Purchase on iTunes NewsStand charged twice

I purchased "de Volkskrant" newspaper from the Newsstand. Due to some bug which occured during the purchase the amount has been charged twice to my iTunes account.
Where & How do I apply for a credit of the 2nd charge?
When clicking the "report a problem" link in the email I am send to some general place, not a specific fill-out form to describe the problem.

    So i had purchased credits for an app that i use (INJUSTICE GOD'S among us) on an ipad that my Girlfriend and i use and share. Before i bought the credits i was logged in on my girlfriends apple id and of course i didnt want her credit card to get charged for some thing i purchase for an app that only i use. I logged out of her account and created my own account using an itunes girftcard i got from work. After creating the apple id and signing in to the ipad i purchased credits for the game i play worth $19.99. A few hours after doing this my girlfriend went online and check her bank account and found that she was charged the same amount i paid for the credits i got for my app. So i checked and made sure thAt i didnt use her account. After checking i verified that she was logged out of her apple id and i was charged $19.99 for the purchase since my remaining balance was only $5.01. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue before and how did you go about fixing it. Please help. Thanks.

    I understand your point Gamerpete. But in my defense Ever since i purchased credits from that app i have not logged back in to my girlfriends apple id. I am still logged in on mine ask we speak. I might have done something wrong and had the same theories as what you and Alfred DeRose had but all these things both of you had mentioned wouldve have required myself to be logged in under my girlfriends account at some point and the ipad would have asked for her password if a purchase was made. I havent logged in to her Apple id after the fact and the ipad never asked me for her password (my girlfriend's ipad is set to ask for her password whenever a paid app or purchase is downloaded). So how would i get charged twice if this is the case? I am going to call them today and see what they say. I will keep you guys posted.

    I purchased the movie "Black Nativity" at midnight and selected to download later; it shows that the movie has been charged in my account for billing, however; I when I go to download the movie, it ask for it to be purchased versus download.  I would like to know if I will be charged again for the movie upon selecting  purchase movie?  I would like some direction as for how to download the movie that I already purchased.

    Clicking on its purchase price again may result in you being charged again. Does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option download it
    Or does it show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage for downloading

  • Consistantly charged twice for purchases in iTunes , why is this allowed?

    Four instances total, and in each instance iTunes directed me to an updated TOS agreement. I checked the agreement, then navigated back to the store only to find being twiced charged for the same download.
    Windows Vista, iTunes 8.1.1.10, fresh install...
    Not once or twice, but four time now, why does this happen? why is there no warning box? Wouldn't be common sense to warn when thru either user error or software bug the same product is being purchased repeatedly?
    Maybe some people want to pay twice for the same thing, but I imagine most would rather not be charged repeatedly for items.
    I guess there is no way to remove these erroneous charges, since I can't find any sort of method of aborting the download.
    This has happened in the past, and I've blown it off as a fluke. But now with a fresh install of the newest software, I can't make a single purchase without being charged twice.
    A fresh reinstall and a brand new reformatted drive also.
