Purchase of Apps with debit cards in India

I am from India. I have visa and master powered 'debit cards' however cannot purchase any apps from the store despite visiting the 'indian store'. Does Apple not support purchase of Apps via debit cards in India? Can someone help me with this? The Ipad is no good if i cannot work from it. Thx!!

i had the same problem n called apple customer care ........they said we need 2 hav a credit card but not debit card...or use ur frns credit card n pay them...or u can buy a gift card too ...

It won't matter. You are not allowed to use the Indian iTunes Store from the UAE or anywhere else outside of India.
The Service is available to you only in India. You agree not to use or attempt to use the Service from outside this location. iTunes may use technologies to verify your compliance.
Since you are in the UAE, you can only use the UAE iTunes Store. You will need either to open up a new account in the UAE iTunes Store, or change the country of your existing account to the UAE.

Very very likely that tax is applicable and tax is more than $0.01. You need to add a payment method for the tax. If you add a credit card, the girft card balance will be used up first.

Sounds like you might have an Apple Store Gift Card instead of an iTunes Gift Card.
You can use your Apple Store Gift Card at the Apple Online Store or Apple Retail Store. iTunes Gift Card or iTunes gift certificates are for for purchases on the iTunes Store, iBooks, App Store, and Mac App Store.

You haven't been making in-app purchases within the app, and nobody else has access to your account or iPhone and might be playing the game ? You can turn off in-app purchases on your phone via Settings > General > Restrictions. Don't know what you mean by 'why does itunes keep the available for other customers'

And is there any way to sync all my purchases and accounts to just have one... It is a bit stupid that you dont even get a list of something of what account you may of used, or some kind of hint, so you could log on to the right account. I am really stuck ...
