Purchase only Photoshop from CS5 with multiple licenses for class

Hello Adobe Community,
I am teaching a class of 24 students, and they are looking to purchase only Photoshop from the create suite for PC. They are a non-profit organization. I'm looking to see what the best option is for me and my class. Being a non-profit, funds are a bit tight so we are looking for the best solution for this. Any thoughts?

Adobe does not sell CS5 anymore.
While I would certainly prefer Photoshop you may want to consider trying Gimp (freeware) for image editing.

I recently changed out my hard drive for a bigger one during a computer upgrade. I deactivated my CS5 through Photoshop, and then changed out the hardware. I brought the programs back over and now only Photoshop works and the other programs of CS5 do not work. Is the license unique for each one? If by "brought the programs back over" you mean you somehow transferred them from the old drive to the new one, transferring does not usually work. Adobe programs need to be installed using installations files. Assuming you got it directly from Adobe as a download, click on the red logo near the top-left of this page. Then click the [ Manage account ] button. After logging-in you should be able to find all the information on products you've purchased.

I have several friends and family who are looking for a central place to access information from ( Pictures, home movies etc ). So I am considering setting up an OSX Lion Server. There are some other things I can use it for as well.
Here is my question:
If I were to purchase the Apple Remote Desktop with Unlimited licenses, would I be able to install the client software on each of there computers/laptops and have them remote desktop into the server? Or would I have to install the Admin software on each? Do they intend it to be used strictly as one admin to access many clients?
I always could set up a network drive so they can log in and just see the folders they have created with space on the server I provide them. But I want them to be able to log an and actually use it as a Remote Desktop.

Thanks for the feedback. I understand that ARD is meant for Remote Administration, but I was not sure if it could be used for my purpose as well. The reason I was looking to do it this was was because I read several articles online about security and performance issues with setting up VNC and activating screen sharing. Unless I am misunderstood.
As far as people's activities on the server, mostly it is going to be used as a place for them to store their media. I will only allow own person ( Who I trust and I know wont botch the server ), to run applications. Everyone else will be restricted to uploading and downloading content to their designated account on the server as well as a community share on the server.

QA: Yes - try again with legacy-collection true and false.

Details: Another try in fixing this bug. When legacy-collection is false, Actionscript Array on the client becomes Java Array on the server and my fix yesterday assumed this case. However, when legacy-collection is true, Actionscript Array becomes Java ArrayList on the server. So added code to handle this case.

Hello,
we use OWB 11g2 (11.2.02).
Now we try to create a flat file with multiple characters for enclosures. The manual wrote:
"Enclosures (Left and Right): Some delimited files contain enclosures that denote text strings within a field. If the file contains enclosures, enter an enclosure character in the text box or select one from the list. The list displays commonenclosures. However, you may enter any character. The default for both the left and right enclosure is the double quotation mark ("). You can specify multiple characters and hexadecimal characters as field enclosures."
But it will not work. The OWB use the first character from the left enclosure definition as left enclosure and the second one as right enclosure !?!
Did anyone know this behavior? Is there a solution for this problem?

Use the function module 'GUI_UPLOAD'.
In that you have to specify the field_separator value = 'X' in export section.

then you should follow Harm's sage advice.

But, if you will need all of your source media files to continue the edit,
you should consider using the Project Manager.
Trim or copy your project
By using the Project Manager, you will be continuing the edit
with the original media files and there will be no quality loss.
Be aware that once you have edited the project in CS6,
it will be problematic (but not impossible) to return to edit in CS5.5.

Try with the Elliptical marquee tool:
On the tool's option bar set feather 25-40 px (experiment)
Drag out the Ellipse to embrace the object
Go to Layer>new>layer via copy, or CTRL+J
Your selection should fade out as a vignette and be surrounded by transparency
Save this layer via File>save for web, select PNG-24, and tick "Transparency"

Use a form button instead of a link so that you can send it as a request parameter to the server. In the server side just use HttpServletRequest#getParameterValues() to obtain all values for the given parameter name. If you really need a link rather than a button, then use Javascript to submit the form on click of the link.
That said, your design is bad. Java code belongs in Java classes, not in JSP files. Database access logic belongs in a DAO class. Business and controlling logic belongs in a Servlet class. Only presentation logic belongs in the JSP file. Avoid scriptlets as much as possible and use JSP EL and/or JSTL instead.
