas the programs stored in my AppStore account need only a click to be installed. Thats what I want for my legal iWork copy too.
Apple keep your purchase records for up to 18 months - enough time for you to back up the installer and registration details for any future installation.
After this time you are expected to purchase another download, these are the conditions for all Apple downloaded products.

this email tells me that I just bought "StarWars®: Knights of the Old Republic" in the appstore.
First : i did not
Second : when i look in my appstore, it doesn't look like i bought it (price is still to be seen)

Can anyone please help me decide of this is a scam or junk or whatever OR tell me if someone really could hack my apple account and buys things with my Visa Card ?

It's a phishing attempt to get your iTunes account and payment details - if you still have the email then you could forward it to Apple : [email protected]
You can view the purchase history on your account via your computer's iTunes : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option, you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it. Click on that and you should then see a list of your purchases (the most recent purchase is above the list).
On your iPad/iPhone you can view a cut-down version of your purchase history (the most recent 90 days) via http://reportaproblem.apple.com

Does the receipt indicate that only one item was purchased? There are free or cheap apps that let the user buy in-app modules, many games do that. Are you sure that you or your child have not done this by mistake? (there have been many users with high charges that have complained in these forums about their children racking up high charges by doing this - there' s generally little they can do about it.) What app for $.99 did you buy?

Hi there! I had installed iOS7.0 on my iPhone 4S. After that i can't to see list of purchased applications! And when i open the TOP list all of applications that were bought before looks like not bought! What can I do to fix this problem??

Are you sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used previously?
First thing to try is to reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. See if that fixes your problem.
