Purchase of Creative Cloud genre but the charge is 2 times and now I have 2 subscriptions
Greetings, a few weeks ago made the purchase of Creative Cloud genre but the charge is 2 times and now I have 2 subscriptions, I need to make the return of 1 product since this repeated but does not work if I click restore subscription.
I'm from Guatemala and chat support is not available for ayuder me solve my problem.

Please change the CC apps language from creative cloud desktop. Go to preferences and you can change the language as mentioned in below screen shot.

I've downloaded the Creative Cloud app but the App tab says there is a download error and to contact support. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and am gettting the same message. I'm running OS X 10.9.3.

I accidentally deleted my receipt for the purchase of an audiobook on iTunes. How can I get another? In my account history, there is no sign of it yet - I purchased it 2 days ago - but the charge is already on my credit card.

If so and you don't see the purchase there, and you're sure your looking in the account through which you purchased the audiobook (and are sure you bought it from the iTunes Store, not from audible.com or some other site), go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. If the audiobook didn't download, they can help, and they may be able to send you another copy of the receipt.

I had a free trial of Lightroom 5 and tried to purchase it, but page errors blocked me from being able to do this. I then got a free trial of Adobe CC. At first I saw my old photos, then the whole thing went down, and now I have a new Lightroom 5 trial, and none of my edited photos. Can I retrieve all these photos from my first trial?
Yes, you have to find the catalog file from the CC trial (use your operating system to search for it, the file name ends with .LRCAT), and then once you find it, open the LR5 trial and open the catalog you just found using File->Open Catalog

I made a purchase with my debit card on The Simpson Tapped out game, And now my game won't open. It just kicks me out every time I click on it. How do I fix this problem with out deleting my app?
Personally, I would never use a debit card online, for security reasons. If your card gets hacked its your money that is stolen. At least with a credit card it is the card providers money that is stolen.
Anyway, I would delete the app and re-install. If you paid for the app in the first place you will be able to re-install free of charge. Also, the app should allow the in-app purchase to happen again as it should recognise that you have already purchased it previously.
Finally, it might be that the 3G doesnt have as much ram as more recent models of iphone and you may have applications running in the background that are preventing the app to function with the in-app purchase unless you shut down any apps eating all you memory that are running in the background. Shut-down these apps (and the simpson tap out app) by exiting to your home screen and double-tapping the home button to show what apps are running in the background. press and hold any of the open apps until it starts shaking. close all the apps down. exit then re-launch the app.

It might, but you have no other option to save your data. And the longer you wait to do it, the weaker the battery will become, lessening the chance that you can perform a successful backup.

I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the item, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item. -
My phone went into recovery mode and had to be factory restored, I hadnt backed it up to either the cloud or a computer in a long time and therefore I have lost all of my messages. Is there anyway to get the messages without a recent backup?

GratefulIf you don't know the passcode but have synced with iTunes before while the passcode was set on it, you can back it up then restore it in iTunes on the last computer it was synced with.
If you haven't synced it while the passcode was set on it, or if you don't have access to the last computer it was synced with, you'll have to force it into recovery mode and restore it as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808. Then restore to an existing backup if you have one; if not, you'll have to restore it as a new iPhone and start over. -
