  • Purchase Order: Copy of Deleted Positions not available for Goods Receipt

    Hi SAP Gurus,
we've implemented an SRM extended classic scenario with the R/3 as the back end system.
When I create a purchase order with, for instance, 17 positions, if I delete one of them (for instance the number 16) and I copy it I get in my order two positions with the number 16: the first one is deleted and the second one is active. This doesn't happen for the very first positions: if I delete one position and I copy it I get the new one at the end of the list.
The problem is that when I have to create the Goods Receipt, the position copied from the deleted ones are not available!!!
Please, is in there anyone who can help me? Thank you very much!

  • Purchase Order copying issue

    Hi there,
I have a client who is having problems with their service purchase orders. When someone copies an approved service PO to an invoice/GRPO and they change the GL account on the line level the document loses the link to the PO. This then results in the PO being available to be copied again in the future. This could result in fraud because users can copy an order multiple times using the same approved order for many invoices.
Is there a way to stop this from being allowed in the system? If so, how?
    Kind regards
    Clayton.

    Hi there,
The thing is they don't want any stand alone invoices or GRPO's. They all have to be copied from a PO so there is an audit trail. If someone can keep copying the same PO and just changing the account it posts to then this is going to cause major problems for them.
    How can we stop this?
    Regards
    Clayton.

  • Purchase Order Copy Controls

How to copy Purchase Requisition Header Note to the Purchase Order Header Note?
    No standard configuration available.
Please suggest how to do the configuration.
    Thanks
    SUNIL

Sorry, this functionality is not possible. The header note can only be entered and displayed in transaction ME51N. There is no customizing for this text and no copying rules to copy it
to other purchasing documents. The header note is new from release 4.6c on. It was never possible to
copy the requisition header note to a PO and it seems we won't do it in the future.
Of course it is possible for contracts header notes and so on, but not for requisitions.

  • Print out of Purchase Orders from more than one Company codes

    Hi MM gurus,
I want to print one Purchase Order copy of more than one Company codes. Is it possible in Standard SAP or i need to develop a program for the same.
    Please advice me.
    Thanks,
    Vasco

    Hi,
You can talk with your abaper & maintain entries in the Y Z table & at the time of print you can pop up one screen & put your co code. System will check the cocode with the y z table.
Then you will be able to print in different cocode.
    Thanx

  • Reference Purchase order

    hi,
I want to know how to create a reference purchase order. is it the same as a purchase order and is there any t-code for a creaitng a refernce purchase order.
    Thanks,
    Maxx

    Hello Maxx,
I agree with Lekhram, there is nothing called as Reference purchase order, but you can create purchasing document with refering another purchasing document. For example, you already placed purchase order for some material and you want to place that order again so in that case you will create purchase order by referring the previous purchase order (Copy functionality) and change some data accordingly.
The transaction code will be the same as normal.
    Hope this helps.

  • Unlimited Indicator not copying to Purchase Order

    Hello experts,
I'm running ECC 6.0 and am unable to solve this.  I have subcontracting info-records for materials that specify a material to a vendor, pricing, tolerances, etc.
In the Purch. Org 1 screen of info-record view, I can see the tolerances are maintained (5% under and unlimited over-delivery for example).  The 5% under is copying when a purchase order is created for the material in question, but the unlimited over-delivery indicator is not copying.  If I clear out the indicator and maintain an actual over-delivery tolerance, it copies just fine.  Only the indicator is failing to copy from the info-record.
Any familiarity with how to solve this issue?
    Kind Regards,
    Kelby

    Hello Kelby,
Even if nothing is maintained in the material master plant(purchasing view) the unlimited tick should default from the PIR. PIR always has a higher priority than master as it is specific to material+vendor. The help for the 'unlimited' tick in the PIR mentions this.
You can have a look at this note. It is very old and probably not valid for your release. However this is the only note I could find. You should probably raise an OSS message.

  • Cannot switch base units on Goods Receipt PO copied from Purchase Order

    Hi,
I am wondering if there is a simple trick or setting for this or if we have to use a UDF/FMS...
When using Uom for sales and purchasing, you cannot switch between Yes and No for base units on the target document(GRPO) when copying a PO to GRPO.
For example, enter a purchase order selecting 'No' for base units and enter quantity 1 for item with Uom case(25 pcs in a case). 25 are ordered. If the warehouse receives 23 instead of a full case from the supplier,  they want to be able to enter 23 on the GRPO(copied from PO). They don't want the warehouse staff calculating what percentage to put in for quantity (23/25 = 0.92),  they would just like them to use the drop down box and change the base units to Yes and receive the quantity 23 units.
    Any suggestions?

    Hi,
How often this would happen?  If it is very frequent, my suggestion would be considering it when you create PO.  You know, if you could change that option, the link between PO and GRPO will be broken.  It is not recommended.
    Thanks,
    Gordon

  • Create additional field in sales order item and copy to purchase order item

    Dear SAP Gurus,
I am hoping that someone could help me by providing me with how to implement the following 2 requirements in the SD order and in the purchase order.
    1. I am wanting to add a custom field to the SD sales order item copying a value from the vendor customer master.
    2. I then want to add a custom field to the purchase order item and copy the value from my custom field in 1. to this new custom field..
Can you please advise how I would go about implementing the above requirements?  I am assuming that there are exits to allow me to implement these 2 requirements.
    Many thanks
    Henry

    Hi,
For the first requirement you can use the USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP in report MV45AFZZ.
For the second, as I think that you will create a RFQ you can try to use the enhancement MEREQ001.

  • How to copy characteristic values from Purchase Order to MIGO Goods Receipt

    Dear all,
    I have a configurable material X,
then i create a purchase order for that material and then i input characteristic value in the Purchase Order transaction and save it
However when i do the Goods Receipt transaction via MIGO and using the Purchase Order number that i have created, after i entry the batch number and want to check the classification, the characteristic value are blank, so it is not copied from the Purchase Order
    I've tried guide from
    http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/92/9b4a23a46411d6b28300508b5d5c51/content.htm
but i do not find the configuration for copying rule
Is there any one who can resolve this problem??
    Regards,
    Marufat

    Hi,
You define the copying rules for a movement type in Customizing for Batch Management under Batch Valuation ,  Valuation for Goods Movement in Inventory Management , Activate Batch Classification for Goods Movements in IM. Please refer below link. Thanking you.

  • PO Text copy from Sales Order to Purchase Order

    Dear friends,
    Hope everyone is doing fine.
I have the following business requirement for two situations
Scenario 1) Purchase Order text from the Sales order has to be copied to the purchase order. Here sales order is converted to purchase requisition, and later the requisition is converted to the purchase Order.
The standard SAP config is working absolutely fine for this.
Scenario 2) Purchase Order text from the Sales Order has to be copied ot the purchase order. Here sales order is converted into a planned order, planned order is converted into purchase requisition, and later the requisition is converted to the purchase Order. For this situation, the text is not getting copied from Sales order to the requisition/purchase order.
This is not working as of now with the configuration for the above scenario 1.
Please throw some light to solve the scenario 2.
Please let me know if there is a config or do we need to use any user exit or BADI to achieve this.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards

    Hi Sam Matt ;

  • Copying of Service items from contract into Purchase order

    Dear Friends,
We have upgraded from 4.6B to ECC6.
Previously when we create Purchase Order with reference to Contract(i.e.Release order),we select service line items by selecting service selection button from PO and select the service line items from Contract, then whatever the line item whether line item 30,or line item 60 copied from Contract is copied into line item 10 of Purchase order in 4.6B version.
But in ECC6 ,it is copied into other line item but not copied into line item 10 of purchase order.
Please suggest ,what needs to be done, what went wrong.
    Regards,
    Dayanand

    Hi,
Pl. elaborate whether the quantity 1 is appearing at Item Overview level or at Item Details level. At the item overview level the quantity will aleays be 1 with unit of measure as AU. At item details, you will be able to view the actual quantity of services copied from contract.

It would not work anyway. The activation servers have been retired and Adobe has provided a new CS2 download along with a new serial number for CS2 owners.
Download Acrobat 7 and CS2 products
