Purchase price Creative Cloud
Hi,
at the moment I´m testing the Creative Cloud on my laptop. With every start of an app there appears a price of 36 € for purchase - my question is now: do I have to pay only 36€ during the testing phase for the whole Creative Cloud (regular price is around 60-70€), or does every app cost 36€?

€36 is for existing users who had/have CS3 or later version for the complete Creative cloud.
If this is your first purchase then the price would be €61.49/ month for an year contract, price goes higher if you do not have an annual contract.

What does the detailed crash report say?
And have you updated your video card drivers from the GPU maker's website? (most crashes on launch are due to bugs in out of date video card drivers) -

I purchased the Creative Cloud Photography Individual for $9.99 a month. The photoshop tools do not compare to CS4, I can't click on the arrow to get to the other tools withing the set and I get this error code: I get this error code: One or more files in the adobe application support folder, necessary for running photoshop are missing. Please run the Photoshop installer and reinstall photoshop. and can't figure out how to get to the installer again!

I recently purchased the creative cloud and installed photoshop but now when I go to open the application it tells me theres a configuration error. It suggests restarting or contacting customer support but I thought I'd try this first. the error code is error: 213:19. Does anyone seeing this please have any advice on what to do?

I've purchased the Creative Cloud and the payment was pending. I log out and log in with a diferent PC, but now my account doesn't have any payment pending and it's all trial. What happend? Thks
I am not doing it in ITunes, but i did down load the song from ITunes. I loaded the song on to my Nano, but in my menu selections it doesn't show the song or the artist in any search format. However, when i plug in my nano to my PC I see the Nano library on my PC drive listings and that song and artist are there. I can click on the song and it will play in Windows media on my work PC. I did notice that the format for most all the songs in my library on my Nano are MPEG - 4 audio Files.

If you have subscribed to the creative cloud photography plan then Lightroom is included as part of that plan. You can install it from the creative cloud desktop manager.

I installed Trapcode plugin but it doesn't exist in my aftereffect...I purchased Adobe Creative Cloud so... cloud system can't allow other plugin??Did you use the standard Red Giant installer for the latest versions? Previous versions of the Trapcode suite may not be compatible but the latest ones are.

I purchased the Creative Cloud Photography Plan for 9.99 and I can't open up Photoshop. I had access to it the night I bought it online and now I cannot use it. Will someone help figure this out. Perhaps I'm an idiot and just missing an obvious step so I apologize for that but, I still NEED HELP!!!
I have a laptop with a Windows operating system (not lucky enough to have a Mac) and as far the Adobe version, it's the plan for 9.99 that Adobe is offering. I was under the impression that the Creative Cloud Photography Plan included Photoshop and Lightroom, the latest versions of both, because that's what it said when I purchased it. How would I setup the catalogues so I can edit the same picture(s) from the two machines? For example, I have a PC in my office upstairs, but sometimes I want to work on my Mac in basement? would I store the photos and catalogues on an external drive and point to that from both machines? Neither machine is portable.
