Purchase not downloaded

On march 28th, 2014 I made a purchase of a Sack of Rubies for the game Paradise Cove. My receipt number is 167072960693. Just wondering what is going on!

Hi ...
Try resetting the devices.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that didn't help, test on one of the devices.
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
If helped on one device, do the same for the other.

HT4009 In app purchase not downloading on my iPhone 5...?Help

Hi I have downloaded an app named "Car Logbook" on my iPhone but there was a upgrade in the app of Rs 110/- otherwise I could not use the full app so I upgraded it using my credit card..It says that the in app purchase is done but its not downloaded so press OK to download...I have pressed that hundreds of times but the upgrade is not yet downloaded...I tried on wifi even the app is just of 3.5 mbs but it didn't worked I restarted phone den also it didn't worked even I deleted the app and installed again but den also it didn't worked...can anybody help me on this pls...

In apps purchase not downloaded

Hi, i have purchased items using in apps purchase, it was not downloaded to my phone, but subsequently my credit card bank called me to verify the purchase. When I confirm, the items was not send in the apps, i tried to purchase again, it will return a message: "Purchases have been made, please click ok to start download" but i click ok, nothing happen, apple do not download my in apps purchase and the apps already charged me.
How do i refresh the memory so that i can purchase again or recover the purchase, very annoying as it always asked me to click ok to download but nothing happen while i cannot effect anymore in apps purchase from the apps.

I have the same problem, but I am on the Air i7 which shipped with Lion.
I sold my old Air with the USB stick but had a Snow Leopard DVD that I purchased before the old Air.
Even though it's like a bought one, it has exactly the same error.
If I start from DVD, via a restore drive, the i7 Air kernel panics. 'Unsupported cpu'
This is a categorical disaster, and I've been using these Mac thingies for 15 years.

Look under the iTunes Advanced menu for the "Check for purchases" command and run that. You may find the other tracks there to be downloaded. If not, contact the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of this web page and explain the problem to them. They'll probably then reset the download for those missing tracks.

WiFi iTMS purchases not downloading

Trying the new WiFi iTMS in the iPhone 1.1.1 update... I can navigate fine through WiFi iTMS and can plan sample tracks. When I select a track for purchase, it asks for my iTMS password, but then the track just moves to the Downloads area with a status of "waiting..." Yes, I am on a WiFi network.

I would like the ability to browse the iTunes store on the iPhone when on the EDGE network and add them to a "download queue" that downloads only when WiFi access is available or when I am back on my home computer.
To me and many other people, the iTunes store on the iPhone serves as a great way to purchase and download new music on the fly. This is the most useful when I want a new song I hear on the radio or from a friend, etc. But since the iPhone store is only accessible via WiFi, the instant ability to find the song and purchase it is unavailable when I most want to use it. I usually forget the name of the artist or song by the time I get to a wifi network or computer.
This feature I'm requesting would allow me to purchase a song anytime anywhere but would not complicate or slow down downloads because they would not be allowed over EDGE. Thanks!

Movie purchases not downloading

Hi i have been on my computer for a couple of hours now just trying to figure out what the problem is.. i have a prepaid itunes card and i purchased a tv show and a movie off of itunes. the problem is is that its not downloading because something keeps popping up that says there was an error in downloading this file. the disk you are attempting to use is full deleting files and emptying the recycle bin would free up space. im confused as to what disk its even talking about!!! someone please help me this is very frustrating!!

It's talking about your hard drive. You have too many files on it and there isn't enough room to store the movie you're attempting to download. You're going to need to do some "spring cleaning" and delete a bunch of stuff before continuing.
To give you any indication of what you need to delete, a 2-hour movie is about 1.5 GB.

I keep getting an error message that says the in app purchase has already been made but not downloaded.

The reason for that is because your Macbook doesn´t cualify for the upgrade

Recent book purchase not downloading

I purchased a new book yesterday called Life's Golden Ticket and it's not downloading correctly to my iPhone 4s (version 6.1.3). When I go to iTunes on my MacBook I can see the book, and I can see it on my iBooks bookshelf on my iPhone except that the download progress bar is all blacked out, indicating that the book has not been downloaded. Itunes purchase not downloading from Itune Store

Hi,
I just album on itune store it has accepted payment but the songs are not downloading...it says "accessing ITune store" but nothing is happening. I went to the Store Menu and "Checked for available downloads and entered my password and nothing....
Does anyone know what to do?

Video purchase not downloading properly

Newbie to ipod.
purchased 2 videos from iTMS & keep getting same error:
"THERE WAS AN ERROR DOWNLOADING YOUR PURCHASED MUSIC.
THE DISK COULD NOT BE READ FROM OR WRITTEN TO."
i've used the check for purchased music command & nothing happens. i wrote to iTMS support & their answer says it has to do with the permissions but they don't tell you how to solve it or change the permissions.
i've reviewed answered & unanswered postings for a solution.
the only thing i've learned is how to find the file where the videos are supposed to be ~ a file is there but for some reason it doesn't load into itunes.
i've also changed my firewall settings & NOTHING!
others seem to have the same problem.
i can use any help i can get!

I purchased an album last week from itunes through my iphone 4. I cannot view the album on any playlist, album, artist etc but if I go back into itunes store the album is marked as purchased. Can someone tell me how I can download this purchase? Thanks

Does it show in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your phone for downloading - or in the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes ?
