Purchase of macbook pro 15.

Hey.
I need an advice because I'm going to buy a macbook pro 15,3 during the summer and I'd like to get good setting.
So question is maybe I should wait for the new version with better setting such GeForce 860m+.
I'm going to use it for everything from the video games to spend much time using Logic pro and movies, music, etc.
So I need enough storage for everything.
Right now we can get 1tb and that's enough.
However in a future perhaps can be extra HHD drive over 2TB which saves about 500$.
Thank you!
P.s. Right now I'm using macbook 13. It's the best device I've ever used but his power is not enough for everything.

Ooohhh! Yes, 2TB hard drives in a notebook form factor are not far away (there's one that's very close, but too tall for a MacBook Pro). There's already the HGST Travelstar 7K1500, at 1.5TB... but there's going to be some point where you just can't put enough data on one platter but that will be easily overcome in the next 6 months, probably.
The only problem with today's MacBook Pros (save for the non-Retina 13" model) is that there's no room at all for a spinning drive - only enough room for PCIe based flash storage. Now for heavy-duty graphics (and heavy machines) you can fit all sorts of things in some Windows PC notebooks - up to two hard drive (read SSD) bays and two mSATA ports (and including a Blu-ray recorder). I don't know how closed Macs can get - I know that, now, you violate your warranty by simply removing the backing screws!
Sorry, I got off on a tangent... all I really meant to say is that you won't be able to incorporate a 2TB HHD in any Retina MacBook Pro...
