Purchase of Dreamweaver Internationally

I apologise if this is in the wrong section, but I just wanted to find out whether the purchase of Dreamweaver, or any Adobe product for that matter, is region specific. In other words, am I able to buy it, say, in the USA and use it in Australia? Or does the product have to be registered in the country that it was purchased in? Any help would be greatly apprecitated.

No problems- I bought mine in the USA over the counter while there, but used and registered it from Germany. It required a phone call (because the installer did not know about the crossgrade option from GoLive), but it was handled efficiently and gracefully by the call center.

Purchase order creation : internal pricing error

Hi,
While creating a purchase order, i am getting an error 'internal pricing error'. Message type : V1806
This is basically for creating an Invoicing plan !
Let me know in case of any clue.

Diagnosis
The program link between tables KOMT1 and XKOMV using the XKOMV-IX_KOMT1 field no longer works in the pricing program SAPLV61A. This could be because the PRICING_REFRESH function module has been called up from another function module, even though you did not require it.
Procedure
Inform SAP.

Purchase order against internal order

We would like to restrict the G/L account used while creating a purchase order (account assignment F) against a particular type of internal order. In the sense, we do not want the users to include materials (with valuation class pointing to a different G/L account) to this type of internal order while creating PR or PO with F. Can something be done to the internal order on the CO side or how can this be customized in PR/PO?

in OME9 create a copy of AA category F; say y
in that give account modification ZBR
in the same screen make Order display
in OBYC GBB ZBR valuation class give the desired GL
when AA categoy Y is selected this GL will default and it cannot be changed
there should be user descipline to choose the correct account assignment category in PR PO for this to work

Least expensive solution - go to your local computer shop and buy a basic internet router (should cost around $30).
At home connect everything up as follows:
- cable modem to the router's WAN or "internet" port
- Airport Express cabled to one of the router's LAN ports
- iMac cabled to another of the router's LAN ports
You will need to configure inbound port mapping on your router to allow incoming port 80 (web server) requests coming from the internet to be forwarded to the private IP address of the Mac acting as the web server. Doing this will still allow the router to provide full firewall protection to any other computers on your LAN (like the iBook).

Purchasing with an International Credit Card?

Can i buy a Macbook Pro for a freind as a Gift ,who stays in the US and have it paid n billed to my internatinal address and credit card in India,i shall like to know if this is possible and how do i go about doing this.

I have done what you described, they accepted the payment through Amazon, but 2 weeks later sent me an email saying that they ran out of the CPU I selected.
So they offered me a lower grade CPU or to cancel my order (no compensation was mentioned).
I chose to keep my order, but they cancelled it anyway without any explanation.
But the cancellation was not because of the credit card, because the same thing happened with my second order (using a US credit card at the same time).
So I would say: why don't you try and see for yourself?

Vendor Missing on SC when Purchasing from Internal & External Catalog

I have a strange problem and I am wondering if anyone else has run into this and how they solved it. We are implementing SRM 5.0 on SRM Server 5.5 with SRM-MDM. We are using both internal catalogs as well as punch out catalogs.
If we select items from an internal catalog and put it in our shopping cart and then select items from a punch out catalog into the same shopping cart, the vendor for the punch out catalog is not returned. This only happens when you purchase from the internal catalog first. If you purchase form the punch out catalog and then add items from an internal catalog, the vendor is displayed for every item.
Has anyone seen anything like this? How do I resolve it? Thanks

Hope you aware that there is no relationship between internal catalog as well as punchout catalog?
Internal catalog- retrieve data from SRM-MDM catalogs
Punchout catalg -retrieve data from external marketplace catalog.
Did you debug ?
Hope you might have mapped with BBP_CATALOG_TRANSFER badi to map the catalog to OCI maping.
Debug and check you might have some clues.

Consumption of PIR for Internal sale Purchase order

Our client has 2000 Production plant which he enter reqmts on monthly basis per year.
Internal sale Purchase orders are created for the FG materials to one common vendor 5000 to plant 2000.
we are in ECC6.0. Produced qty are delivering using mvmt type:653.
we have used strategy 10 .Presently during MRP run for these Internal sale purchase order remts is not considering PIR..
My requirment is i want to consume Internal sale purchase orders by PIRs.
what settings i have to do?

Purchase order is created using purchase order type internal sales purchase.
vendor 5000 supplying plant 1000 Plant., Purchase orag 1000..
Shipping point is 2000(This is production plant).
so in MD04 for the FG material in 2000 plant against Purchasing document delivery/receiving plant :1000 appearing.
OBD is creating against Purchasing document by mentioning shipping point as 2000.
PGI is happenign from 2000 plant.. using movement type:643 (Transfer to cross company).
GR is happening in 1000 mvmt type:101.
Now my issue is the Plan Ind requirments in 2000plant should consume these Purchase order qty..
As these reqmt(Target plant) is includive of these PO qty expected.
Please suggest me..

Purchase songs from other international iTunes stores?

I know you can switch back and forth between international stores but can you purchase from the international stores?
I've got as far as 'billing address' but it asks me where my billing address is, I say, "U.S." and it reverts me back to the U.S. iTunes store, does this mean i cannot purchase from international iTunes stores? Do I need to set up another account? I'm a bit confused and afraid to say 'yes' to things that my get charged that I don't want charged..

The way I understand it, you need a valid adress in a country whose iTS you want to use. Likewise, Europeans cannot use the American Store, which has a lot of things we don't have.
So, unless you know someone with a valid adress in one of these countries, I'm afraid you're out of luck.
