Purchase refund

I accidentally purchased x plane ( regular when what I was actually planning to buy was the hi def version. I did not complete the download but I did but the hi definition version. Is there any way for me to get my money back  for the regular version that I did not play?

    To try and stop it happening again, you should be able to turn off in-app purchases via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off', and (depending upon what iOS version that you have on your iPad) you might also be able to set 'Require Password' to 'Immediately' on the Restrictions (the default is a 15 minute period during which it doesn't need to be re-entered)

  • HT4009 duplicate in-app purchase refund request

    I got billed twice for the same in-app iphone purchase of the iPhone App "53 Languages-Pronounciation" option).  The link from within iTunes to "report a problem" does not work.
    It does not even work after asking for my iTunes account login.
    This seems like Apple is making it very hard to get refunds.  Anyone able to send me to the proper link to fill-out a request for refund and report an order screw-up?

    I paid for an app which provides additional templates for Pages for iPad including envelopes of various sizes.  When I downloaded and opened the app I found all the envelope templates were for U.S. standard sizes.  As I live in England and use European standard envelopes, this was useless to me.  The developer confirmed they did not cover European sizes and that this was not stated on his app site, and suggested I apply for a refund from the iTunes Store.  I did this via the 'report a problem' facility but the instant response was that they had noted the problem but suggested contacting the developer, which, of course, I had already done so.  As I'd reported on this app purchase, I found I could not go further on the iTunes Store site.
    If anyone can tell me how to reapply for a refund I'd be grateful.

  • Purchase/Refund Failure

    I had purchased a song, that I didn't want and requested for a refund. I got an email 3 weeks later, stating that I was refunded for my purchase. The only problem is, that I didn't get the refund. To add on to the matter, I had bought a $15 iTunes card and got a recipe that said I spent $9.99 and that I only have $0.02 left in my account. SO WHERE IS THE REST OF MY ITUNES MONEY??????????????????????????? And WHERE IS THE REFUND???????????
    I would love to get some insight of this matter and try and get it resolved. I already hate that iTunes *****, because I cant transfer songs that I purchased to another device that isn't an Apple product.... Don't get me wrong, I love Apple...But there are definitely some love and hate relationships with Apple.

    I got the email on the on Sept, 30th, for the confirmation on my refund. I waited 2 days for a reply, on not getting the actual refund. Which I still don't understand were it went? But the email sounds correct in the response and I was helped perfectly.

    Hi,
    In March of 2014 we got an email about submitting a refund request for the in-app purchases my 11 year old made in 2012 for coins and such on several free apps.
    The email contained a link to submit the refund which we used. The date for submitting the refund request is 04/15/2015.
    I only submitted a partial list since there is no way to copy and past the order numbers from the purchase history.
    In August I attempted to use the link again to submit the remaining order numbers and the link does not function any more.
    I have submitted multiple emails and the responses have been cordial but unhelpful.
    After finally submitting the remainder of the order numbers I was told that I had already received a refund and would need to deny charges with the credit card company!
    Has anyone else had this experience and found a more straight forward solution?

    If you don't want it to happen again then, if you haven't already done so, turn off in app purchases on the iPod via Settings > General > Restrictions

  • Applibot/Chaos Drive In game purchase refund

    I am looking to contact apple support to get a refund on my in game purchases. I can not find an email link so I am posting here.
    I purchased the in game-currency multiple times for this game because of specials they had running promising items/cards. However what was received fell short of the proposed items to be received. I at first figured it was just a fluke and noticed others complaining about it on the forums of the game. After seeing these posts Applibot came back and said it was a mistake on their part in an admin post that is dug deep under a bunch of "fluff" and is generally to hard to find. They were sorry for the misprint in the ad and that was about it. However they continued to display the same ad the entire time. This caused concern after I had already spent $500 on this game.
    This game also never lived up to the promise of continually improving the game to provide a satisfying experience. They did not resolve issues for months not to mention the game always crashes and is almost unplayable at times. The company does not listen to player feedback and has problems delivering on promised items for achieving in game goals.
    As a result I am requesting a refund of the money I have spent on this game for purchase ids:
