Purchase Order going into Error in process while ordering from SRM.

Hello All,
We are facing a typical issue where the PO is going into error while ordering from SRM. The error message is ' 17.09.2010 12:45:35 Purchase order XXXXXXX: G/L account XXXXXX cannot be used (please correct ) '
Is there any mechanism/tcode where we can list out the Backend errors in SRM?
We are using SRM 4.00.

ask your FI /CO consultant
since there are different types of GL accounts like expense , inventory .
so he can guide you well what GL account is correct
as well check product category vs gl account configuration.

Some input data missing during BDC, what you do, please execute IDOC by giving inbound function module and process it in fore ground, you may know which screen needs input data.

Purhase order output type ZYT3 going into error when triggeralong with ZMY1

Hi Experts,
We am currently having this problem:
While creating PO, we save 2 customized output types(ZMY1 & ZYT3 - 2 different print programs) together, with the same Dispatch time: Send immediately(when saving the application). But the ZYT3 will always have the error u2018No print-relevant changes to document existu2019(ME140).
We found that the error appears because the data in NAST is not passed to the customized program.
We put a breakpoint at the statement
"PERFORM (TNAPR-RONAM) IN PROGRAM (TNAPR-PGNAM) USING RETURNCODE US_SCREEN IF FOUND." in program RSNAST00 and the next step is going into the first statement of the customized program. For output type ZMY1, data in NAST is passed to the program. However when it reached the next output type ZYT3, data in NAST missing.
However, if we print ZYT3 individually or with different dispatch time, there is no problem.
Please let me know whatu2019s the possible cause. Any input will be really helpful. Thanks in advance.

You can find the details from message tab in initial screen of PO transaction.

Error in Process While transfering the Document

Hi,
We are on SRM 5.0 configuring Extended classic scenario. SC is approved and it has created the incomplete PO in SRM. Eventhough the vendor has been assigned while ordering the SC, it still display as blank in the PO. When I select the Vendor again in Process PO and selecting again the vendor and ordering the PO. The PO is created sucessfully in SRM, but while transfering to backend "Error in Process" is diaplayed. A dump is created in R/3 raise exception with title "PARAMETER_ERROR".
Please let me know why the vendor is not getting asigned properly while ordering the SC and also how to correct the issue.

Thanks for the reply.
I checked in the program : CBRC_EXIT_47_PUR , the piecf of code is :
IF ( I_UCOMM IS INITIAL ) OR
( I_METHOD IS INITIAL ).
RAISE PARAMETER_ERROR.
at this place it fails and raises the parameter error.
When we are creating the PO directly in R/3 we could break at this point and both the above aprameter contains some values and it goes well.
But we are unable to break from SRM by putting the break point. I think any one of this parameter is empty and so it goes into this block and raises this exception. Please let us know how we can break from SRM at this point, so that we can find what values are coming from SRM.

PO:Error in Process while transferring to backend (ECC 6.0) from SRM 5.0

Hi folks,
We are on an Extended Classic Scenario. We have a major problem occurring in Production system only for the the limit orders. Limit Orders are not getting transferred to ECC 6.0 from SRM (Error in Process clearly shows the non existence for PO created first time)
I also know that Error in Process/ Transfer Failed status comes up for several causes.
This was working fine for months together, suddenly this problem is coming up. 1 Week back we had a Patch Upgrade too. I have checked the Vendor data, Account Assignment and other Basic data too and everything looks fine. We have tried debugging the FM's on SRM side which transfers the PO(ex:BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC_V2)
After debugging too we are not able to rectify from where the error is coming up..
I need your valuable inputs on this.

I just forgot to mention one more thing, i.e., in RZ20 (SRM) we could see the following errors for limit orders:
(01) PurchOrder 003....012: Transfer failed
(02) PurchOrder 003....012: Please maintain services or limits
(03) PurchOrder 003....012: Purchase order still contains faulty items
(04) PO 003....012: No instance of object type PurchaseOrder has been created. External reference
To trace the issue backwards we tried creating a limit order PO directly from ECC backend (ME21N Transaction)
One thing we could observe is in Limit tab if we not specify Expected Value and Overall Limit we are encountering the same error as shown up in RZ20.
This gave us a vague idea that the price is not getting transferred for Limit Orders from SRM 5.0 to ECC 6.0 backend. Any key inputs on specific FM etc.,to debug and see what value is getting transferred from SRM to ECC would come handy.
I hope Peter and others will help me on this.

When GOA goes to error in process status?

for example
In purchase order, purchaser can change the plant at header or item level even follow-on document exists.
The symptom can be reproduced by executing the following steps,
1. Create purchase order in extended classic scenario
2. Create partial invoice for the PO item.
3. Try to change the plant of the PO in SRM, there will not be any error message. ORDER the PO, now the PO will go to 'Error In Process' due to backend error - 'Plant can no longer be changed'.
System should not allow the user to change the Plant in PO, if any follow-on document exists (either confirmation or invoice).
suggest me to recreate for GOA
i want to recreate GOA too ERROR IN PROCESS .Wrestling with technical resource to recreate the issue.

How can I stop my phone from going into the lock screen while talking on it? (New issue with ios 6)

Prior to ios 6, I could talk on my phone and have the mute button available. Now it goes into lock mode while speaking on the phone. This is terribly annoying when on conference calls and you want to mute/unmute, or just hang up a call. I now have to swipe to unlock, go to phone, and hang up or unmute. I've tried upping my timeout, but that just delays the inevitable.

Yep, it's a pain. What's even more concerning is that at the Genius Bar, he was trying to tell me that this is the was it was supposed to be, so they probably fixed it in OS 6. He said it is for people that are using "Bluetooth" and want to keep the phone in their pockets". Ridiculous! What compounds the issue is that the Apple Reps have no clue as to what's going on, and either do the senior tech's on the phone. As I said in my message, this has made it very cumbersome, and makes it very difficult for those who need to use wired headsets.

What happened?
    Error in the ABAP Application Program
    The current ABAP program "RSORAT4M" had to be terminated because it has
    come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
Error analysis
    An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
    The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_IMPORT_MISMATCH_ERROR', was
     not caught in
    procedure "AKT_DAY_HIST2" "(FORM)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING clause.
    Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the
    exception would occur, the current program is terminated.
    The reason for the exception is:
    When importing the object "HIST2", the component no. 8 in the
    dataset has a different type from the corresponding component
    of the target object in the program "RSORAT4M".
    The data type is "I" in the dataset, but "P" in the program.
How to correct the error
    Try to find out why the type of the object should be different.
    There are various possible options:
    1. The type of the imported field has changed in the Data Dictionary.
       Make sure that the type of the imported field matches the type
       of the field in the Data Dictionary.
       If the data cannot be restored from another source, the data must be
       read by the 'old' structure, converted und again eported with the new
       structure, so that future IMPORTs will always function with the new
       structure.
    2. A new program version is active, which no longer fits the dataset.
       Try to solve the error generating the program "RSORAT4M" again. This
       works as follows: Select transaction SE38 in the SAP system. Enter
       the program name "RSORAT4M". Then activate the function 'Generate'.
If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to
find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following
keywords:
"CONNE_IMPORT_WRONG_COMP_TYPE" "CX_SY_IMPORT_MISMATCH_ERROR"
"RSORAT4M" or "RSORAT4M"
"AKT_DAY_HIST2"
If you cannot solve the problem yourself and want to send an error
notification to SAP, include the following information:
1. The description of the current problem (short dump)
    To save the description, choose "System->List->Save->Local File
(Unconverted)".
2. Corresponding system log
    Display the system log by calling transaction SM21.
    Restrict the time interval to 10 minutes before and five minutes
after the short dump. Then choose "System->List->Save->Local File
(Unconverted)".
3. If the problem occurs in a problem of your own or a modified SAP
program: The source code of the program
    In the editor, choose "Utilities->More
Utilities->Upload/Download->Download".
4. Details about the conditions under which the error occurred or which
actions and input led to the error.
The exception must either be prevented, caught wit
"AKT_DAY_HIST2" "(FORM)", or its possible occurren
RAISING clause of the procedure.

T400 goes into standby right after being woken from standby

Hi, I have a T400. When I wake it up from standby by pressing the Fn key, it wakes up, then automatically goes into standby again. I can still wake it using the Fn key but I am afraid it might be stuck in a loop.
Any ideas where the bug could be?

How do you send the machine into standby?

Error in @Override while chaning from JDK1.6 to JDk1.5

I am getting following error while migrating from JDK1.6 to JDK1.5.

     method
I have a class which implements Job interface having one method execute(JobExecutionContext context) . I am overriding this method inside one of my class by using @Override annotataion.
It is working absolutely fine in JDK1.6 but while migrating to JDK1.5 it is showing the above error.

Thank you very much for your kind help. I would like to tell you that by changing my enviroment to JDK1.5 from JDK1.6 it is asking for change the project facet. After changing the Project Facet from 6.0 to 5.0 I am getting error at @Override annotation line.

Here I have two suggestions coming by eclipse.
1.create execute method in super type ToolConstants
2.Remove @Override annotation.
but I have the same method inside an interface named as Job. So after removing the @Override annotation

You will have to create one System for R/3 Server Access, Once you have created that you will have to maintain User mapping for System Access for each individual users, who want to access the DMS Documents from Portal.

Using Custom.pll on AP Invoices form goes into error in 11.5.10.1

I am trying to do some customization on APXINWKB (Invoices form) using CUSTOM.pll. But whenever i am trying to open the form after adding the code in CUSTOM.pll i am getting the following error:

I am trying to display a a small message in the new form instance of the above form thru CUSTOM.pll, nothing more than that!!. If i remove the coding, the form is working perfectly. My oracle apps version is 11.5.10.1

Thank you for the update, actually the problem is solved.
The issue is : Whenever i am trying to show a message in that form using either form personalization or CUSTOM.pll, it is giving the error, if i do any thing else like 'changing the default where clause etc', it is not giving any error. The problem is only with message. Actually my requirement is changing the where clause, which is happening with out any problem. I dropped the idea of showing the message any way.
This problem is strange. Any ways, i am raising an SR with Oracle.

Workflow goes into error

There is an invoice approval via workflow. Task is a foreground task(dialog method) and user gets a screen where he has options to approve/reject/ see the docu. Data has been passed to the task container via wf-task binding. task is using a method of delegated BOR. I get an error in workflow that container is not assigned.
Most importantly it doesnot happen all the time. Is it any sync issue or something else. Please let me know.

Probable i got the solution. There was one defect in the binding of task. At the time of importing parameter(task --> WF) container element FIPP as well as WIOBJECT of type FIPP was imported in the same parameter FIPP like this
&FIPP& <-- &FIPP&
&FIPP& <-- &_WI_OBJECT&
This was the conflicting importing parameter.
When i removed one of the importing parameter, error got disappeared.
